Omg, this book was hilarious, I’m still smiling over some of the best comebacks. I loved Missy! A clever businesswoman with a head on her shoulders, she was also refreshingly quirky, outspoken, and level-headed. She didn’t hesitate to put meanies in their place. Missy and Adrian— or, as they get to know each other, Olivier and Tanner —meet at a bar, both used to being wanted only for their money or name. Now, undercover, with no expectations, they come to realize their attraction is real, and this time, it’s special. I love how they threw themselves in the moment, with what they did in Vegas — seriously, this part was a hoot! Or as Missy would say, holy crunch apples! Also, who doesn’t want a best friend like Neil, who truly cares for you, or Missy's two, new friends she met along the way. There were lots of twists that kept me turning the pages. In the end, it all came together in a way that left a smile on my face. A real pick-me-up read.
