I thoroughly enjoyed reading this highly intriguing MC romance & it is the 5th book in the series. The plot is suspenseful with just the right amount of action that is well-described & has good world building. The characters are strong-willed, interesting individuals that have good chemistry although the first impression the reader gets, is that they have absolutely nothing in common but both of them go through important changes as the plot develops. There are character crossovers from previous books but this book can be read as a standalone.
It is about: a Iron Thunder MC Rider (Spike) recovering from an injury is given a choice to either sit at home or act as a bodyguard to the mayor’s daughter (Sabrina) naturally Spike is not very impressed but takes the bodyguard job only to discover heart-stopping, explosive attractions.
There is: a dangerous Silver Knight VP (Eagle), various MC clubs, a conniving mayor & father (Jeffrey Wyndham), comradery, attractions, twists & turns, action, adventure, intrigue, suspense, drama, secrets, deceit, betrayal, corruption, fraud, danger, threats, enemies, violence, conflict, manipulations, devious plans, complications, confrontations, love, steamy scenes & a satisfying conclusion. After being injured all Spike wants to do is heal so that he can have his revenge against the person responsible. Finding out that the Club has tasked him with a security assignment to protect the mayor’s daughter is not what he wanted to hear until he meets Sabrina.

Sabrina has recently returned to town and has always felt like her father only wants her around when it is convenient for him. Having a security detail is not the life she wanted even if it is being offered by a sexy biker. It is only a matter of time before the chemistry ignites but with the danger escalating around her will he be able to keep her safe?

This story takes us on quite the ride filled with surprises, steam and suspense.

Book five in the Iron Thunder MC brings Spike and Sabrina's story. Opposites in every way ,they somehow are perfect for each other. The authors do a fantastic job developing both their characters and the story line and kept me glued to the pages with all the action and danger as a well as the steamy chemistry and sizzling passion. They paint their scenes perfectly and move the story quickly and smoothly. I loved reading their story and would highly recommend this book.

Spike: Iron Thunder MC#5 by Kasey Krane and Savannah Rylan is a powerful story that starts with Spike recovering from his near death attack by Eagle. While he is recovering he is giving everyone a hard time as he wants out to go after Eagle who has once again managed to escape. But Ghost has other plans for Spike, he needs to recover first so he is given a job to protect the mayor's daughter Sabrina. The Iron Thunder MC has put plans into motion to capture Eagle once and for all, all Spike asks that he be apart of it. Sabrina who is on her way home from France leads a lonely life she is angry knowing that her father has no time for her other than needing her to further his career. Spike fights this assignment all the way as he has no time for spoiled rich girls. What transpires when these two meet is beyond explosive as they have an instant attraction to each other . Sabrina angry with her father that she needs a bodyguard does all she can to frustrate Spike and the more time she is with him she is the happiest as she embraces the MC lifestyle. Now Sabrina does all she can to get Spike to give her what she wants, HIM! As these two play a cat and mouse game full of sensual moments until danger comes to her and Spike has no choice but to take her with him as they finally give into their desires. Spike tries to break things off with her as he feels that he isn't good enough and the MC life is not for her. Sabrina has other ideas as she tells her father she wants Spike removed as her bodyguard as she is in love with him. What transpires next is full of danger, deceit and violence. Will Sabrina believe Spike that the threats made on her life were put into place by her father ? What happens when she confronts her father? Will she be able to get Spike back and what does she have planned for her father? Does Eagle finally pay for his crimes? I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. This was a fast action packed romance story about Spike and Sabrina as well as the brothers and their women of the Iron Thunder MC... this book was well worth the wait. Sad that this series is ending, maybe we can have one more?

The spoiled princess and the bad boy biker

Sabrina the daughter of the rich and powerful mayor of New York. All seems well in her world because she has the life of leisure. But I'm truth she's absolutely miserable. Basically it's a story of a rich girl who wishes she had a much simpler life.

Spike The biker who sustained a serious abdominal and injury Fighting 1 of the silver nights known as eagle the VP of the former club. He's hell bent on revenge And he's told he must protect the spoiled princess because it'll be good for their club in the future to have ties to the mayor..

I keep reading these stories hoping That they will get better only to once again I'm Left feeling disappointed. The female lead start up great She actually had My sympathy and I wanted to know more about her. Until she instantly turned in to The typical rich girl slut. Unfortunately that's a big turn off for me as a reader. With Spike he had promise in the previous books but in this one right out of the gate he's behaving like a bratty 12 year old, though I do get his desire for getting back at Eagle.
Still the storyline with the mayor being behind the "threats" against his daughter needed much more build up or something. It lacked suspense, suspicion as to whom it might be.
Overall had some good bits but they were very few. I also noticed some of the writing was repeating it's self with the word choices. It was unusual and could have possibly been edited better but that is my opinion.
Overall this series except Book 2 Flame was unsatisfactory. Which makes me sad.

Spike is book 5 of the Iron Thunder MC Series by authors Kasey Krane Savannah Rylan. Huge leaps in the over arching storyline was made and some resolution achieved. But, is that great or not so great for the members?
The main storyline is about the characters, Spike, member of the Iron Thunder, and Sabrina, daughter of the city’s mayor. Spike was forced to take on the job of Sabrina’s bodyguard while recovering from a stab wound. Sabrina has just returned from Paris and does not know why Spike is now her Bodyguard. But, one thing is certain...they are immediately attracted to each other. So who gives in first? We do know for certain that their chemistry is off the charts hot! But, what happens when her dad returns and really complicates things, in more ways than one?
This book is real meaty with juicy bits being uncovered all over and keeps the reader looking for more twists. The writing team of Krane and Rylan are superb with each bringing their A Game to these books. I’m most definitely recommending this book and the series for your reading enjoyment. Peace.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fifth book in the Iron Thunder MC series. In this book, Spike is recovering from being stabbed by Eagle, the enemy of the MC. Spike is furious that Eagle managed to get away again and he wants to join the hunt looking for him, but Ghost gave him another job. Spike is to be the bodyguard for the mayor's daughter Sabrina. Sabrina recently returned to the US from Paris and she doesn't see the need for a bodyguard. When Sabrina sees Spike, she wants to try to seduce him, but Spike is stronger and fights his attraction to Sabrina. The longer Spike guards Sabrina, the harder it is to fight his attraction to her and when the threats get more bold, Spike knows he will not let anything happen to her and that he cares for her more than any other woman. Sabrina likes Spike, but she doesn't know if he wants her or not and she can't handle the thought of being rejected by him. The hunt for Eagle also continues and Spike wants revenge for being stabbed. I really enjoyed this book, i liked Spike and thought he really did care for Sabrina and wanted what was best for her. I think Sabrina was a little naive, but i think she also learned things aren't always what they seem. a

This is a hot an action packed mc romance story.The story will have you on the edge of your seats an the characters will captivate you.Spike was injured an wakes not remembering what happened .Sukura tells him he has to rest so when his president tells him he will be guarding the Mayors daughter an that can give the club better relationship with the Mayor.Spike knows usually prospects would be doing this job.He feels the guys in the club are weak because they've settled down with the woman they love having a family makes them weak.He says he'll never do that let someone make him weak.Then he meets Sabrina the Mayors daughter he never found a woman so beautiful.Will Spike an Sabrina fall for each other .?There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

Got to give it to Savannah this is an amazing addition to the Iron Thunder MC. Spike is recovering from an stabbing injury he received from a run in with Eagle and the guys want to give him an easy job and keep him from doing to much to soon. Being the security for the mayors daughter and watching her is not what he wants but it is suppose to be a simple job but Spike isn't happy because he thinks she is spoiled and stuck up and the last thing Sabrina wants is someone hanging around her at all times but she isn't given a choice by her father who says he wants to protect her. The more time they spend together the closer they become with one another and they start having some strong feelings for Sabrina. Spike starts doubting he can keep her safe.. This had lots of twists and turns, love, hate, revenge and much more, highly recommended read. I voluntarily received and ARC from the author and this is my honest review.

“Spike” is the 5th book in the Iron Thunder series and continues to captivate you until the final page. This book has everything a reader could ask for....intrigue, suspense, drama, danger, sizzling chemistry and romance. Spike has been assigned the job of protecting Sabrina, the mayor’s daughter. He doesn’t want to be a body guard but would prefer chasing down Eagle the clubs number one enemy. Sabrina does not want to be home where she is totally under her father’s thumb. She feels like a prisoner and another body guard is definitely unwanted. Does Sabrina really need another body guard? Will Spike and Sabrina give in to their intense attraction? What illegal schemes is the mayor up to? If you’re looking for an excellent plot with hot steamy sex, a bit of danger and of course romance “Spike” is for you. This series is a must read.

What a captivating and dangerously thrilling new MC romance from Kasey Krane and Savannah Rylan. Spike is rougher around the edges than the other men of the Iron Thunder MC and because he’s never had any desire to settle down, has no idea how to act around Sabrina. Sabrina grew up in the lap of wealth and privilege yet has always had her decisions made for her. Yet when danger comes barreling through her window and gets a taste of true freedom she craves more. Spike is a must read that will have readers captivated and sometimes a little frustrated with the characters, not to mention the unexpected twists readers won’t see coming. I absolutely loved this final book in the series and I can’t wait to read more from Kasey Krane and Savannah Rylan.

Spike & Sabrina- this book was okay. Not my favorite of the series but still good for the most part. Very steamy and hot. The story picks up when Spike wakes up from being stabbed. He's immediately told that he's being sidelined in the club so he can heal. He's assigned protection duty for the mayor's daughter and he's not happy. Sabrina is the mayor's daughter who's been living in France. Forced to come home, she finds out that she has full time security now because she's “in danger”. The attraction is immediate and Sabrina does just about everything to try to seduce her bodyguard. This is where I started to get annoyed. Sabrina didn't seem to say her safety seriously even after finding a brick thrown through her window. She had a one track mind and his name was Spike. That was kind of annoying. I mean who does that … 🤦🏾‍♀️. So this was just okay.

As the enforcer for the Iron Thunder MC, Spike is still recovering from his stab wound and feeling useless. Wanting to do something for the club, the Pres puts Spike in charge of protecting the mayor's daughter Sabrina. Spike may be recovering from his stab wounds, while Sabrina is out of her depth with the MC, but they both find more than either bargained for. As the sparks begin to fly and their two worlds collide, they will come together in ways no one thought possible, least of all Spike and Sabrina. They may be two opposites and fighting their feelings, but with lots of romance, angst, drama, and hot sexy scenes, these two are on a path to find their own HEA. **I was gifted "Spike" via the author and leave my review voluntarily based on my reading.** 4.5 Stars!

Loved it!

So we last left Spike when he arrived at Ghosts door seriously injured. When he comes too he is told that he needs to rest and he is not allowed to do anything with the club until he is healed. To stop him from getting bored, he is tasked with a little babysitting job for the mayor’s daughter but what starts off as a simple job starts to get more complicated. He just wants to keep Sabrina safe and to finally put an end to Eagle’s games once and for all. What he doesn’t expect is to have feelings for the one person he should stay away from.

Great story and end to this series! I recommend reading the previous books in the series as this one starts mid story.

This series is just so, so good. This book caught me off guard with that twist that Savannah Rylan put in there. So when you're reading this book, don't think you've figured out the direction the story is going to take. Because this book seems to be fond of U-turns. If you haven't read the series from book one, I advise you do. It makes the book that much more entertaining when you know the other characters and their personalities. I mean, why take a taste of your favorite dessert when you can have a full serving.
Remember, if you want to read a book you can't put down, you have to pick it up first.

Sabrina is the mayor's daughter.  She has been in France and is coming home finally. Her father has decided she needs a bodyguard, she is totally against that idea. She does all she can to frustrate Spike and the more time she is with him she is the happiest as she embraces the MC lifestyle.   

Spike fights this assignment all the way as he has no time for spoiled rich girls.  

These two are from two different worlds, but have come together in a unique way.

Spike is recovering from a knife wound that came close 2 killing him. So he had 2 b on light duty 4 a while. He wasn't expecting the surprise that he had 2 do 4 a job. But it's like sumthing connected on the very 1st day between them. She had every st 2 b pissed and angry about her asshole dad treated her her whole life but she was going 2 find the real truth one way or the other. The sentence that was handed down was unfair especially after everything that psycho did and him killing the prospect of their own MC. That prospect didn't deserve it!! And what will happen 2 Mary-beth's bro now? It doesn't really say... Hopefully there's more...

Great book 5! This is Spike and Sabrina’s story. After his recovery from his knife attack with Eagle, Ghost gives him a choice. Either take it easy watching TV or take a job as a bodyguard to the mayors daughter. Wanting neither, he takes to babysitting a spoiled rich girl. What he doesn’t count on is the electrical chemistry he has with her. Sabrina is desperate to have a life of her own. Not be what her father makes her be. She and Spike face action and adventure on their way to figuring out what they mean to each other. Great read!

Spike was healing from a knife stabbing by Eagle a MC enemy. He’s given a easier job to let him heal and that is to be a bodyguard to the mayor’s daughter Sabrina. He’s not happy about it and Sabrina isn’t either. She doesn’t want to be watched all the time and she doesn’t want to be a home under her fathers eyes. Spike thinks she’s spoiled but can’t get out of the job. As they have to be around each other they finally start getting along. As they get closer feelings get involved but what will her father do? Spike is recovering from a near fatal injury when he is tasked with protecting the Mayor's daughter. Spike thinks this is a job for prospects, that he could make better use of his time. Sabrina has been summoned home from Paris and doesn't know why. When her father introduces her to her new bodyguard Spike the sparks fly.

I am loving this series. Each book picks up where the last leaves off. The characters are relatable and realistic. The stories are descriptive and well written.

I have found my favorite of the Iron Thunder MC! Spike is soooooo good and his story is so sexy and unexpected. Him and Sabrina are definitely from opposite ends of the spectrum, but, they couldn't be more perfect for each other.  She's tougher than she seems and more determined than he thought and she's determined to have him while he's determined and do his job. Spike is full of surprises and is an excellent quick read.

The last thing Sabrina wants is someone hanging around her at all times but she isn't given a choice. The more time they spend together the closer they become. Can Spike keep Sabrina safe? The author has given us a wonderful look into the lives of the Iron Thunder MC members. Spike is supposed to be bodyguard for Sabrina since she is in danger because of something her father, the mayor, has done. Between the secrets, action, attraction and danger, you keep turning the page to make sure that Spike is able to take care of Sabrina.

This is the 5th book in the series and it can be read as a stand-alone. Spike in working on recovering from a stab wound and to keep him busy, Ghost gives him the job of keeping an eye on the Mayor’s daughter. Soon sparks are flying between them and when danger gets to close, he takes her to his place. Can he keep her safe and make her his own? Fast-paced MC read with loads of drama, suspense and steam. Great characters, steamy chemistry and an entertaining story. I liked it.

Sabrina is the mayor's daughter. Breed to be prim and proper. She hates it.
They are opposites but the attraction is strong.
As the MC gets Eagle. Spike finds out what Sabrina's father is really up to.
These two were meant to be together Spike just needs to get out of his own way.

This is the fifth book in the Iron Thunder series, I do suggest reading them in order.

Oh my, this series is definitely heating up, while Spike heals up he's bodyguard to Sabrina, they have an instant connection that absolutely sizzles. We have plenty of drama and action happening as we work our way through the story. Loving this series.
