Dear Gawd … I didn’t know if I should cry for Keys or just pity him. What a life he had. The one constant in his life was Palmer and now she needs his help.
I was drawn into this story right from the beginning. Keys got me right in the heart and I couldn’t wait to find out how everything would transpire, where his trip “home” would really take him. Well, it brought him right into the arms of the only woman who ever showed him any compassion. Now, it’s his turn to be there for her and Hoss. He just needs to clean up the mess of a town that he grew up in and maybe get a little revenge in while he’s at it. Palmer never got over Silas. He was her first love even though he never touched her, never came on to her. Oh, she understood why but was totally taken aback when he just disappeared after graduation. Now, she knows the truth about him and what was taken from him and it’s time to reach out and bring him back. He’s the only one who may be able to help her get to the bottom of what is really going on.
Palmer and Keys were wonderful. She was one strong woman and he may have been a Bastard but was putty in Palmer and Jaxson’s hands. Tough when she needed to be … submissive when she needed to be. She was the perfect match for Keys and there was nothing that he would do to make sure they stay together, forever.
Royally Broken was wonderful. The characters were gritty yet comical. The story line was interesting, exciting, fast-paced and dark. There was a little blood shed and a little story about the Littles. But, there was a whole lot of compassion, a whole lot of love and a bunch of bikers that would do anything to protect their woman and the innocent. I was totally taken with Royally Broken.

Key's and Palmer's story and it was a good one. Key's as we know is ex navy seals and a computer expert but what we didn't know was about his past. He always kept quiet about it. His past was one of the worst ways a kid could grow up but he got away from it and made something of it. Now a girl from his past is the only thing that can make him go back to that place.
Palmer is the granddaughter of the Mayor in a small town. She had a crush on a tortured older boy. She had just found out what he was going through and then he skipped town. She was too young then but now she is a grown woman and has information he has always wanted. Once she tracks him down and emails him all she has to do is wait for him to show up.
They have both been through hell of different sorts but they loved each other when too young. Can she show him what he has been missing?
This small town holds too many secrets... can they survive everything once things start to come out.

Loved it! Keys is awesome! I loved him! Palmer is strong but in a quiet way. Definitely liked her a lot and she fits so well with Keys. The story is fast and fantastic! I finished it last night and was so sad when it was over. I love Elle's books!

OMG! If you have read any of the books in the Royal Bastards MC: Royal Sons CA by Elle Boon, then hold on to you seats, strap in and get ready for a very emotional ride.
Keys Royal grew up in a small town where nobody noticed that on a daily basis, the family that allowed him to live with them mistreated him, beat him, starved him, and made him sleep in an old shed. Nobody stepped in to help, nobody cared, except for sweet little Palmer Coker. The one person that was off limits and would have been the death for Keys. She was his "sunshine" in the darkness that was his life. At 18 he left and never looked back, becoming a SEAL and then a brother in the Royal Sons MC. He never thought that he would ever go back, until he received and email from Palmer. She is the only thing that would ever bring him back to the place that caused him so much pain.
Palmer Coker is a widow with a baby. Her abusive husband was killed when he wrapped his car around a tree after driving drunk with one of his many lovers in the car. Determined to get away from this town, her controlling grandfather (who sold her into marriage with the abuser), and to make a life for her and her son, she knows that she must divulge the secret that she has found. The key to Keys past and who he really is.
But when Keys comes to town, he immediately decides that Palmer and her son, Jaxson, are his and he will protect them with his last breath. When strange things start happening and Palmer seems to be the target, it will take Keys and he Bastard Brothers to end the rain of terror that has blanketed that town for generations and to keep Palmer and her son from falling into the hands of the devil himself.
I can barely describe the emotional roller coaster that this book took me on. From learning of Keys past, the learning what Palmer had to endure, to learning the truth of why Keys was treated so horribly, I swear my hear broke for Keys and Palmer. If ever there were two people who were perfect for each other it was these two. By the end of this book I was cheering for them. I cannot wait to read the next story to come.

Royally Broken, how apropos. That was Key's whole life, growing up on the wrong side of town cinched it. The throw away kid. Yet somehow he not only survived it, he left it in a cloud of dust, as fast as his legs could carry him, away from torment, away from temptation. I wish I could say he overcame it all, but life is never that pat, I'm dripping tears at this point as I write this.
He joined the Navy, became the best of the best, a fighting machine to make Uncle Sam so proud, until one day it all went FUBAR. His body now broken, they tried to break his mind. No one understood he'd left all his give a cares, that same day he'd left that dirty, unforgiving town in Missouri.
Up until he'd received that email, he thought he'd made a new life for himself, Keys, Royal Sons Chapter, Royal Bastards MC, the only family he has or needs.
Palmer, the golden haired, blue eyed princess, granddaughter to PopPop and MeMaw, until she finds herself sold to the very devil himself. Princesses' lives shouldn't turn into horror filled existences, and she had her sweet baby, Jaxson, to take care of now. She never forgot that beautiful, tortured boy who left her, and she had no one else to turn to, really.
So it begins anew, back in Lionsville, Missouri, the son comes home. But he's not the same, and he's got family, whether he truly believed it before he does now, and we get to see appearances by so many of his brothers, who've always had his back and always will. These MC's are what your mama told you to stay away from. Maybe mama ... wasn't always right.
I loved this read, full of ALL the feels, gritty, yet so sweet and hot, sad and so spittin mad I want to go hunting. Yes, I totally got into this from the Prologue to the last, sexy, happily riding into the sunset page (going west to California in a cage with precious cargo). One Hell of a journey!

I have been waiting for Key's story.
Keys is a man who has always been in the run. A man who excaped his past and has no plan on looking back. However, it takes one message from the only person who had ever been nice to him growing up and he's headed back to his version of hell.

This book was wonderfully twisted. What Keys had to deal with as a child and the things going on around Palmer without her knowing was hard to read. This made you root for this couple even more.
I loved the reunion between Palmer and Keys but I have to say, I especially loved Keys reaction to Palmer's little guy. I loved the nickname he gives him and claims him as his own immediately.

I have been waiting for Keys' story since he was introduced in book one. Was not disappointed in the least. Keys and Palmer are perfect for one another, I loved Palmer's sass and how protective she is with her son Jaxson. Keys might be a big bad biker and former SEAL but he is a teddy bear when it comes to Palmer and Jaxson.
Keys get a cryptic email from Palmer and he runs off to the one place he promised he would never go back to his hometown of Lionsville. Keys may finally get the answers of who is parents were and finally get the one woman he has never forgotten to be his!
There are many different elements to this story, second chance love, retribution, a bit of mystery, lots of steamy hot melt your kindle moments and a little boy nicknamed Hoss who will steal your heart! Of course we can't forget this is an MC story so expect MC justice at its finest!

He's ready to go lone wolf when he receives an email from Palmer, someone who he thought he'd never see again. That email sets off a chain of events that will roll you along a twisty and turny plot created by Ms. Boon. Hang on tight.
Some memorable lines "I'll bear all the weight, take all the burden, until I see you again. For even death won't take me away from you." I want more than one night with you. I want all your nights and days for however long you'll have me." "I didn't realize I was here, waiting for you to come back, to lift me up and be my other half."
Dragan and Katana are hilarious.

Holy hades!!! I don't know where to start. I've been a fan of Elle Boon's for quite awhile now and this book has to be one of the best she's written to date. Keys past is heartbreaking but then so is Palmers. A second chance at love, but will it end before it even gets started? Palmer has uncovered secrets about people in her town and gets in touch with Keys. The events that unfold kept me glued to my kindle as page after page, we discover horrible things. Can Keys and his brothers take care of all of this mess and still keep Palmer and baby "Hoss" safe? And that twist? That crept up on me so fast that I had to go back and reread it again to make sure it WAS what I read!!! WOW!!! This story just blew me away and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

Keys and Palmer…. Keys has a past that is better left dead as it has nothing to offer his new life. Palmer a woman that seems to have it all but are appearances deceiving. Keys is a man who turned his hellish upbringing to fuel he needed to become the best version of Keys. Palmer ends up in the presence of the worst of the worst, so she seeks the little boy lost when she has a son of her own and no other option, an email will spin Keys axis to destinations long forgotten. I came in late to this series, but Elle has made a spot in my heart for all these MC Males and they are amazing males dark and mysterious. A perfect mix of sexy, brooding, good, and bad. I could go on, but I do not want to tell the whole story you need to read it for yourself and I definitely recommend that you do.

I absolutely love this series! Keys is a man on a mission. Find the girl he left behind, find who his parents are, and destroy everything that tries to stop him. Palmer was the good girl of the mayor who doesn’t go against the rules. She marries the man her grandfather picked not knowing he was a monster. When everything is brought to light this town will never be the same. Keys is going to burn this whole town down to make sure the girl who holds his heart is safe.

HOLY COW this was amazing!! Once you get started, the pace doesn't let up and you can't just put it down. Keys is heading back to the one place he never planned on seeing again. Palmer is amazing and I love her sassy-ness. I love Elle Boon's books, everyone is better than the last. They sometimes deal with some tough subjects, but she does it in the best way. Can't get enough of her books!

Keys was one of those characters that seemed to be a bit in the background in previous books and thus I didn't really know what to expect - what a tough childhood he had - my heart bled for him
Thankfully he turned his life round and boy what a man he has become - such a protective guy when necessary but takes no prisoners at other times - he really made a place for himself within my heart.
Palmer seemed to have it all but you never know what goes on behind closed doors, so glad she has a happy outcome and as for litle Hoss, I just love him and the scenes with him and Keys just melted my heart.
A fast paced storyline with twists - a book I just couldn't put down, think I finished it at about 3am!

Keys had a bad childhood, growing up without know who his parents are and being abused by his caretakers. Palmer was the town princess with her grandfather being the town mayor. Keys leaves town joins the military and ends up having a good life with a MC. Palmer was told to marry a local man by her grandfather, which she did but things didn't turn out how she thought. When her husband dies she reaches out to find Keys to help her, who she always had a crush on growing up. DO they find happiness at the end of all the weird stuff that has been going on in that little town. It is a very well written and you need to read to find out.

Fabulous read. Some of the subject matter is on the dark side but handled well, some really nasty characters involved. A few twists stop you getting complacent or really sussing out what is going on, this story isn't always a comfortable one to read, it is gritty and contains some abuse, though mostly as it has happened rather than the graphic of it in present terms. The main good guys are some favourites and some new ones from this chapter but very easy to like and love. I really loved Keys and how he immediately steps in and up to offer love and protection. There are some steamy moments which are full of love. I look forward to more.

Keys and Palmer grew up in the same town. He tried to keep his distance because he knew he was leaving as soon as he graduated. They didn’t keep in touch until she reached out some years later. Once they came back together things progressed very fast, but will a sinister plot tear them apart? Will they both survive the coming danger? I really like how protective Keys is towards those he cares about, and I like how Palmer took control of her life. Overall I really enjoyed this story.

Royally Broken is Keys' story and is perfectly titled. I've wanted Keys story for so long and I wasn't disappointed. His book created a gamut of emotions for me. The first 18 years of his life were just horrible and his only bright spot was his only friend Palmer. After he left to join the Military, Palmer's life ended up not being so great either. After several years they reconnected and the secrets and horrors that surrounded the small town they grew up in were brought to the forefront. The Royal Bastards come out to play and unearthed things you can't even believe. As always Elle Boons imagination takes us on an incredible journey with Keys, Palmer and the rest of the Bastards.

Oh lord, I love Keys. He is an amazing character. He’s a total badass and protective alpha man, who will do all he needs to do to protect what he feels is his and Palmer and Jaxson(Hoss) are his. Palmer has suffered a lot with her no good husband and when she becomes a widow, she contacts the one person who she feels can help her “Keys”. When trouble comes a calling Keys calls in the Royal Bastards to hell keep his family safe.

wow what a read couldn't put it down .Elle boon at her best. Keys n Palmer were old school friends from different side of the track. After many years apart circumstances united the pair .can they find peace togther? can Keys keep them safe? can the royal bastards save them? A must read .

Keys isn’t looking for love but then he sees her. She needed helps and wasn’t all all that sure about the biker. But will they be able to survive the dangers? Will Keys get any better at being a parent to her little guy? Wonderful read and look forward to more. A must read.

Holy cow !! I stayed up all night reading Keys and Palmer I couldn’t put it down !!!! Hot hot hot those two !!! I soooo can’t wait for more books!! Heck I even hope baby hoss gets a book when he grows up lol . I love how you get to see guys from different chapters in each book !!

He has to help Palmer, even if he end up dead.

Keys and Palmer and Jaxson are what people should aspire to be. This book has everything. A definite do not miss. I Love the Royal Bastards.
