Yellow River Flowing to East was awarded the 2nd Mao Dun Literature Prize. It tells about the fleeing KMT troops exploded Hua Yunkou dyke of Yellow River, causing more than 10 million people to suffer from this disaster. It tells about people's disaster and strife from 1938 to 1948, reflecting laboring people's suffering and the necessity to fight in the old China (before 1949).

先简单说下,大学时候的读过,反映了豫北先辈们的苦难以及苦难中的奋斗。
相比电影1942,对苦难的过度渲染。这本书对先辈们绝境中求生的刻画描写,才是核心。也是我最喜欢的地方。
意难平的是,最后妹妹失踪了,在那个动荡的年代可能是稀松平常的。一个十几岁的姑娘说要去挣钱,多么懂事。然而那个动荡的年代就是这样稀松平常的磨灭了这个善良姑娘存在的痕迹。

嗨,人名也已经被我都记忆磨灭了。

最喜欢的还是女主与失散多年的未婚夫相见的场景。那种包含了期待、害怕失望、小心翼翼地试探,峰回路转的惊喜。让人怀念啊。
