Art of Forgiveness: Guide to Healing through Meditation

Rate this book
Analytical meditation techniques for Wim Hof, Pranayama, and Holotropic breathing methods.

Art of Forgiveness is a self-coaching manual designed to engage your mind with insightful, self-remembrance visualization drills. This book has been developed as a mindfulness strength and conditioning training program designed to recalibrate your demeanor and expand your ability to counteract negative self-talk by dedicating mental devotion to family and friends.

Meditation cultivates an intimate relationship within yourself via various attention techniques (daily breathing techniques, thought management, and stillness modifications) – to train your inner state to become more aware, achieve mental clarity, and attain emotional calmness.

Traditional mindfulness instruction requires the practitioner to fixate their complete attention on nothingness or hypnotize themselves with a mantra until their mind wanders. This conventional method of concentration training easily breaks underneath a tidal wave of incessant, divergent, and convergent thoughts, obliterating your ability to remain still or attain presence.

What you can learn from this book:

• Healing meditations to establish and develop self-forgiveness
• Best exercises to recall, reflect, and release harmful memories
• Most effective ways to release stress and anxiety from the mind
• Unique methods to liberate difficult mental and emotional states
• Expert options for choosing the best meditation technique for you

This book will help you restore balance to your life and help you recognize the beauty of any given moment in an everyday chaotic world. The lessons of self-reflection will help you observe your thoughts, identify negative mental blocks, and areas for growth. Using the easy to learn lessons the Art of Forgiveness will teach you how to become more comfortable in your being by forgiving the past, focusing on loved ones, and enjoy newly-found moments of peace.

I have been really into meditation lately so felt this book was the perfect read at this time. I was conflicted about what to rate this book because I ended the book wanting more from it. It was so short. But then behold, the author has a downloaded workbook linked at the end. This helped me to not want more and I was impressed by this addition that I was not expecting. I cannot wait to further my meditation through what I learned and hopefully will continue to learn from the workbook.

Thank you to the author and publisher as I received this book free from a goodreads giveaway.

If you are into spirituality and love doing meditation or you are a beginner, you should go for this book. I have read many spiritual books too, they are usually hard to understand / rather i should say, they are not simple to understand especially, if you are beginner. But this book is really good. Author has used simplest language and while reading i felt like he was reading his experience and teaching at the same time. In simple language he has given method of meditation and explained it beautifully. I loved the way he has explained it.
After a very long time, i have read a spiritual book, and really it is worth reading, even if you are not into spirituality even a bit.

WHY I AM RECOMMENDING THIS BOOK :

COS IT CLEARS MANY CONCEPTS, RATHER IT GIVES A VERY SIMPLE ELUCIDATION OF THE METHODS WHILE DOING MEDITATION. THE AUTHOR HAS GIVEN METHOD FOR MEDITATORS WHO ARE AT BEGINNERS/ MODERATE ( STAGE)/ADVANCE ( STAGE).

USUALLY THE PERSON WHO MEDITATES, HIS/ HER DOUBTS ARE CLEARED BY HIS/ HER GURU, BUT IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY SPECIFIC, RELIGION/ PERSON. STILL WANT TO DO MEDITATION, THIS BOOK WILL SURELY HELP YOU.

In clear, direct, and honest language, Adam Luaces describes the evolution of an untrained and tortured mind transformed through concentration, meditation, and mindfulness, into a soul capable of slipping from its own strangling binds of resentment and hatefulness.

For those familiar with this topic, expect nothing soul-shattering.

It's all basic information much of what you learned early on in your family, school, or religion. Why do we need to be reminded? Luaces does a great job explaining that. Still, it's worth the read and the recommended books list in the back is a great stepping stone for an inner journey to learn more.

This book shows simply how to meditate with kindness and forgiveness for yourself and others. I really liked that it was short so I can easily refer back to it or read it again if I need reminders or inspiration.
