I love bread. I just found out how to bake fresh bread. I think it's terrific. The book is an overview of how to make bread. It tells the beginner bread maker what tools they should have and what to do. At the end it has recipes. It also discusses gluten bread. For those who love bread I recommend you buy this book.
I learned a lot about bread making. I have always wanted to try, it didn’t know where to start, or what a lot of the terms meant. I am definitely planning on trying a lot of the recipes.
I downloaded this book because I enjoy baking. The author is very detailed this isn't just a cookbook . For instance I learned the different methods of kneading. I would recommend this book for beginners. If you want to try your hand out with breads.
The photographs will make your mouth water. Good information on tools and ingredients. Many recipes require almond flour which is not something I have used. Need to research the different sourdough starters and bake some bread!
