I’m not giving this book two stars simply because I do or don’t believe in these practices. I actually do incorporate a couple of ayurvedic practices into my life already and I’m very very interested in adopting more!

It was honestly the format of this book that made me give it two stars. It was very repetitive which made it insufferably tedious….I guess repetitiveness is good for learning especially via the audiobook but it was overdone and not even in an efficient way (which made the content even more so inefficient)

I guess you could argue this is okay for beginners as the title suggests but I would highly recommend looking into other sources to learn more about Ayurveda. At least thats what I’m gonna do lol
