I was finally able to download the file and the journal is beautiful. I do wish that it had more prompts for a deeper experience, but this is a short journal and you can revisit the prompts as you work to make changes in your life into a practice. The prompts are thought provoking and not always easy to pull from my head which I think makes for a more meaningful experience and helps you face what is running around in there creating anxiety or stress.

I read the original book a few years ago, and I was super stoked to see this guided journal version. It works as a perfect companion to the original book, but would also be helpful for someone who has not read that book.

It's a short, helpful journal. Sometimes guided journals can feel overwhelming, because they seem to go on and on. This one suffers from no such problem, but surely, the prompts are extremely meaningful and they will force you to dig deep into your inner voice and self.

Highly recommended. Super helpful for anyone looking to do some inner work and get over internal blocks.

Thanks to Netgalley, the author, and the publisher, I appreciate having the opportunity to review this journal.

This guided journal is fantastic. It’s Short, so it’s not overwhelming or intimidating, where you feel like you’re facing a mountain and don’t know where or how to start. This does not require a ton of writing or reading. It’s perfect, because you will gain so much value without feeling like the time commitment is a burden.

I wish this had been available years ago. I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in some self-reflection or wanting to understand their self-talk.

I can not wait for this journal to release! First, if you love The Untethered Soul, you are definitely going to want this. Second, it will make a great gift for those in your life who may not want to read the book yet as a way to introduce them. The journal is beautiful, with fluid watercolor painting throughout. I love that it has concepts and discuss and then questions and space to write after. The questions also have depth to them to really help you apply the concepts and gain deeper understanding.

This journal is a treasure and will be loved by anyone looking to work on their self-awareness, healing journey. I’m really enjoying it and can’t recommend it enough!

I wouldn't give this such a high rating except it Made me realize that I can actually make the active choice to run infinity on high so I put that on my daily checklist mind you.

Otherwise no, you are definitely your fucking mind that is a part of you. You cannot dismiss it, your thoughts is what hes trying to say are not a part of you. But again, they are, they're just like hairs. You can comb them off sometimes.

Because you are human, you are capable of infinite growth and infinite experiences. You just need to be open to that. And you need to be open to positive change and positive replacement. You're not losing anything you're just upgrading. So choose a happy upgrade.

This journal is great for shadow work/ exploring the shadow part of your psyche. It has great questions in it for inner work.
I have followed lots of books, podcasts and social media on healing for many years and 90% of the info in this was new to me.
It has some exercises in it to help with awareness and focusing that I haven’t seen before.
I have lots of moon journals but this one dives deep and has helped me look at things from a different perspective.
It opens easily and lies flat so its easy to write it.
The cover is soft and silky.
Its a great value.

I cannot express to you how beautiful this book is. I have already bought copies to give out for holiday presents and I know my friends will love it! The entire book communicates care and attention, from the gorgeous cover (you need to see this in print, not just electronic), to the satin ribbon, to the feel of the paper.
Singer's writing is spacious and leaves plenty of room for interpretation. This book was made for people looking for a space to reflect and journal! I find myself thinking of some of the writing throughout my day and I'm looking forward to actually writing in a journal for once!

Do not skip this book and pick up a few copies for friends!

The arc file (both for kindle and pdf) is only the cover of the journal. The publisher si probably not aware of that.

I will give the full review if this issue with the file is fixed, of course.

Found this as a result of reading the main 'untethered soul' book. Have found this meditative writing so useful for thinking about wider life and will look forward to revisiting my notes some day.
