Alchemy Unveiled concisely details how we can connect with our higher self. The guide provides a backdrop for the different stages of our journey as well as the different symbolism and practices we can do to help support this journey. What I really like about this book is it acts as a constant reminder that I and every other person on this planet are a part of the natural world, living and breathing just like a tree or an animal, aligned with the planets and the universe. The symbolism and concepts within this book act as a gentle reminder that every moment is just another opportunity for me to deepen my connection with my higher self.

This book is amazing. I am 10,000 hours into studying psychology, philosophy, and world religions: this small manual is what I have been searching for (I’m on my 7th reading of this book and will read it many more times).

As far as spirituality goes, this is not the time for fluff or learning from an unlearned teacher. This small manual is a concise introduction to the spiritual path and gives many practical exercises and insights for this journey.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in spirituality and the science behind it.

Steve Seven does a phenomenal job at helping his readers understand why meditation is so important and how it has the power to re•wire our thinking patterns. He not only helps us understand but walks us through the process step by step. I really enjoyed the several meditation exercises, I highly recommend this book. Steve brings a lot to the table.

Seven’s Alchemy Unveiled takes the reader by the hand and gently leads them to the path of the “Seven Stages of Alchemy”. He explains the path clearly and with expertly chosen references and images that are bound to appeal to a variety of readers. For the psychologist and philosopher - the references to Jung, Nietzsche, and Aristotle will provide credibility. For the English majors and story writers (this being my category), the references to the “Hero’s Journey” will ring true. For the religious, the biblical references will add credence to Seven’s assertions. For the spiritualist, the references to the chakras, the Higher Self, meditation, and the kundalini will draw them in. For the historian, the Greek mythology references will allow insight. For the occultist, the rituals recommended and the explanation of spiritual alchemy will add a new level of depth. I recommend this work to anyone that is interested in seeking a deeper level of self-understanding with which to grow as a person. If you are on a quest for enlightenment, then this book is a wonderful resource. A basic understanding of biblical history, occult and spiritual terms, philosophy, and Greek myths will allow one to fully appreciate this work.
