This box set has two stories that will touch your heart and have you on the sideline cheering for our characters to get a chance for happiness in their lives. The first story is about Brad and Suzie. Brad and Suzie may have history together, but it is one that she has put behind her. When Brad comes to town, he has other plans and they all include Suzie, but will he get another chance to get the woman who has stolen his heart. Suzie has finally got her life together and knows what she wants to do but when Brad comes to town her life is chaos again. Will they get a second chance to get it all together? This story draws you in and have you cheering these two on to get a chance for happiness.
The second one deals with Shelly and her drama. Matt and Shelly will draw you in to this touching story. Shelly has come back to her hometown as a widow with two little girls to boot. Driving up to her sister’s place was one of the hardest things she had to do but with no money and no place else to go she takes the risk. She never expected that she would run into Matt the one she left behind when she left town to marry her sister’s fiancé. This two book set starting the readers into the Harbor Falls series was incredible. The first book is the story of Brad and Suzie. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE Brad. He is so sweet and I love that he followed her to be with her. Suzie such a great character too but has some struggles that makes her push Brad away. Their story is beautiful and steamy. The second book is about Matt and Shelley. These books are standalones but interconnected so it’s best to read them in order but not necessary. So for the second story Shelley is Suzie’s sister. Shelley broke hearts when she left town but is home for the holidays. Maybe there will be a second chance for Matt and Shelley but a lot of things have to be worked through first. Two excellent romances and I look forward to reading more from this series.

You don't want to miss out on this two-book series starter. Heartmelting stories that will give you all the feels. The author has a smooth writing style and does a great job of developing the characters. These are very well-written stories and I think the author did a very nice job of bringing the characters and stories to life with vivid descriptions. The storylines flowed smoothly and the plot twists kept me turning the pages anxious to see what would happen next. If your looking for a heartwarming story with a good small town romance, then look no further, this set is not to be missed!

Oh, the heat is HOT, and the physical chemistry is captivating so be careful you may just get burned all the heat coming off these pages. There were some "oh no" "oh wow" " what the what" moments and add in uncanny mishaps, and shenanigans the good kind that makes you keep turning the pages till last page has been turned. Full length standalone books with sexy alpha’s and the queens that bring them to their knees so get comfortable because once you start you put it down until the last page is turned.

Loved have the first two books in this series together, in All of my Heart we met Suzie and Brad. they worked together and fell for each other only to have Suzie up and leave. Will there reunion be good for both of them or will it end in disaster. In Book 2 Take my Heart we met Shelley and Matt, Shelly left town married to her sister (Suszie's fiance) she back and the first person she sees is Matt the one that she left behind.

What a wonderful Box Set of Books!
It was very kind, while dealing with real-world happenings of the heart by the Hart sisters.
I am normally not one to get wrapped up in a romance novel or box set. These kept my attention, and they were brought together by one being primarily around one sister and the second book the little sister, and they felt like they could have been a family member telling me about extended family members.
Thank you, Maddie James for sharing such kind stories that are real-life.

This is a great two book set set in small town Harbor Falls. The author does a great job bringing strong characters with an interesting story line. She paints her scenes perfectly as she creates a realistic story and pulled me into their stories. They are well written , move quickly and smoothly and are great reads.

Both books in this boxset are quick and short reads with a total of a little over 250 pages by Maddie James. if you are looking for small town romance with second chances, then this boxset is for you. James writes exceptional books that will have you glued to the pages until the very end. These were the first books that I read by this author, but I can definitely see her ending up on my favorite's list.

This series has the advantage of a continuing set of characters as each forges ahead with friendship and connections to each other that just strengthens and surges forward. The pace is pleasant with enough twists and turns to maintain interest and hold your attention. It is a pleasant series and one you'll enjoy

What a treat to read this two novel box set. I was enchanted with Maddie James wonderful novels set in the Carolina's with the small town southern feel. I could hear the conversation with the drawl and it made me want to pull up a rocking chair and sit on the porch and stay a while and watch the fish jump on the lake. .

Harbor Falls
I absolutely loved this set of book. Both stories were captivating and light hearted. There wasn't 10 chapters of he said, she said, I love him yet we're no goid for each other. Each hero and heroine had a past that they quickly got over and accepted they still loved each orher.

Today I visited Harbor Falls and fell in love with Maddie James's characters, Suzzie, Shelly, her daughters, Matt and Brad, and the other inhabitants of this charming southern, small town set in the Carolinas.
With the goings-on between Suzzie and Matt, and Shelly and Brad, a reader will surely find themselves fully immersed in the lives of the inhabitants of Harbor Falls.

This is the 4th time I've read books written by Maddie James; she has done a great job at writing a good set of books; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story lines caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

A lovely small town romance two-book set that introduces the reader to the wonderful community of Harbor Falls. The books are well-written with wonderful characters and the story-lines beautifully depict the joys and the pitfalls of small-town life. Very well done indeed!

This was my first read from this author. While I am not the biggest fan of the third person point of view of the story, sorry deal breaker, this was a sweet box set. I really liked Suzie from the story All of my heart. It was my favorite of the two.

These are the first two books in a heartwarming small town series. Each book is an interesting and emotional journey to second chances. Great characters, sweet romance and family drama combine make these reads hopeful and inspirational. Beautifully written and easy to read, you will fall in love Harbor Falls.

If you need a lesson in forgiveness, this series shows the whole concept of forgive and forget. Like really! I loved Suzie and Brad’s love journey back together. Wasn’t sure how I felt about Shelley and her shady mess but that’s where forgiveness showed up. Only thing I didn’t like was the use of God’s name in vain along with the other colorful words...

Full over love
I so enjoyed both books. The characters were brilliant,strong and supportive. I was hooked from the first page. Who doesn't love a good romance . I highly recommend them.

Great stories.
Two books in one is a great read. Two sisters with a difficult past struggle to move forward without the pain of the past. Three men; one the cause of the past, one living in the present not concerned about the past, and miserable hating the past. A fun read.

A nice set of HEAs
I liked the stories and all the characters. The scenes were vivid and beautiful. The characters were engaging and very easy to like. I totally believe in second chances.

I'm not rating individually. Fairly short novellas. Storylines were okay, but I just didn't care for the characters that much. Maybe because their stories were so short. Not bad or horrible, so at least try them out.
