Alot of re-hashed information - nothing much new. Not that there aren't some good suggestions for minor bouts. I didn't find them terribly useful or helpful in my situation.

I have suffered from arthritis in my neck since I was a teen, and now, approaching 50, I am in chronic pain from it. I have done all of the standard things, so having this discuss at least a few other treatment possibilities was great. Most of this was pretty standard, however, it seriously reinforced to me the critical need to have a doctor who listens to and believes you. I am luck enough to have that, but not everyone does. I feel like it is just such a relief to have someone get that this is not being a drama queen or overreacting or being hysterical.

Pain is a topic or great relevance.

Experience of pain is obvious, specify the cause of pain, then treating pain is abstract.

Brilliant book
Well structured
Easy to read

This book would be helpful for those in pain to narrow down who to reach out for treatments.

Many tips for immediate and easy pain relief, including food choices, natural supplements, stretching, exercise, deep massaging...
