You can lose weight like crazy, and you can achieve anything! Autumn Calabrese shares the revolutionary step-by-step approach to lose weight that made her one of the top fitness and nutrition celebrities in the world. No cutting corners and no BS: In this book she reveals the personal struggles that shaped her approach to overcome excuses that led to this 30-day plan to succeed at weight loss, and life!
Hey there! I’m Autumn Calabrese.
I’m a Midwest girl, a single working mom who really had no business being in the business of health and fitness. But I found my passion in helping people achieve their weight-loss and health goals. I turned myself into a mini mega-mogul of nutrition and fitness with two of Beachbody’s most successful programs ever: 21 Day Fix and The Ultimate Portion Fix.
I’ve led a crazy life and it’s still crazy—probably a lot like yours. I’ve faced tremendous hardships and disappointments that have deflated my self-confidence. But I’ve found a way to turn “failures” into “redirections” that have transformed my life. And you can do it, too!
Over the past five years, I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people finally get control of food and lose 10, 20, 30, even more than 100 pounds with my breakthrough weight-loss programs. And, now I’m going to do the same for you!
Imagine enjoying your favorite CARBS, WINE AND COCKTAILS, AND EVEN CHOCOLATE CAKE and still melt fat to build the lean, fit, healthy body you’ve always wanted!
Here’s my proposition: Give me just 30 days of your time, trust my process, GO ALL IN, and see what happens to your body. If you’ve ever struggled to lose weight before, I know why, and I have the solution.
Lose Weight Like Crazy is NOT a DIET. There’s Zero Deprivation. It works by automatically controlling your portion sizes, eliminating those unhealthy, sugary processed foods that trigger cravings, and filling you up on a proven ratio of healthy whole foods. It’s simple. It’s backed by science. And it works. You Won't Count Calories! You won’t feel hungry or deprived! You can enjoy dessert! You can have a cocktail with your friends! You can speed up your results by adding fast, fun exercise routines that you’ll love! (free lifetime access to my 2 new workout videos included with the book!) You can maintain your new body and feel amazing—for life!
This is a tough book for me to rate. Five stars for Autumn and her program - it really works. Rather than cutting out food groups or telling you you can only eat during certain times, it relies on portion control (and calorie density - fill up on your veggies!). I personally follow her vegan plan, and I've had great results. I also like her as a trainer; her Beachbody fitness programs are amazing, and I workout with Autumn 6 days a week.
However, the book itself....it's not that well-written (we can't be amazing at everything, Autumn!). It also somewhat felt a little like a commercial for Beachbody. I'm a Beachbody customer, and nothing in it was new for me. But I could see how if you're picking this up for the first time, it might seem like they're trying to sell you more than the book (they are). Don't let that deter you - it's a solid plan. But if you plan on getting a Beachbody on Demand membership, you don't need to buy this book. All of the information is included with her fitness programs (like 21 Day Fix or 80 Day Obsession).
I usually fly through books in one day but I intentionally took my time with this one.
Autumn is such amazing motivator and inspiration and this book shows that she didn’t just waltz her way to where she is today. She worked hard and had a bunch of setbacks and struggles.
Highly recommend this for fans of her as well as anyone looking to improve their nutrition!!!!
I wanted to write a review on this book that I was honored and thrilled to read as Autumn Calabrese has been my personal trainer for at home workouts for over three years now through the awesome Beachbody On Demand at home workout program site. I have done many workout programs with different trainers and worked out throughout many years of my life in the gym for hours a day (can I get a BORING!!) and Autumn’s workout programs (short, sweet ok well not always so sweet but to the point!!) overall are the most effective and beneficial workouts and for those out there who struggle with those hard-to-reach areas (ladies you know what I’m talking about!!) these programs (i.e, 80 Day Obsession, 21 Day Fix) will target those hard to reach and struggle areas like nobody’s business (TRUST ME!!!) As exercise is an enormous part of your overall health and fitness, more importantly, Autumn has designed the Ultimate Portion Fix container system. This program designed by Autumn and her philosophies have been nothing short of the best thing I have found in my life to make such a difference in how I feel and how my health and overall nutrition is. Autumn gives you all of the tools you need to make an impact and difference in your every day life and struggles for especially those with a pattern of emotional eating and her tools help you in every facet of your life. It was this last year of the yo-yo all or nothing mentality and way of life eating and up and down roller coaster of emotional eating that I finally was able to come to terms with “kicking this roller coasters butt” and jumping off with the inspiring words and support by Autumn. Autumn Calabrese has taught myself and hundreds of thousands of others out there to step up and care for our most precious thing in life our health, our minds, our nutrition and to take the control and put it to good use! Thank you for all you have done Autumn and continue to do. As many of us know the struggles are real and the roller coaster of emotional eating is real but when it comes down to it using the tools that have been provided in this amazing book can make a difference in everyone’s lives for the better. I got so much more out of this book learning about all of the struggles that Autumn over came and the obstacles that she had to go through to get to exactly where she is today. as I know many others will. One thing that you can always depend on with Autumn Calabrese is that she is the most genuine and transparent person which is why she has made such a difference and positive impact in all of our lives and will continue to do so overtime. Please know that because nutrition is one of the biggest pieces of overall health and in the words of Autumn “it’s not half the battle it is the battle ,” All of the incredible recipes that Autumn and her brother Bobby Calabrese have created on the Fixate cooking show and in the Fixate cookbooks myself and all of my family have enjoyed and look forward to every single week of new recipes and new exciting things to try because that my friends is what keeping this health and nutrition is all about and never having a boring meal to throw you off!! I hope you enjoy the book and this review was beneficial. Now Let’s All lose weight like crazy even if you have a crazy life!!! Stay safe and well!
Straightforward and practical. Great advice to have great nutrition and improve your health. Although I finished reading the book, it’s one to keep around and use everyday for the recipes, workouts, and health tips.
I started using Beachbody in March of 2019. 21 Day Fix and Portion Fix really did change my life. Although my results are not coming as fast as I would have liked Autumn helps me time and time again to look at what I’m eating, how I’m eating, and is helping me every day. This book is a great insight into Autumns life and how you can ease your way into this nutrition program and why you need to eat the amount for the plan you should follow. I highly recommend you pre-order this book!
Autumn is my girl, and always will be. I have really struggled since COVID hit, which was immediately after a medical leave post surgery for me. I can be consistent with staying active and working out, but the emotional toll hit me hard, especially after a few months of being back at work last year.
Nutrition has ALWAYS been a struggle for me. I have battled disordered eating, and body dysmorphia for decades now, but THIS is the plan that I keep coming back to. After months of feeling like garbage and putting on 35lbs since I had to stop running (and turning 40, God help us all), I have finally stopped rebelling and gone back to Portion Fix. This past week was the first full week back using the container system and I feel FREAKING FANTASTIC. I like to learn lessons over and over and over again, and the one I have learned from this system is that I feel great when I eat vegetables and fruit and protein and fat and carbs in balance. I’ve had more energy this week than I have all summer.
I know that different things work for different people, and I’m never going to tell anyone what to do with their body, but if you’ve struggled and hate deprivation “diets,” know that this is the plan that taught me how to eat. For the first time in a long time this week I’ve finally started feeling the signals in my body again when I’m full. ❤️
Plus, I loved learning about Autumn’s childhood , the story of how she came to work with Beachbody, and other interesting tales since she started there. Love her even more.
I’ve been waiting for Autumn to write a book for forever, because we NEEDED a REAL book that teaches about healthy lifestyles, not a quick fix. Autumn is one of the most relatable nutrition and fitness experts, and her personal stories that she shares in this book with show that to you. She has shared her heart in this book, and this will help you beyond just nutrition and fitness. It will help you overcome your own life obstacles. Her concept takes nutrition to the next level. This isn’t just your ordinary diet book. This book is about how to take control of you nutrition and life. Eating healthy is delicious and it can be easy. Autumn will show you how this is a sustainable lifestyle where we aren’t deprived of our favorite foods. Sure some things are off-limits, because they are crap, but Autumn gives us new ways to still eat those favorite foods. Not only does she share her nutrition system, but she also shares 2 brand new workouts and 23 brand new recipes. This system has changed my entire life over the course of 4 years. I know that it will help everyone who picks it up, if you're willing to go all-in and do the work.
I love how Autumn combines memoir, recipes, exercises, and a detailed look into Ultimate Portion Fix all in one place. I would have liked even more from the memoir perspective, but that wasn’t the point of this book. It’s important to understand what you’re getting with this book. I picked it up because I love Autumn and her workout programs. I wanted to go deeper into UPF. Ultimately, this book was written to sell Ultimate Portion Fix, Beachbody, and their nutrition line. Even as a fan, the constant pushing of Beachbody got tiring and repetitive. It also isn’t the most polished book as far as editing goes. There is a lot of great nutritional advice here, but it would be tough to get through if you’re not at all interested in Beachbody. (Note- the review is strictly based on the book. Not any elements of UPF/Beachbody.)
3.5 stars (why can't we do 1/2 stars for the love of peanut butter?)
I enjoyed reading about Autumn's childhood and beginnings in the world of fitness and nutrition, and the recipes are the real reason I purchased the book. Most of the information about the Portion Fix plan I already know as a Beachbody coach and UPF master trainer, but it's nice that it's presented here in a format that may be more accessible for others.
The book could have used better editing, though. The way it's written, as if she's talking directly to you, is fine, but what killed me was one sentence she'd use "yeah," the next would be "ya." Consistency matters in editing as well as diet and nutrition ;) I feel like it was written as more of a diary entry and could have benefitted from a little more polish.
If you are already familiar with Autumn, her programs, and her container based nutrition plan, then there is nothing breakthrough new in this book. It was interesting to read the stories of her life, but I would have almost preferred a full-out memoir for that. This was basically all her former programs + stories here and there. Which was nice to read, but not worth buying to book over (IMO).
Also, a small point that I take a bit of an issue with. One of her recommendations for staying on point with nutrition around the holidays was: when you're going to someone's house, refuse to take leftovers home with you; when you are the host, force everyone else to take leftovers. What? It is a small thing, but it bugged me.
Ok I joined beachbody last march as I was looking for some new workouts. I also like some of their other products they sell and some of the tips in this book on eating healthy are helpful.
But Autumn is really trying to stretch her own health journey to encourage fat people that it just comes off as fake...because it is. Really lady its fine that you're a health nut and want to help people. We don't have all the same struggles. I just could not read all of it because it comes off so superficial. The healhty eating plan in it is helpful though.
This isn't a nutrition and fitness book that has some crazy new idea that eliminates all the things you love to eat and has you doing some crazy odd moves that you aren't physically capable of doing. First, Autumn starts with giving her backstory on how she got to where she is. She shares her childhood and dream from the beginning. They are relatable. I may not have wanted to be a dancer or move to LA, but I wanted to teach and do so in the same place I went to school. Like Autumn, I had goals. She shares how being a dancer, you have to have a certain look, or more so a certain weight. I would venture to say all of us have a weight goal in mind. She also shares about growing up and eating. Her dad worked in a restaurant. Many of us worked in retail or in hospitality at some point in our life and therefore had access to not typically the healthiest of foods. Or, we work in a job that has us going out to lunch or dinner with colleagues. We have a life with family and friends that usually revolves around food. We have families who like to feed us. For me, right away, I could identify with these scenarios of her upbringing. Throughout this section, Autumn also shares quick tips or success stories related to fitness, nutrition or both. After part 1, she moves into part 2 where she dives deeper into the nutrition by explaining the portion fix and the 30-day nutrition plan. If you like to eat, then this is a program for you. I'm not talking about eating at your favorite restaurant every day. For me, that's why I have been following the (ultimate) portion fix (available through teambeachbody.com). I eat veggies, fruits, carbs (the better-for-you kind), and proteins in addition to cheese and oils. They are all essential foods that contain the macro-nutrients our body needs. By mixing and matching containers, basically creating meals, you have a colorful, filled up plate. The amount of food you eat is determined by how much you weigh and how active you are. The simple formula is provided in her book. I eat all the time, every 2.5-3 hours is the recommended spacing. Initially, it felt like a lot of food! My body has adjusted to eating that quantity and at that interval. Most importantly, the food I am eating fuels my body, and even more so for my workouts. The third section provides recipes to try and workouts that you can do wherever you are with basic equipment.
This book is good to read regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. I enjoy working out, but I never put the effort into my food making to where both nutrition and food worked together. This program does both. The CRAZY does not mean you will drop lots and lots of pounds quickly and in an unhealthy manner. It serves as an acronym on how to tackle your fitness and nutrition.
The two biggest takeaways from this book are (1) this is a lifestyle change. You can't expect to follow for 30-days and miraculously never gain weight again. (2) TRUST THE PROCESS. It's easy to get discouraged by not seeing the results right away. Our bodies need time to adjust to changes you are making to it. As Autumn constantly says, "You can do hard things." It will be an adjustment at first, but you can do it. Read this book, make changes, and then see changes!
I have been following Autumn’s portion control eating plan for a year now and it is the best decision I have ever made for my health and fitness. After two c-sections in three years I was struggling to lose weight and started to feel hopeless. I thought I would give Beachbody on demand a try and researched all the programs. 21 Day Fix Real Time stood out to me because it seemed good for a beginner and had a solid nutrition plan. I lost 9 pounds after my first round and felt excited, for the first time in a long time, about my fitness journey. After three rounds I lost 20 pounds. Another 20 pounds lost after doing 80 Day Obsession. That was 40 pounds in six months. I couldn’t believe it!
I am so grateful for this program and want others to see how easy it can be to lose weight and feel good about yourself. Maintaining the weight loss has been just as easy. I eat delicious healthy food from her Fixate cookbooks and cooking show and can even indulge in some yummy treats. Flourless chickpea brownies are my favorite. 😊
This book will give you all the information you need to help you get unstuck on your health and fitness journey. The eating plan is broken down and explained in detail. There are recipes and workouts. The book is easy to follow and will change your relationship with food and exercise. I look forward to my workouts everyday and enjoy every meal. For those who have been doing the program, this is a great refresher and contains new info. I also loved learning about Autumn’s backstory. She has definitely encouraged me on this journey and given me confidence both in the way I look and feel. You have nothing to lose (except weight 😂) by reading this book and you will thank yourself for making a choice to be the healthiest version of you.
Full disclosure: Autumn is my girl! She is smart, funny, caring, and inspiring. Of course, I do not actually know her, except through my BOD app, Instagram feed, and Facebook groups for Ultimate Portion Fix (UPF), but I still love her. End fangirl moment.
I was on the fence about purchasing "Lose Weight Like Crazy Even If You Have a Crazy Life!" because I didn't think it would offer me anything I didn't already have through Beachbody on Demand, Ultimate Portion Fix, Ultimate Portion Fix Master Certification, and my Monthly Fix subscription.
I was not wrong. It was UPF-Light. I didn't learn anything about nutrition that I hadn't already learned from other Autumn sources.
However, Autumn (I feel like I can call her by her first name considering how many times I have cussed her out during her workout programs) opened up a bit about her journey to fitness and nutrition expert, Beachbody Supertrainer, and all-around influencer. This glimpse inside Autumn's life before she became THE Autumn Calabrese was worth the purchase price. It's easy to see her now and think that she must have always been thin and fit and that things have always been easy for her, but that is not the case. Her pain and setback have shaped her into who she is and how she supports hundreds of thousands of us as we go on our journeys to health and wellness. I know that Autumn is incredibly busy (9 Week Control Freak, the Diet Bet, Autumn All Year, the Monthly Fix, etc.), but I would love for her to write her story - not couched in a health and wellness book, just a memoir about herself and her journey.
I love Autumn Calabrese and am thoroughly enjoying her book. As I am reading I am also taking notes of things I want to come back to and/or reference for future. I've done her Ultimate Portion Fix (UPF) plan and saw great results. While my nutrition has always been on and off because life happens know that I always find my way back to the portion control containers because if followed correctly it absolutely works! I love the attitude adjustments and the 60 second challenges she offers throughout the book. More importantly I love how detailed she goes into explaining the message she wants to get across. UPF is not a diet, it is a way to help you fuel your body on what it needs and not deprive yourself of anything. It does not leave a category out (i.e. Carbohydrates). It's been interesting reading what she has gone through from a young age to an adult and learning everything that has helped shaped who she is and what she wants to do for people...help them be a better version of themselves every single day. She is so positive despite everything she discusses and quite frankly I love the honesty and positivity because we need more of that in this world. I've done a lot of her Beachbody programs and have loved each and every one of them. Thank you Autumn for bringing this amazing book to us and for your love of wanting to help people.
I have been following Autumns portion fix meal plan since 2016 (back when it was just 21 Day Fix). At first I wasn’t going to order the book because I knew it was the same meal plan I already follow. Then I found out there were going to be exclusive recipes that were only in the book and two new workouts that you would only have access to if you order the book.
If you are already a beachbody (BOD) member, the workouts are under autumns exclusives. The book was marketed that you would only have access to the workouts if you ordered the book, and that was inaccurate, or Beachbody change their mind later and made it available to BOD members.
I enjoyed learning about Autumns story, she shared a lot about her life growing up in the book. I think some of the stories I have heard before, but there were some new stories also. If you already use beachbody programs and are familiar with 21 day fix, you really won’t get anything new out of this book. But if you are brand new to starting your health and fitness journey, this book is perfect for you. Portion fix is definitely one of the simplest meal plans to follow to lose weight or just eat healthier, and even though I fall off track from time to time, I always find myself returning to these nutritional principles.
I have been using Autumn's Ultimate Portion Fix for a while now and I am amazed with the results. On all the other eating programs I have done, I wasn't allowed to have many carbs and because of that, I cut out fruit from my diet. I love the fact that I can eat fruits and the fact that fruits and vegetables are in a separate group than healthy carbs. My diet is so much healthier and well rounded. I am proud to say I have now cut out diet soda from my diet and couldn't be happier that I am not taking in those chemicals. I love how you get a peek into Autumn's life and how she is just a regular person who went (and is still going through) the same struggles we all go through. Everyone is on their own journey and she helps you along on yours.Lose Weight Like Crazy Even If You Have a Crazy Life!: Life Lessons and a Breakthrough 30-Day Nutrition and Fitness Solution
“Lose Weight Like Crazy, Even If You Have A Crazy Life”—Autumn Calabrese [5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️] When I saw that Autumn had a book coming out, I just had to get it and this sure didn’t disappoint! I personally have done some of Autumn’s workout programs on Beachbody on Demand and have tried the Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan before so I know that Autumn is awesome and that her stuff works! In this book, Autumn goes over her personal experiences and struggles she faced which helped shape her ability to overcome excuses to be the healthiest and best version of herself. This book serves as a great step-by-step kickstart to her proven successful weight loss program, Ultimate Portion Fix, along with so many tips and tricks to overcoming those setbacks that prevent us from achieving our goals. She really does lay out a great plan to get started on your fitness and nutrition journey and she also included some recipes and workouts in the book as well, which was awesome! I would highly recommend checking this out, and who doesn’t want some more tips and tricks to try and get a healthier lifestyle! Great job Autumn 👍🏼💕📚
I picked up this book because I really like Autumn. I’ve followed her through the BODi platform since 2015. It was the Fox program that started my own wellness journey so I was already familiar with the program. I wanted to know more about Autumn beyond the super trainer status. I loved reading about her beginning. The drive and dedication to get to where she is now. The reason behind the success. I continue to be inspired by her after reading this. But I felt it was a bit repetitive in many ways and I don’t feel like there was a clear PLAN to follow. A day one. A day sixteen. It was an introduction to what the UPF plan IS and then suddenly we are finished? And being congratulated? Maybe it does just serve as a push to go to Beachbody and sign up. Either way it has given me a renewed excitement over my own health and has me excited to dive back into the program I started with almost ten years ago. Renewed determination and motivation. It’s a helpful read for anyone who has ever struggled with weight gain and a lack of confidence. It has helped to simplify button a way that is easy to understand and take action.
I started making healthy changes in February 2020. I realized my current habits were doing nothing to help me. My weight was up, I had low energy, my blood pressure was starting to rise.
In Feb, I started with Beachbody's UPF (Ultimate Portion Fix) and 21 Day Fix - Real Time. I started seeing results with these two programs. And what I liked about them was Autumn - she created UPF and was the trainer behind 21DF.
When I heard she was releasing a book, I knew it was one I wanted to read.
Autumn has an uncanny way of pushing you to do your best, while motivating you in such a positive way. Her book is very much the same. I really appreciate the stories about how she developed the program and what her experiences were that led her to create it. The personal stories are so relatable and appreciated.
To date, I've lost 30 pounds and truly feel like this is an extremely sustainable weight loss with the knowledge learned from Autumn.
I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to put good, healthy, medically-sound advice into practice to become healthier.
I absolutely love Autumn's recent book, Lose Weight Like Crazy. While she's an incredible super trainer and fitness and nutrition expert, she's absolutely down to earth. Her personal stories make her more relatable - endearing even. Autumn's delivery is kind and clear. She not only displays great knowledge of her field, but she also gives wonderful explanations of WHY we should lead healthier lives. She then shows us how to implement her proven strategies for weight loss and navigating life in general. But, what's even more, is she's added in personal development tips- so this is NOT just about fitness and nutrition! I LOVE that she also gives us new recipes and two new FREE workouts (available online) that she's created JUST for us readers!
She really does a wonderful job making us feel special and included in her circle! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to not only stop the yo-yo dieting but also to learn how to work on their outlook and gain some great personal development too!
I am reading Lose Weight Like Crazy even if you Have a Crazy Life. It’s fantastic! I love all the tips and how Autumn opens up about her life. It’s interesting to see how she became who she is today. I’ve been following Autumn for 6 years, she’s had a very successful career with Beachbody and I love all of her programs! My favorite is 21 Day Fix! I’ve been on and off with my nutrition over the years, but I have been with Beachbody for over 6 years now. I always find myself coming back to Ultimate Portion Fix and the containers. The containers really help show you how not to over eat. The book teaches you helpful tips to stay on track and ways to eat healthier. Autumn says, “It’s not perfection, it’s progress!” Which is so true! I’m excited to try the new recipes included in the book, to try the new workouts and to continue to learn healthier habits! You will enjoy this book by Autumn and will learn a lot of great tips on healthier ways to eat.
I couldn't put the book down. I read it in one weekend. The beginning of the book is her personal story. This is important because this book not only provides a balanced healthy nutrition plan, but some mindset development to help you achieve whatever goals you set for yourself. Autumn adds quick mindset assignments and get up and move exercises to complete while reading the book. She also added two new workouts and her brother Chef Bobby has created 23 new recipes that are only available in the book. Get the book, read the book, follow the plan!
Autumn overcame a lot of obstacle and injuries to achieve the success that she has achieved. It is possible to achieve the life you want if you want it bad enough. I really resonated with her story as it was pretty parallel to mine with the Italian family dynamics and how we grew. I'm truly happy that she didn't give up when things got tough for her because she has changed so many peoples life, including mine.
I really liked this! I am a huge Autumn fan and have done many of her workout programs. I've never done the food portion along with a program. I honestly find BeachBody's way of showing you that content online SO confusing, hence this book being what I needed.
Autumn is not the best writer, but she's real. It's a huge pep talk and one I needed to stick with healthy eating for longer than a week. I did know this book was about portion fix before reading it, so not disappointment there like other reviews say. No, it's not a new diet. It's Portion Fix or the 21 Day Fix diet with the food containers. And yes, I am saying diet even though Autumn claims it's not one.
I would reread this just for the inspiration. I still find using the actual food plan hard and struggle to make it work. But even reading this book alongside just tracking calories and making small steps to eat better was helpful too.
Autumn Calabrese has helped me lose 40+ pounds after both my pregnancies. Using her simple to follow portion control concepts and her workouts I’ve been able to not only lose the weight but keep it off even in the midst of my crazy life of being a mom of two under two. Learning more about autumns background and the struggles she overcame was truly eye opening and really hits home the fact that you should never judge a book by its cover. And the all new recipes included in this book make it that much easier to stay on track. (Try the healthy burger bowl - trust me!) my favorite part about her plan is how it is so easily adaptable to everyday life. You don’t have to worry about eating out or celebrations because the plan makes it easy to stay on track with events. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to lead a healthy lifestyle in an uncomplicated way!
I LOVED this book! It’s great getting some insight into Autumn’s life. It’s easy to think of her as this magical unicorn who popped into being as strong and successful as she is now, but she shows that she struggled and had to figure it out just like the rest of us. The book has interactive features that ask you to really dig deep and figure out what is holding you back. I learned a lot about myself and I am thrilled. I am going to revisit it maybe bi yearly to check in with myself and see how I can improve. The recipes at the end are delish!! I’ve made two so far and I seriously cannot get over how good they are. To eat food that is better than what I get at most restaurants that is way better for me is a no brainer. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with weight loss or motivation.
I've been a Beachbody fan for YEARS! No, let me re-phrase that...I have been an Autumn Calabrese fan for YEARS! In 2019 I made a decision to (finally) put me first! I signed up for her Ultimate Portion Fix and followed her 21 Day Fix Real Time workout programs- on Beachbody On Demand, and lost 35lbs in 8 months and have kept it off!!! This past month I was lucky to have been chosen for her launch group for this book! Let me tell you that THIS IS the missing piece to the puzzle that people have been wanting! I love how we get to know her story more, and how she is even more relatable! She knows her stuff! Not to mention how to be able to lose weight, eat healthy anywhere, anytime and keep it off! Read this book to help get you motivated and maybe you too can Lose Weight Like Crazy Even If You Have a Crazy Life!
You can do hard things... Autumn Calabrese shares her stories of going through hard things in this book, so she knows what she's talking about! In, Lose Weight Like Crazy Even If You Have a Crazy Life, Autumn shares her journey from finding fitness, battling injuries and becoming a top Super Trainers. She also addresses one of our most powerful tools, mindset, with included attitude adjustments and exercises to get you up and moving throughout your read.
In her book, Autumn lays out a step-by-step plan to gain control of your eating, exercise and life. Additionally, the book also includes some AMAZING exclusive recipes.
As someone who has been able to lose 35lbs by following Autumns programs, I highly recommend this book. It's easy to follow, inspiring and designed so that no matter how crazy your life is, you can do it.
