For all those who may not be aware humanity is currently due to ascend from our current third dimensional state into a new fifth dimension. This is because "Gaia" (Earth's consciousness) has decided to leave her vessel (Planet Earth) and will be reincarnating onto a new planet (New Earth/Earth 2) taking most of humanity with her, specifically those of us who have done our inward/shadow work.
I picked up this book as I wanted more insight into the accession that I discovered whilst listening to endless QHHT (quantum hypnosis healing therapy) sessions on youtube. The book is aimed at people who may be feeling weary or overwhelmed by the shift and gives advice on why you might be feeling this way and tips on how to deal with the new energy thats being sent here from the various collectives. I myself wouldn't say I'm weary so didn't find much of the advice applicable and would have liked an expansion on the actual ascension itself but that isn't the purpose of this book so more my fault.
There is however an ascension handbook currently being channeled via a QHHT practitioner named Jo (youtube channel: "Conversations with Heaven on Earth") which will be left as a manual for those who do not make the first wave of accension (there will be 3) which should be essential reading for everybody.
