I love books. Not just a little bit, but a lot. Books were my best friends when I was growing up. Books didn’t care if I was new to a town or to a class. They were always there, my trustiest of companions. Until they turned on me and said I had to write them.

I can tell you that my own personal happily ever after included writing books. I’ve always said that an HEA is a work in progress. It’s true in my marriage, my friendships, and in my career. I am constantly nurturing my muse as we dive into new tales, new tropes, new characters and more.

After seventeen years back in Texas, we relocated to the Pacific Northwest in search of seasons, new experiences, and new geography. I can’t wait to discover what life (and my muse) have in store for me.

Maybe writing was always my destiny and romance my fate. After all, my grandmother wasn’t a fan of picture books and used to read me her Harlequin Romance novels.

Friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, friends to enemies to lovers, you name it, I love them and love to write them. I started with Earth Witches Aren’t Easy, the first in the Chance Monroe trilogy, but my characters and I have traveled a long way since I created that urban fantasy world.

One of the series I hear my readers recommend the most is the Untouchable series followed in quick succession by the Vandals, and that just delights me. No lie, whenever one of my readers brings up my wolves, I do a little a fist pump.

I’m active on social media, and I love hearing from readers. Feel free to tag me with a question about any of my books, or just say hi!

Hangovers & Holidays is a very useful addition to the series. Now, that might sound weird to describe the book that way, and it might be my overly technical teacher's brain peeking out, but here's what I mean.

We get a wrap-up of the cliffhanger that Long teased us with at the end of the previous book, but aside from that, there's not a lot of movement on the other big story arcs: Bad Meatloaf, College Apps/Letters, etc. Now, that doesn't mean that nothing happens. In fact, a lot of sh*t does. Frankie and the boys go to new places, have some great experiences, some firey playtime, and we get a lot of really nice moments that readers will find cozy, cute, and squealable.

To me, Hangovers & Holidays is a character & relationship development book. There's been so much going on, and god knows there's been some angst, and H&H is our time for Frankie and the boys to work on what they need as individuals and as a team.

Frankie needs to stop hiding from emotions that are heavy and hard to tackle. Ian needs to really feel forgiven and find his comfortable place fitting back in with his makeshift family as a romantic partner and not just a friend. The other guys are generally more settled than those two, but even the most dependable have to adjust when others in the relationship are changing and finding out how to get along.

Everyone gets a chance to shine in H&H, and what I like most is that it's done in a realistic way. Yeah, the guys have rules about Frankie time and not interrupting dates, but Long has created a really nice chemistry between the group, and she's done the most important thing: she hasn't forgotten that we're playing with two levels of dynamics here- their friendship and their romances. This crew is one of the most real out of all the contemporary RH series that I've read. Sometimes that's angsty, sometimes that's messy, and often times, it's really great.

By this point, I'm figuring readers are already in love with the group because you've made it this far in the series, so I'm not going to ramble on about each character. What I really want to do is say that Hangovers & Holidays is what Frankie needed, and as our leading lady, she's pretty darn important. At the end of H&H we have a more confident Frankie, a Frankie who's more accepting of herself and her relationship, a Frankie who's going to fight for herself more and is starting to realize that she's valuable and it's okay for her to know that and treat herself accordingly.

I'm excited to see what will happen next now that Frankie is ready to come out fighting.

My rating: no rating, because I did not finish it
Read other books by this author in the future: yes but not this series
MC: Frankie, Archie, Jake, Coop, Ian

I did not finish this book and will not finish this series. I already thought about dropping this series with the last instalment but now it became completely boring.

Untouchable: A guide to drawing out a series to unnecessary lengths
See also: How to beat a dead horse

I'm currently reading book 6, so one could argue I at least moderately enjoy this series thus far. It's more a question of why this is a 7 (at least) book series - and the clear answer to that question being poor plotting.

Imagine writing out every single thought and internal dialogue you have with yourself, then adding in every single conversation and meal you eat to that, and do that every day for a week, and you get one book in the series. That is essentially what we get from Frankie (MC).

Every book in this series is like reading the most gratuitous journal in history with a lot of orgasms, because Frankie has at least 6 each time she's with one of her guys. You know, just the normal realistic way teenage sex goes down.

Listen, these characters are so sweet. I particularly have a soft spot for both Archie and Coop. Thank goodness we get a variety of POV's from the guys to break things up a bit. But I'm currently struggling to finish book 6 because at this point I'm just screaming for this all to get to a point already.

I cannot explain how much I NEEDED this book, and every moment and emotion it brought.

Since the early pages of book one, Rules and Roses, I have been INVESTED in Frankie Curtis' story. Frankie spoke to the fighter, the survivor, the broken parts of me; she embedded herself into my heart. When we met Coop, Jake, Ian, and Archie, I hurt and fell in love as Frankie realized she was, too. I championed her friendship with Rachel (we all need a friend as ferociously authentic and honest as her) just as much as her relationship with the guys. But that also means that for four books, my heart thrummed, lurched, dropped, broke, and burst right alongside theirs. My heart has been on the journey right along with these characters, so when I said this book was needed, it feels like an understatement.

Hangovers and Holidays picked up right where Whispers and Wishes left off, thank goodness, and the first few pages already had me on the edge of my seat, again volleying between screaming and holding my breath. Nothing new for the Untouchable series. But Frankie, Rachel and the guys? They're more than just friends or lovers now, they're family, and family fights for one another. And no one fights alone.

The beautifully unexpected part of Hangovers and Holidays though, is that where I anticipated laughter to meet angst and drama, I did not anticipate the profound emotional and HEALING parts of this book.

This book was...freedom. It was joy, laughter and love; respect and friendship and growth. This book was like coming up for air. The emotional depth and insights written into the small moments continue to catapult this into so much more than I ever imagined. But it is pure perfection from the innocent to the scorching and everything in between.

I have no doubt that Brazen and Breathless, book six, will find us back in shark infested waters, but for now, Frankie and her found family are still here; they're breathing and healing and together. I cannot WAIT to see what happens next.

Still could use some editing but decent

I took a long break in the middle of this book. It was bc I had just binge read the other books back to back and I just needed a break. This particular book has a ton of sex is the plot. But there is an underlying growth to all the characters and them as a harem/grouping in a relationship. I like how much the guys care for Frankie. I love them all but I am concerned with what Archie’s dad and Frankie’s mom have up their sleeves.

I do wish that the books were edited a bit more, not for commas or spelling but for repeated information. Information that was just said only a few paragraphs ago. Or the way some things were worded could have been better or cleaned up. Still the book wasn’t bad it was enjoyable.

It is still written in the very matter of fact past tense glossing way. As I’ve said before I prefer to live in the moment with my characters and I don’t like to be told what the characters are doing through summarization. I want to breathe what they are breathing, I want to be blindsided when it happens. I dislike things happening off page, I dislike what scenes are glossed over, I understand SOME scenes need to be glossed over but it is almost every single important scene.

But if that doesn’t bother you as much as it bothers me then you’ll still enjoy yourself, because even I do.

Not sure I'll be reading the rest

Nothing much happens in this book. I was waiting for something to happen the whole book and then it was over and.... nothing!!!
I get that in series there is a part where characters have to take time and define their relationships, but to dedicate a whole book to it is too much, in my opinion. Especially when you expect customers to pay for this shit. I kind of liked the previous books, but this one is a waste of time.

Senior year has not gone as expected. Cyberbullying, physical attacks, an absentee mother, misunderstandings, forgiveness, and the love of four boyfriends. But now Frankie has everything she wanted in her relationship with her boyfriends. She is temporarily emancipated and 18 is right around the corner. She has plans for the future. It's time to enjoy the now. It's time for the Holidays!

This book was a welcome surprise. It picks up exactly where the last one left off, so that cliffhanger is resolved quickly. But after the bit of angst, the constant turmoil Frankie has been under for most of her life but especially the last several months disappears. That's right, a break for the holidays. And even though it felt like it was the calm before the storm, I'll take it. This was a time to celebrate being together, being young and in love. It was fun. It was also emotional and thoughtful. The relationship focus was perfect. It's important when characters are always under stress to step away, step outside of the drama or it gets to be more about what is happening to the characters rather than the characters themselves. So many authors never take time for the characters. We fall in love with the characters, the story only matters because of them. Heather Long did an amazing job focusing on Frankie, Archie, Coop, Ian, Jake, and the bestest bestie ever, Rachel. All of the sweet moments, the tokens of affection, and the grand gestures made my heart swell. I felt like the cartoon version of the Grinch as his heart kept growing. it all made me so happy. The timing of this book could not have been better since this is the perfect time to escape from the pressure of daily life. Now I realize that the clock struck midnight on New Year's and they all had to go back to school. I know that their problems didn't disappear with the snow. But that doesn't make the Holidays any less delightful.

I can say with certainty that Hangovers and Holidays is my ABSOLUTE favorite read of the year. It is book 5 of Heather Long's Untouchable series and I have loved Frankie and her guys from the very beginning. I've watched Frankie grow, I've watched as her relationship with the guys unfolded and went from friends to lovers and now to something more. I've been with them through it all. Heck, I've even been mad at them. In the forward Heather speaks about found family and friends and how they accept you for who you are and encourage all your eccentricities. This book shows you exactly how it's done. Frankie, Ian, Coop, Jake, Archie and yes, even Rachel are a found family.

One of the many things I loved about this book was Rachel. She's Frankie's best friend who is a badass that doesn't take crap from anyone, she is "the whole damn cactus." I loved seeing more of Rachel and Frankie together. Their relationship seemed to grow as well as the guys seeming to accept her and her role in Frankie's life. They can see they both need each other.

The emotions in Hangovers and Holidays were everything and more. It was just what they needed and then some. This book was so special. It focused on Frankie and the guys spending quality time, on healing, on becoming a solid unit. It's the perfect story in their forever journey (I mean lets hope it's forever because my heart couldn't take it otherwise). It's growth. I know in the next book they'll be back in the real world and have some pretty big hurtles to face, however, after Hangovers and Holidays they are stronger.

Heather completely knocked it out of the park. This book is genius. The details. Everything. It’s beautiful. I laughed and cried. It was perfect.

Whew.....what a book. Halfway through the series and Heather Long has knocked it out of the park with this one. It's full of love and healing and less of the trauma in the past books. I think Frankie and her boys definitely needed this downtime. And Ian!!!!!!! It took a while to get there but God it was worth the wait! Who knew he had it in him!! Rachel is the perfect sidekick and best friend, we all need a Rachael in our lives! Loved this book, really looking forward to the next in this series.

Hangovers and Holidays starts right where Whispers and Wishes left off. Thank goodness because that cliffhanger had me screaming. This was the least angsty episode to date. Frankie and her guys have the time of their lives. I was thrilled to be along for the ride. Sweet, sassy and sexy.

I felt this book was quite tame compared to the others, but I'm glad about it. Frankie really needs a moment to breath so going on vacation with her guys is the right choice. I'm also happy that this book doesn't end with a cliffhanger and that there strength that I saw in Frankie in the first few books is finally back! Can't wait to dive into book 6.

I love these characters so much! Starting out, I wondered why it was so detailed and questioned how many books there were going to be, but now it could be never ending for me. The details are everything and it’s the best way to see the relationships unfolding the way they did. This one didn’t have much drama in the way of it, but the beauty and simplicity of the characters happiness was enough.

It’s so hard to pick a favorite guy because they’re all so well written and we get to see in each of their heads, but i have the softest spot for Archie. Considering he wasn’t my favorite in the beginning, i credit Heather for her beautiful unraveling of him and the others!

Their holiday getaway was the sweetest, and i can’t wait for the next book. There will be 10 books total, so there’s still a bit to go, but i can’t wait for their HEA and I’m glad to be following on this journey!

Hangovers and Holidays is the fifth book in the RG series Untouchable by Heather Long.

First half of the book we finally see some reprimand and justice in regards to Mitch, his ignorant friends, and possibly even the ever frustrating B Sharon. I’m thankful there’s at least that amount of minimal closure for such a painful and influencing experience for Frankie and her men.

I’m curious how their individual parents will respond when it later comes out how long they’ve been all dating. The Thanksgiving portion of this book was enjoyable and suspenseful, but alas worked out. I was almost hopeful for the big reveal to happen in these pages, but I’m glad that there was at least no more judgement inflicted on our core group, especially from their families.

Second half:

This is by-far my favorite book in the series, thus far. We finally experience their happy. Without filters, without outside noise and input. And all the way these five amazing characters get to truly experience how good everything can be when they stop considering others opinions, and only focus on what matters: Each-other.

This book feels like it made up for all of the negative and traumatic happenings in the last four books. It was all happy-go-lucky, positive vibes, and loyalty. It soothes all of the hurt that had been building into surmounting proportions. I’m thankful Heather Long threw this emphatic release of tension in, now, at the halfway point in the series.

I’m slightly peeved about those letters we keep hearing about. What an annoying little tease that is. I just know it’s going to be a bomb drop incoming. And with the amount parents, and Frankie’s lack of a father specifically, has been mentioned I can only assume some mess blows in from that direction.

Adorable-ness abounds in these pages. Along with Rachel’s strengthening integration into their group. I’m glad she’s becoming more prominent of a character in the main plot line and I hope we’ll see so much more from her. She and Jeremy are practically in a continuous fight-out for sixth place on my favorites list for this series.

I really enjoyed the series when I first started, it was a definite change of pace from the dark readings I had been gravitating towards.

I liked how innocent and light hearted it was. I don't usually go for books where the main plot is the relationship itself, but it was working for me. Until this book, which focused solely on the relationship. There were no hardships to overcome, no confrontations, no angst. I enjoyed some of the scenes but I struggled with keeping my attention on it. By the end I was mostly skimming through it.

I don't think I have it in me to read at least another 4 books of the same thing, so I think I'll be getting off this train now.

Started to drag a bit…

The focus of the second half of this book is on an epic vacation for the gang. The story from then is substantially less plot-driven, focusing more on individual and relationship growth. It’s good and important for the series, but it felt like it was carrying on too long and got a bit gratuitous (emotionally, not from a steam pov). I wound up taking a break in the middle and then mostly skim reading the last quarter. Looking forward to the pace picking up again in the next book.

Why did you read this book?
There are a few series I’ve been wanting to read. This is one of them.

What format did you read this book in?
Read it as an ebook on Kindle.

Is this an educational book or a book for entertainment?
I read this book for pure entertainment purposes.

What genres do you think this book belongs to?
Chick Lit, Contemporary, Fiction, Romance, Young Adult

What was your favorite part in the book? SPOILERS
I think my favorite part is when the guys reveal a surprise Christmas getaway.

Who would you suggest this book to?
Anyone who likes slow building high school romances.

What is your general opinion/ rating of this book? SPOILERS
This was a cute holiday addition to the series. The book starts off strong with the MC and Guys being jumped by half the football team. I am glad the guys got to her before anything terrible could happen. I loved their costumes. I am glad Ian finally proves himself to the MC. Archie is a sweetheart, constantly paying for things and planning sweet gifts. The Christmas holiday was sweet and nice to read. It seems like things are heating up intimacy wise with all the guys. I was surprised that they all tried edibles when in Colorado. (Although I shouldn’t have been. I mean they are drinking underage. I have mixed feelings about that.) Also super surprised that Ian has a bit of BDSM kink. I am glad the MC decided when she went back to school not to hide her relationship anymore. Overall, I liked this addition to the series.

Are there any cliché scenes or concepts?
Friends to lovers troupe. Jealous mean girl troupe. Sassy best friend troupe. Bully troupe.

How intense are the intimacy scenes?
The intimacy scenes are vividly detailed. MF. MFM. Anal. Voyeurism. Light BDSM.

At what “burn” level is the romance?
HOT burn.

There are four love interest, all of them males, and childhood friend.
Coop, Ian, Jake, and Archie.

Hangovers and Holidays (Untouchable Book 5) Kindle Edition

by Heather Long

Thanks to the author for the complimentary copy. I'm leaving a fair and honest review.

The book begins with a brawl that shall go down in history as we join Frankie and her guys, Coop, Ian, Archie and Jake.
There are also delightful bits of humor. The first bit of comedy was sweet and sexy, as Ian and Frankie begin to rediscover each other the day after the brawl to end all brawls.

It is impressive that Ms. Long manages to make the teen-age heroes and heroines seem smart without diminishing the intelligence and caring of the adults around them.
The side character, Rachel, is the best friend every girl has ever wanted. Tough, strong and fiercely loyal, she is a brilliantly fleshed out human.
I love being part of their world, but I also like plots and character growth. H&H spins it wheels, there is no real bad guy to overcome or an impossible task to complete. Just lots of emoting and snogging. It is kind of a pause to the story, where the characters can spend some time away from school, parents and real life.
Without that big bad or impossible task, the story could have been chopped down to be put in another novel. That isn't saying the book isn't fun to read. It is, I loved spending time with Frankie and her guys.
That said, the love scenes are both hot and sweet. The holiday fun that they have is wonderfully created.
The end symbolically and literally (in Frankie's works at least) announced a big change in her life and the lives of her guys and her best friend, Rachel.
Not the best of the series but much better than most author's best.

4 stars out of 5

This is the fifth book in the series and i have to admit that i loved the fact that it was centered solely around Frankie and the boys.
It was for them to bond more and to become more solid and to find themselves into each other.
As always the world building and the characters were amazing and so very well written.
Once more Heather long has given us an amazing book into this series.

This book is certainly a character development book as we do not see any of the issues with the parental units, or the issues about the colleges or anything else. Don't get me wrong lots of things go down and bad things but this book as i said is mainly for Frankie and the Boys.

I love the chemistry they all have together and in this book i felt it settling more between Frankie and The Boys.
I felt them becoming more solid.
The book was emotional, sweet, cute and hot as hell.

Book HUNGOVER from Hangovers and Holidays. Hard core. Literally not just saying that because of the pun fun. It was so good . I'm just so hungover now from that Untouchable world. Totally worth it in the best way. Also CHAPTER 10 Believe the hype lol AND subsequent chapters lol especially while away. Loved the interactions with the guy families and loved them getting away altogether during the break from school. Also the Wolf Easter egg if your know you know. Shout out to other series are so fun. Anyways I get lost in this series in this world it's so well-written that I am completely transported and engrossed. I loved the way this book started out I love the storylines I love the setting. Getting more from the characters the relationships and their Dynamics in this book and even redemptions. The series just gets better and better I mean it's always great. Also. No big cliffy this book but cant wait for the next book / second half of the series as there is still a lot going in and a lot put on pause during this book while they were away. I really loved their time away and all that came with it and all that was solidified with it. So happy there's going to be 10 books and we're at the halfway point with book 5 if you haven't read this series yet I mean just started you will see what I mean and if you're curious about book 5 also just started it's amazing. There's nothing out theses genes like it, it balances and mixes them so well. This is a Contemporary, Highschool, RH, Medium burn, Romance, series and I could name moreThis is such a well-written series if you haven't read it yet, check out Rules and Roses the first book.

If you haven't read the other books in this series STOP now and go read them. This book starts off where 'Whispers and Wishes' leaves off.

Ian and Frankie had gone outside to talk while the other guys get in line to get water. Who has a cash bar at a party? The amount of time that passes worries them and they head outside only to hear a scream. As you can imagine, the scene that unfolds is chaotic and the police get involved as well. Rachel is with Frankie as she answers questions from the detective.

Let me say it now, I love Rachel and even the guys are starting to like her.

My heart definitely belongs to Archie though, he just keeps doing the right things. This book takes us through Thanksgiving, OMG the food! Three dinners, Coop's Mom, Jake's Mom and Ian Parents all cook up feasts for the day that Frankie has to indulge in. By the time she's finished at Ian's she's almost in a food coma and that leads to a perfect scene for those two.

It's Archie who does the almost impossible and surprises Frankie with a trip. With Rachel's help she even has the right clothing for it. Jeremy is taking care of her cats promising to spoil them and shipping the presents. Snow, Christmas Trees, Skiing, Snowball fights, Hot tubs and edibles, it doesn't get better than this!

A wonderful, fun-filled, romantic, sensuous and all in all a spectacular vacation for Jake, Coop, Ian, Frankie and Archie. I loved every single page of this book as this relationship forms into what it will be.

I really can't wait for the next book as they return home for the final months of school.

From this book onwards we have a much more confident, fiercer and much more outspoken Frankie. The advance that the author has given Frankie in terms of depth of personality is great, she gave us someone strong, who fights for what she wants, who stands up for herself against others and tries to put in her place many, even the members of her harem, with a strong character.

Ian, Archie, Coop, Jake are also very well worked with each other, they all have different personalities, different problems and are also very human. They managed to learn to share even though each one is possessive in his own way, they managed to be much more united with the purpose of making Frankie happy. They are very sweet, understanding and loving even if sometimes they are a bit overprotective, but they want the best for her. The dynamic between the five of them is excellent and very well worked. Heather is one of the few authors who knows how to handle a reverse harem without it being forced and that's a plus. I managed to get attached to each of these characters because of how well crafted they are.

This book was very cute, and while it did normalize the drama of the previous books a bit and I think it had pages left over, I don't think it was forced or anything either.

I'll stop reading the series for the time being, since it's several books and since most of the endings end with a cliffhanger and the series isn't finished yet, I don't want to finish reading the ones that are published and then wait a long time for the rest of the books. That's not my thing.

Hangovers and Holidays is the 5th book in the Untouchable series and they definitely need to be read in order. Book five picks up right where we left off in book four. Deep in some drama! I love how Heather did the first of this book with the suspense. It was great!

After we get through that little bit of drama, the group gets a much needed break. We get to slow down and focus on building their relationships. Not just with Frankie, but how the guys handle the others being with Frankie as well. It's a huge adjustment to go from a group of friends to a relationship. I think it was really important for them to have this time to grow.

Ian! Oh my heart. He is trying so hard y'all. Finally we are making progress and he's got me. He messed up but he's making up for it in leaps and bounds. And who would have thought our sweet Ian was so....well, read the book!!

Rachel, as always, comes in strong with the best friend role. Loving that girl more and more and I think the guys are too. Even if they won't admit it.

So while this book isn't heavy on drama like the previous books in the series, it does play a very important part. These characters have dealt with so much. They've had to grow up so much. Poor Frankie has just been dealt bad hand after bad hand. They NEEDED this time to recoup. To focus on them and grow stronger together. I loved everything about this book just as much as I've loved the others. Can't wait to see where we go next.

Perfect Addition to an Amazing Story

Frankie and her boys seriously own my heart. Their relationship is just so sweet and has such a solid foundation in their friendship.

This book wrapped up a couple of the ongoing plot lines from the previous books but there’s still a lot this group has to figure out. Most of this book is focused on the progression of each of the individual relationships but also figuring out their dynamic as a group. A lot of the other ongoing issues these characters have had have been put on hold in this book.

This was such a feel good book and after some of the emotional turmoil Frankie has gone through in the last few books, I loved every damn second of getting to enjoy her holidays. The character development and relationship progress was perfect. It just made me feel like I knew these characters even more and helped me fall more in love with them. It was fun and sweet and so very steamy. Reading this book felt like going on a vacation.

There were a few moments in this book that I *think* might potentially be hints for what’s to come and I am positively giddy over where these characters are headed.

Overall, I think this book is exactly what the characters needed for their own sanity and for the sake of their relationship. It was also really enjoyable as a reader to step back from some of the drama and just enjoy these characters.

So I’ve been taking you guys with me book by book of this series (where if it were a finished series I would have just summed them all up)

Hangovers and Holidays is book 5 picked up right where Whispers and Wishes left off, and the first few pages already had me on the edge of my seat. Which of course that last cliffy hurt and I’m glad I was able to just open the next book. Frankie, Rachel and the guys, They're more than just friends or lovers now, they're family, and family fights for one another. And no one fights alone. This was something that I loved seeing in this book.

This book was so freeing. It was joy, laughter and love; respect and friendship and growth. Even the characters that have a harder time sharing they talk it out and set small boundaries instead of walking away again and I loved that!! This book was like coming up for air. You see all the characters grow, get stronger and even when there is doubt they all come together and stand tall. This book is over thanksgiving and Christmas and oh man what a dream!

Plan to start book 6 tonight but Emersyn from the vandal series was mentioned in this book so I got lost and had to reread that :) ♥️ I love when books mention other 📚 books. This book ends perfectly no bad cliffy (I even messaged Heather and was like I’m nervous at 96%) it’s so good 😊

This is my favorite book of the series so far.
It's going to be very difficult for me to rate another book higher than this one, for a few reasons.
One being, this came at the perfect time.
We are coming back into the story after the cliffhanger. So much is happening and Archie has the brilliant idea to run away from all of it and take some time to themselves.
I can't tell you how much I agree with his choice.
I loved this side of the group. Where it was just the five of them on an adventure.
Everything from the concert, to skiing to all the sexy times was just perfect for the group.

Two, I loved that we still moved time along but we got to see their group dynamic a little more clearly. I adored that we got the group time, the one on one time, the other time.... all of it. Plus, it's the holiday time in "real life" so it felt like I read the perfect book at the perfect time.

I love so very much escaping into this world. It's hard to believe that we are getting closer and closer to the end of this series. A series that has always been a comfort read to me.
Frankie and the boys will always have a special place in my heart.
