Zoey is building herself a solid career as a stuntwoman and is currently working on a new role when she meets Dean, he is the male leads stunt double. The way he looks at her is like she is all he sees and when she’s having car trouble he helps her and agrees to a coffee date. She’s smitten with this generous man but could she really fall in love that fast?
Dean is working on a movie as the main characters stunt double, his career has been all he had concentrated on for years so he’s taken a back by the beauty he’s now looking at, his heart recognises it’s reason to beat straight away. It’s then and there that he decides that she is worth whatever he has to do to convince her that this has always been there destiny but in his job things could always go wrong, can he tell Zoey his real feelings for her or did he miss his chance?
Love these quickie reads and Kate knows how to deliver a great and engaging reads. Safe and sweet with a bit of steam thrown in there too. 4* Read.

I really liked this romance between Dean and Zoey!
It is a workplace instalove romance set on a movie set for a big blockbuster action movie!
Dean is a stuntman and Zoey is a stuntwoman!
The day they meet zoey’s car breaks down and Dean offers to drive her to and from work until it is fixed!
Their chemistry is of the charts but Zoey had a though childhood and because of this she doesn’t trust in relationships! Is Dean able to make her believe in their love or does an explosive scene on set open her eyes?
Dean and Zoey is such a beautiful couple and they just belong together. They are both strong, kindhearted people that make you all mushy inside.
Dean is the son of Ethan from the former book in the series and Ethan and Victoria make and appearance in this book too.
I can definitely recommend this book.

I enjoyed quick read. Dean is incredibly patient and sweet as Zoey comes around to the idea of them being together. Things get dangerous when they aren't cute and steamy. I enjoyed this as part of Big Hot Alphas box set 7-9.

Mini-golf for the win
Dean is one of the best stuntmen in Hollywood by his mid-twenties. He always has work, leads a happy life but there is one thing missing, a wife and family. On his latest film set he has finished his last stunt of the day but decides to hang around to check out the stunt double. Zoey, for the female lead who is going to a tricky motorcycle stunt. When he sees the stuntwoman she is gorgeous and takes his breath away and he feels like he has been gut-punched.
Zoey is a stuntwoman in Hollywood and knows her stuff. When she if finished filming the last stunt of the day and is making her way off the set a tall, built and good looking man compliments her on the stunt, as it was a tricky one. She does not recognize him but when he introduces himself as Dean and says he is a stuntman doubling for the lead actor. He asks to buy her a drink which she accepts but not tonight because she has somewhere she needs to be. As she is leaving he SUV will not start, which is what she was rushing to take care of by getting to the mechanic before they closed. Dean knocks on her window to find out if everything is okay but it finally starts. Dean however is not about to let her go so quickly and says he will follow her to the mechanic just in case. Dean takes Zoey for coffee while they wait to find out about her SUV. Unfortunately it is bad news for the SUV but good news for Dean...........it is going to take several days to fix so he offers to drive her to and from the set each day.
This is a sweet and fun story which a nice amount of hot and steamy chemistry. Dean and Zoey have an ease to them. But Zoey does not do relationships, as she thinks she is just bad at them. Dean however is not about to let the perfect woman for him get away and slowly reassures her that they will be different, no matter what her crazy is he will be there. Ethan and Victoria make an appearance as Ethan is Dean's father. They come to LA to visit quickly and Dean takes Zoey to meet them, which turns out to be a fun evening for everyone.
When Dean has one stunt go wrong and has visions of what he would miss with Zoey he is determined to put a ring on her finger. Luckily for him Zoey was there watching the stunt and had the same feelings when she thought Deam may not make it out. There is no waiting for these two now.

Dean is the ninth installment in Kate Hunt’s Big Hot Alphas series. In it readers witness the romantic journey of two stuntpeople—Zoey and Dean. Readers were introduced to Dean in Book 8 as Ethan’s adult son. Like the other lead men in this series, Dean is tall, muscular, self-confidant but also perceptive and caring. Zoey, like the other lead females, is smart, beautiful, curvy, and cautious in protecting her heart. Destiny brings them together as they both work on the same movie. Knowing what he wants, Dean pursues Zoey without coming on too strongly. Curious as to who their relationship evolves, then I suggest you snuggle up for an evening of entertaining reading.
Ms. Hunt masterfully uses literary devices such as characterization, dual POV, dialog, and descriptive language to weave her romance tales. Although the plot is a basic boy meets girl, boy falls in love with girl, and an HEA ending, each installment is different enough to keep the reader’s attention. Her lead characters are multi-dimensional and strong in that they show their caring sides and their vulnerabilities. I also appreciate how Ms. Hunt takes one of the secondary characters and sets them up as a lead character in the next installment in each epilogue. Likewise, I appreciate when she uses previous lead characters as secondary ones thereby giving readers a glimpse of life after a HEA as in this case readers touched bases with Ethan and Victoria. Nicely done, Ms. Hunt.

Destined to be together
This book was a very quick and enjoyable read about Dean and Zoey. They are both movie stunt doubles, and are currently working on the same movie. She has some car trouble, and he helps out with lifts to and from work. He also asks her out, and whilst she knocks him back at first, his kind and genuine nature convinces her to change her mind.
Due to past experiences, Zoey is hesitant to get involved, and just doesn’t think that solid relationships are meant for her. However, the feelings they very quickly develop for each other help to change her mind. Their rapid courtship is sweet and steamy, showing her just how perfect they are for each other.
This is another feel-good romance that leaves you smiling. I just wish it had’ve been longer, as I loved the characters and their story so much! I give this book four and a half sweet stars.

Dean had finished his stunts for the day when he noticed a stunt-woman getting ready to for hers.
Stuntman Dean finished his last scene of the day which had been falling through a window and was heading out when he noticed another stunt being set up and spotted the stunt-woman who was doubling for the lead actress. He was shocked by how he reacted to her and stayed to watch the scene but when he asks her out for a coffee she tells him she is in a hurry. Zoey needed to get her vehicle to the repair shop before it closes and was surprised to be approached by a tall handsome stranger who asks her out for a coffee which she has to refuse.When she tries to start her vehicle it is reluctant to do so but does eventually and Dean offers to follow her in case it breaks down again.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Dean is book nine in the ‘’big hot alpha’s’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Dean and Zoey meet on a job. Both of them are movie stunt people. From the moment they meet, they connect. When Dean makes his feelings known will Zoey give love a chance?
The chemistry between Dean and Zoey is clear to see and I liked them together. I liked that they were in the same profession.
I liked what Zoey said to Becca.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

Ms. Hunt has become one of my very favorite authors, not only because her books are fantastic but also short which is good when you haven't the time to read a longer book (which happens more often than you can like in life). She has a talent for writing a story that is packed with content as well as believable characters. Dean and Zoey's story is one of finding your special someone and making them yours even if you have to overcome their concerns. This book has everything that you could want; action, drama, comedy as well as hot romance (it is a Kate Hunt book after all). You don't want to miss this one!

Short and sweet romance
This was a really sweet romance. I really liked Dean. He wasn't too pushy but he was determined to have Zoey. I could understand Zoey hesitation with relationships and was glad she wanted them to go slow and get to know each other. This really gave this a realistic feel to the story. Their dates were sweet and when they got together it was HOT. Things come to a climax when Dean has a life and death situation that put everything in perspective for the couple. I know this is a short story but everything becomes rushed after that and this leads to their HEA. The epilogue was nice and I'm glad I gave this sweet story a read.

It only takes an instant! If you like quicky reads, this one is for you. Dean is a stuntman; it’s all he ever wanted to be.He sees Zoey and is instantly attracted to her. Zoey is a stuntwoman, who Dean has never seen before but wants to know better. Zoey has had some bad experiences with parents, ex-boyfriends - she doesn’t want to start anything because she is not good at relationships. Dean is really interested in her. ACTION – stunt doubles - fall in love! This is about Dean and Zoey. Dean is an action stunt double and so is she. Although Zoey is great at what she does, she is very much afraid of falling into a relationship for fear of it ending like her parents. What is she to do? Well she meets Dean who of course is going to convince her that she is worth a true relationship and he is going to give it to her in more ways than one. This is a short story but very to the point of believing in yourself and others. I loved the meaning of this book which was to have faith and not let fear get in front of you.

Dean and Zoey are stunt actors, working on the same film. He's been looking for marriage, kids, the house, everything. She watched her parents fight before their divorce, and figures that she's broken. This is book nine in the series, and it was nice to see Ethan (Dean's father) and Victoria from the last book. Dean certainly has his work cut out for him, but an accident forces him to make his move and convince Zoey that he's her happy ending. I like that she convinced him to go slow, being nervous because of her trust issues. They make a terrific couple, and there's a very sweet epilogue.

Dean is a stunt man on a movie set, he finishes his stint on the movie and on his way off the set, he sees Zoey who is another stunt person on the same movie. Dean likes what he sees of Zoey and asks her out for a drink. Before they know it, they are dating and finally they fall I. Love and have their happily ever after.
Dean is a cute short story that is full of heat and stunt action. It’s a super quick romance you can read in the bath or in your lunch break. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a really cute book. I am so glad that Dean got a book. I really liked that Zoey and Dean work together so there was no drama of doing a career change. I loved their connection and how Dean knew Zoey was the one for him and was willing to take these slow while Zoey was getting used to a good relationship. If you are looking for a quick and cute HEA then I would recommend this book and this series to you!

This was a short romantic read that could be read in about a hour. It was an insta-love on the guy's part, but the woman had low self-esteem due to her parents divorce. Taking it slow and meeting Dean's father and wife with their new baby helped shore up Zoey's confidence, and realize her life would be different. A perfect example that you are not necessarily going to turn out like your parents. You will want to know how this book ends.

Dean is a stuntman. He has just finished his scene, when he goes to watch the Zoey perform her stunts. Zoey is the stuntwoman for the female lead. The two end up riding into work together. Dean and zoey have such a unique story being stunt people in The film industry! It’s a cool take on the entertainment industry and one I much prefer to the glitz and glam starlets and actors that we normally read about. These two seem so “normal” and approachable. Dean’s steadfastness won over Zoey’s insecurities and warmed my heart in the process. I enjoyed every moment of this read.

Wonderful story! The concept of two stunt people falling in love after meeting on set was really interesting. Dean is adventurous, dedicated, passionate, and patient. Zoey is agile, feisty, cautious, and a bit fragile. This is a pretty straight forward instalove story, low on angst and drama. Intense emotions, daring stunts, and sweet gestures make this a book not to miss.

Dean is a live action stuntman. Who would have thought he would meet his female counterpart. Zoey has had bad luck in relationships and she believe she is not meant to find love. Love Kate's work and this story didn't disappoint. The story featured fun action characters which was a bit different in a good way! Dean was an easy one to fall in love with. Love overcomes all obstacles for a sweet HEA.

Another steamy read from Kate Hunt! It's insta-love for Dean and Zoey as they meet on the set of the movie they're filming on. Their chemistry leads to some steamy scenes and they are just so sweet together! Definitely worth the read as it will make you smile!
