This entertaining read will keep you engaged with a thrilling blend of action, adventure, suspense, drama, romance, danger and emotion. Plenty of twists and secrets made sure I didn't get distracted. I liked Gizella and Baylor and thought their story was a solid addition to this series. I'm freely posting a volitional review.

When I think this series will be same o same o, Dale Mayer pulls out another rabbit with surprises and twist. This book is Baylors and I adore the fact they had met years ago, talked away the evening and it just wasn't their time. Gizella has a lot on her plate, her mom is a cancer survivor, so she thinks, her dad is a womanizer and the governor. As they gather to celebrate her mothers cancer success their boat is rammed and they are captured and we are off. Come enjoy the surprises, the twists, and be entertained. Thank you for the arc! All thoughts and opinions are my own and I freely share them.

WOW! Another fascinating romantic suspense by Dale Mayer! She skillfully creates a complex plot with many twists and turns. She is constantly dropping clues, but they only lead Baylor, his team and her readers in the wrong direction.

Gizella and her family had been vacationing on their yacht. They were celebrating her mother’s completion of chemotherapy. Since Gizella’s father is a governor, the U.S. government is immediately notified when their yacht crashes and begins sinking. Unfortunately, no one is found on the yacht! Since Gizella’s father is a governor, the United States government realizes that this could possibly be an international threat of some kind.

Therefore, they contact the Navy SEALS to investigate. Baylor and his team are sent overseas to find the family and investigate the situation. Baylor tracks down the family and moves them to a safe house in order to protect them from their kidnappers. Unfortunately, there are no clues on the yacht to help them. And since Gizella and her family were drugged, they have no memory about the incident.

Gizella is a strong independent character who is able to assist Baylor and his team in their search for clues. She never acts like a wounded victim even though she has just survived a traumatic incident.

I love that Baylor and his team members never treat Gizella as anything but an equal even though she is dependent on them to keep her safe.

The love story between Gizella and Baylor mostly takes a back seat to the action and intrigue of the story. However, the reader always feels the caring, respect and growing love between the two main characters.

This is the 26th book in the brilliant "Seals of Honour" series.
When Baylor Clement found a notebook on a sinking Yacht with the words help and his name and a sketch of a dangerous Russian terrorist his blood ran cold.
Gazella had been persuaded by her parents to join them on a cruise to celebrate her mother beating breast cancer, her mother and father had been estranged due to his constant philandering, Gizella hadn't wanted to go but she had been persuaded my her mother that she and her US Governor father were back together,
Baylor was to learn that the Yacht had struck a Russian tanker and that Gazella and her parents had been kidnapped. possibly in an attempt to exchange them for Russian diplomats being held in the US.
This story follows the Tracking over many countries by Mason and a team of six including Baylor, the rescue and the fight to keep them safe.
Was Gazella's life in danger from two fronts, the original kidnap plan and the terrorist who had been stopped from sexually assaulting her but was obviously not going to give her up easily.
Baylor and Gazella had met five years previously and there had been an attraction between them but Gazella wasn't in a position to contact him. The chemistry was obviously still there, was Mason's cupid's arrow going to hit Baylor ?
This is an action packed story of kidnapping, murder with the addition of the cold war between Russia and the US and of course the blossoming romance between Gazella and Baylor.

A yacht crashed into a tanker out to sea and it appears of the face of it to be a tragic accident, but suspicions start when it appears that a gunman was spotted on it just before the crash - especially when the yacht was owned by a US Governor, his wife and his daughter who were all on board at the time. Suspicion is cemented when no bodies are found on board. Gizella wakes up to find her father injured, her mother in a bad shape and the kidnappers arguing over who would get her as a prize. When they are found, Baylor manages to whisk her away in the dark of the night but she is not out of danger yet and if he can't find the kidnappers she might never be safe again either.

This was a very dramatic story where Baylor and Gizella needed to work together in order to get away completely from the attackers while also trying to work out who the players were in the plot. It was all complicated at various points in the story as complications kept surfacing and they were having to make it all up as they went along in order to make sure that they covered all the bases. I loved the way that their friendship developed quickly due to the circumstances but also they had to learn trust as quickly as possible in order to get to the bottom of everything.

I always get a kick out of Mason and his uncanny senses, but with this one the coincidences are rampant. Especially as Mason is challenged by Baylor. They couldn't know their next mission would be someone Baylor had met before.

It's Baylor who finds the notebook with the surprising sketch of one of the attackers and a the notation Help Baylor. I think I might have giggled at that. Since Baylor does remember when he met Gizella and also that she never called, but then neither did he.

Things get really crazy during this rescue as her father is shot. Now with her father in the hospital her mother at his side, Baylor is assigned to keep Gizella safe.

I loved the interactions between him and Gizella, and truly began to wonder if they would actually get together. Hudson, the other bachelor on this team is one of the first to notice the chemistry between them.

This one will keep you on your toes as the Team looks for the kidnappers and the reason behind it all. I truly didn't see any of this stuff coming.

Action, suspense, interesting revelations and that simmer to sizzle relationship Dale does so well.

So Good!

Another exciting book in the SEALS OF HONOR series has Baylor, Mason and Hudson taking a look at a quickly sinking yacht that has deliberately rammed a Russian tanker and the family from the yacht, an American governor, his wife and their adult, daughter are currently missing.

Using their elite skills and tremendous resources, Baylor and the team locate the governor and family aboard a small vessel that is hiding out cruising down a small river and end up immediately taking the governor to the hospital when he gets shot during the rescue. It seems like it’s just one thing after another that keeps Gizella stressed and upset about her parents situation. Baylor stays by her side to help in any way he can.

The situation gets intense very fast and it’s up to Baylor to keep Gizella safe from the Russians who want to make her pay for the money they lost on the failed kidnapping. The entire SEAL team needs to be present to keep control of the chaos surrounding Gizella and her parents.

A lot of serious action and exciting situations to keep you engaged in the story and still enjoy the ride! Baylor and Gizella’s renewed connection doesn’t hurt either! I loved it!

The prologue introduces the reader to Mason and his SEAL team. The team has a running joke, on each mission one of the teammates ends up finding a partner. According to Mason, Baylor is the next man to fall. The story starts after terrorists have kidnapped a US Governor and his family and crashed their yacht into a tanker. Being a US governor turns the kidnapping into an International incident and the SEALs are called to find and rescue the family. Mason and his team are dispatched. When they get to the sight of the yacht, Baylor decides to check out the yacht as it is sinking to see what he can find. What he finds surprises him, it is a journal with a message asking for Help with his name underneath. Turns out the daughter of the governor Gizella is an acquaintance of Baylor. As Baylor looks for the the man behind the kidnapping there are a lot of twists and turns which keeps the reader engaged. As the terrorist bodies fall, Baylor also falls for Gizella. Mason is right again. Who doesn’t love a happy ending?

Wow! So many problems with this book!

The storyline sounded brilliant but there are way too many errors. Spelling mistakes, missing words, totally unbelievable and chaotic scenes.
Gizella is going on a sailing holiday with her mum and dad, to celebrate her mum getting over cancer. They are taken hostage by Russian men who want to do a hostage swap for some high up Russians. Baylor is a seal who is part of the team to rescue them.
It just goes rapidly downhill after that. Plot holes, plots that don’t make sense. People talk and you don’t know who is saying what as it’s not made clear. It just says, he said, when are two or three men in the room. Missing words that make it difficult to understand. For example, it was his brother, it was the perv kidnapper. Okay, which one was it????
Honestly, it’s such a shame as this could have been brilliant. Also, I have no clue what she looks like! No description of her at all, the only reason I know what he looks like is the picture on the cover! She’s 25 and he describes her mother as old. Which I found really annoying as she couldn’t be that old! Nope not for me!

An American yacht collides with a Russian tanker and the yacht is owned by an United States governor. The governor, his wife and adult daughter were thought to be on the yacht when it hit the container tanker. Baylor is off with Mason to make sense of the disaster. When they arrive at the scene the yacht is sinking but Baylor needs to take one last look. He finds a notebook with the name Gizella on the cover. A name of a woman he may have met briefly in the past. Inside the book was the word "Help" and Baylor's name. On another page a drawing of a known terrorist from Russia. This story surprised me with it's twists and turns. Definitely a page turner. Gizella is a determined woman, her parents have things going which affect the outcome as well. Staying safe with unsavory men out to get what they want is a challenge. Baylor has his work cut out for him keeping her safe. I really enjoyed this story!
The epilogue talks of Hudson visiting an old friend and the chaos involved soon after. Can't wait!

When a gunman is spotted on a U.S. governor's yacht just before it crashes into a Russian container ship, Baylor and Mason's SEAL team are brought in to investigate. Baylor investigates the yacht's cabin and is surprised to see a note addressed to him asking for help as well as a quick sketch of a well-known Russian terrorist. When Gizella and her parents are rescued, Baylor remembers Gizella from an interesting night of conversation years ago. Baylor and the team plan to keep them safe while tracking down the kidnappers. This is another terrific suspenseful book in the series I love how Baylor was persistent in tracking down the kidnappers. I admire Gizella's strength with all that she had to deal with in this book. I love that this was now the right time for Baylor and Gizela. This is a wonderful read that I didn't want to put down.

Gizella, in her hurry to write a note for help, thinks of the one SEAL she knows of. Chances are slim that he can help her, but she writes his name down anyway. And then she's really surprised when he actually shows up to try and rescue them. Small world.
Not knowing why they've been kidnapped or where they are, Gizella and her par-ents find themselves on some type of boat. Baylor is being hassled by Mason be-fore this mission. Mason and everyone connected to him has found their soulmate, and his LT thinks it's his turn now. Never say never...

Don't bet with Mason, you're bound to lose. Seriously, who would think that an accident with a yacht and a tanker in the ocean would have international repercussions? Imagine his surprise when he recognizes Gizelle, and she had been wishing he would be the one to find them. Things get out of hand rapidly and the father the Governor is shot through the window from the shoreline. With things rapidly going south and no one able to leave to go back to the States, it becomes a matter of survival until they can get stateside. I cannot say much more without giving spoilers. I loathe doing that so, you will just need to get this action-packed book and read it for yourself. This is another great book in the series.

So many bad guys in this story they just kept popping up everywhere. This read was intense throughout but fast paced and full.of excitement, our good guys of course were fabulous characters and easy to love. I enjoyed the team banter and Gizella's sass even though she was going through so much, sometimes I wish the story would go just a little further to have them home safe and settling into normal relationship time. This was quite twisted because the plot had so many variants, several layers of bad, the parents and the slow build between the two main characters. It kept it interesting and certainly edge of seat at times. Great plot and one that kept going to the end.

At the last minute Gizella decided to go on a cruise on her parents yacht to celebrate the end of her mother's chemo treatments. They are overtaken by pirates who then ram their yacht into a Russian tanker before kidnapping the family and drugging them while staying on the move by boat and plane. Baylor is a Seal that met Gizella years ago and he is part of the team sent to rescue them. Gizella had left behind her sketch book with a quick sketch of one of the pirates who is a terrorist. The team finally catches up to them when they were being held on an old river cruise boat. Lots of action side stories to keep you interested.

I love these books. Wow but this one was what can I say. I though it was going to be a normal everyday rescue but dayum it took a dramatic turn and I did t even see the twists in it. I have to admit, I did cry at one point in the book because yep it was a weepy part. Gizella and her parents are yachting as a celebration for her mother’s last chemo. It doesn’t go well when all three are kidnapped. Baylor receives the message of a mission from Mason. As they investigate and go to rescue Gizella and her family this is where it starts to get really good and twisty and boy it didn’t go the way I thought. I loved Gizella and Baylor, they had so much chemistry. I can’t wait to read about Hudson. I love a good Seal book.

Baylor met Giselle five years before but he had just gotten out of a relationship and she wasn't ready.So they had dinner spent hours talking exchanged phone numbers but brighter reached out. Now he rescues her and her parents being held hostage he takes her to a safe house until they find out what's really going on.As they get closer will Baylor an his team be able to keep her alive long enough for something to grow between them?There are so many twists an turns to this story you will be riveted until the very last page an will be begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes an you can feel their emotions an their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

It’s Baylor’s turn on the Mason team to find his one and ends up reconnecting with a woman he hasn’t thought of in years. Gizella was enjoying a vacation on a yacht with her parents when they were kidnapped and moved all the way to Europe. Baylor and his team track down the family and find more than what they were bargaining for when they rescue everyone and end up having to keep Gizella safe and secure when not all the kidnappers are caught.
A good read with some heartbreaking moments, some steam, suspense and action. Once again I enjoyed this read, the suspense, action, characters and the no drama between the characters as they reconnect and try to survive to get their HEA.

Balor and his team are sent out to find the a missing Governor and his family. Of having a Celebratory vacation, because Mom was cured of cancer. But the trip turned tragic and deadly. Once the team located the yacht, the were travelling on the only clue found was a sketch of a man and Baylor's name. Who would he know out here? The sketch gave them a lead, but not a why. Giselle met Baylor while out with friends. They talked all night and had a connection, but both went there separate ways. One on a mission, one back to school, both wondering what if. When asked Giselle said he was the only Seal she knew! Baylor's team saved the family, but there were so many lies and danger and pain, Will Giselle be Baylor's "ONE" as Mason predicts! I loved this story!

Baylor is the perfect combination of suspense, steamy romance with twists and turns that Dale Mayer does so beautifully. Ms Mayer has kept each book in this series fresh and intriguing which kept me turning the pages of all the books in this fantastic series! Great characters and story line kept my attention until the very last page! The author does a fantastic job moving their story fluidly with her detailed writing and had me glued to the pages while reading their roller coaster journey to their HEA! This series is an absolute must read. So if your after intense action, sizzling romance, bold writing, that puts you under a spell and wont let go? Then this book and series is definitely for you!! Happy reading everyone.

When Gizella and her parents are kidnapped, who should come to her rescue but Baylor? Turns out she had met him 5 years prior and while they had a connection, neither of them pursued anything more at the time. Now, he's helping to keep her safe. As the team pursues the bad guys, Gizella also has to deal with her parents' failing health.

This book takes us on a twisting road to finding out who is involved, and getting rid of the threat to Gizella. However, at the end of the story I was left wanting some more answers - like who was behind the kidnapping and what happened to the Russian terrorist.

A kidnapping, wrecked yacht, foreign enemies and SEALS to the rescue, so much happening in this story. A wonderful romantic suspense, as SEAL Baylor and his team hunt down an American family taken out in the ocean. The daughter Gizella is a strong woman leaving clues. I quite enjoyed her and Baylor's familiarity with each other having met previously. The question is will they all make it home alive? What is the purpose of this kidnapping and will anyone be safe again? Of course there is time for romance as the author unravels the clues as we come to the book's conclusion. Great story, I loved it.

Oh what a twisted web this one is, you are kept guessing in regards to what the motive was behind kidnapping Gizella and her parents and who is behind it, just when you think you are making headway another twist or more questions arise. The fact that Baylor and Gizella had met previous years ago was fantastic and seeing the easy banter and honesty between them was fantastic, throw in some great action, bad guys along with gun fights, twists, laughs and some unexpected sadness (you might want a tissue at one point) make this a page turner.

Wow - what a read with SEALs you want to know, action, twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Baylor along with Mason, Hudson and other SEALs go to investigate a yacht crash with no bodies at the crash site. I loved the attraction and undeniable chemistry between Baylor and Gizella, the US governor's daughter who was in the yacht when the pirate's attacked. If you enjoy military romantic suspense, you will love "Baylor" book 26 in the must-read SEALs of Honor series by gifted author Dale Mayer. Gizella never imagined that what should have been a peaceful outing to celebrate her mother’s encouraging news would go sideways and that she and her parents would be taken hostage. Even though they are rescued by Baylor and his team they need to find out who is behind it before they strike again.

What appears to be an accident takes a turn and Baylor is sent in to investigate. He must not only deal with the dangerous situation that Gizella and her family find themselves in but the past that he and Gizella share as well.

Romance, intrigue and surprises as Gizella and Baylor find out that they make perfect partners both when it comes to life and love.

The Pirate Surprise

Gazelle and Baylor. Gazelle was on a yacht trip with her parents and friends when they were
over run by Pirates. After hearing the gunmen talking about what they were going to do with her
the yacht is seen crashing into a Tanker, but when its boarded no one is left on board to rescue.
Baylor now has to find Gizella and anybody left as it appears they've been kidnapped.
I chose this rating based on how much l enjoyed this book.
I would Highly Recommend this Author and book to Anyone and Everyone who loves Romance,
Action and Thrills. Another Winner by Dale Mayer.

! Another FANTASTIC story by Dale! This one is basically a second chance romance story since these two met a few years ago. Gizelle was on vacation with her parents when they were kidnapped. As the story progresses, we find out things about her parents that even she didn't know about. Baylor is tasked to protect her at all costs since both her parents died - WOW! Towards the end Gizelle has to shoot her kidnapper since Baylor was helping his teammates. Once the bad guys are taken care of, these two finally work on their happily ever after! FANTASTIC job Dale! I would recommend this book!

I really enjoyed reading Baylor . This story is fantastic . Baylor does not expect to find Gizella to be the woman he is rescuing . When his team is sent on a mission . A yacht crashes into a Tanker . They rescue her , her mother and father . They work to find out who and why they were kidnapped . The bad guys do not stop coming for her even after devastating news . Baylor finds he will do everything and anything to protect her . Their feelings grow as does the danger . I highly recommend taking the time to read .

A race against time to find a missing couple and their daughter has Baylor accepting him mission with a trip into his past to the right girl but wrong time.
Gizella is worried about her parents with this a trip after her Mother's health issues, trying to reconnect with her father finds them all kidnapped and can only think 9f onecperson who maybe able to help.
With twists and turns, ups and downs, lost of love ones makes this a page turner.

Mason's crew is back and it's Baylor's story.
Another page-turner suspense read with a dash of second chance romance.
It starts with kidnapping then it's a journey to find out who's behind it with some sad moments that I think a bit unbelievable considering what the Governor did in the past, it still got me teary though with all that loss. Love the suspense and love the romance thanks to the sparks between Baylor and Gizelle, they're just match made in heaven, so cute together, yes absolutely recommended for everyone who's looking for a fast-paced sweet suspense romance.
