Final conclusion: at this moment I am not sure I want to go full-on squeaky clean for an entire month, but I am definitely on-board to try a bunch of the recipes and daily menu plans in an effort to add variety while cutting back on my dairy consumption and other inflammatory foods. If I find the recipes are worth repeating, I will definitely buy my own copy of the book.

If you are a rule breaker and not the type to follow the rules but to bend them to fit your style then it won’t work. Because you will be negotiating with yourself about how you can change things to benefit your wants and desires. And lose no weight.
I think this is Melissa's best book yet. There is an amazing menu of wonderful recipes. I bought the Kindle version, and after reading it I knew I had to have the Paperback, and I've just bought that too! What an enjoyable way to follow a diet!
