On a spiritual path there comes a time when Alana Fairchild's work will resonate with you. And when it does, you will love it. This is an excellent book with healing processes in each chapter. Beautiful color pictures of the crystal mandalas from each chapter add a beautiful energy to this book.

I want to start by saying I haven't finished this book and I never review a book before finishing it. This one, however, I feel ready to share my experience. This book came to me in a very synchronistic way, but I won't bore you with those details. I will say that the minute I started reading I went YES!! YES!! YES!!.
Every single chapter so far has felt as if it was specifically written for me to address some issue of now or that is lingering in my space. I wish this was the first book I read in spirituality and metaphysics. It addresses things that no other book has ever mentioned. Many authors teach you how to be in the spiritual world but this is the first time that I read about balance. This book came to me at a point in my life when I am too up there and in need of being in here. And if you are experiencing this after an intense spiritual practice over a period of time, read this. It will seriously bring clarity and orientation as of what serves you best.

The structure is as follows. Each chapter is divided in four parts
- Description of a star angel or star system
- Description of a healing crystal helpful with the theme of the chapter
- Alana's personal experience around the topic
- Lastly a short visualization that bring together the star angel and crystal with the intention of healing and balancing the issue of the chapter
