The start of Angel and Myles left me with my jaw to the floor. Angel was the definition of a wild child. She acts first, then thinks later. I wanted to shake her, like ma'am you have a daughter. But deep down, I think she's just misunderstood. I love it when some people think they can have a purely physical relationships without catching feelings. I truly don't believe it's possible. Someone's always going to catch feelings. And clearly both Myles and Angel did. This story was somewhat short and super entertaining with a super satisfying jaw dropping reveal. This was a super fun read, so def. recommend 🙃
This was my first time reading a book by the author Virgo Girl. It was definitely an entertaining experience. I Loved the book. It was so nice to get away from the typical romance novel where you have a very rude and rough exterior alpha male. Myles character was everything but that. He was sweet, genuine, and absolutely engaging. The fact that he was not a womanizer and was slightly nerdy was welcoming. I loved how he accepted Angel for who she was and did not try and change her. The sassiness of Angel’s character had me thoroughly anticipating what she would do next. I haven’t laughed this much while reading a book in a long time. Definitely a page turner, definitely a good read. Job well done Ms Virgo Girl. I will definitely look for more of your books.
Angels life’s theme song is hard knock life. But she’s determined to get it right and do it on her own. Myles theme song is silver spoons but he’s determined to do it without his family’s money. They’re both determined to be successful in their endeavors. Their paths intersect and it was a messy first impression that leads to an awkward encounter. One the tears are cleared it makes way for an unexpected attraction that leads to so much more. Great read!
I wasn't expecting this story at all... Family dynamics and situations made this story an easy, enjoyable read. Little Paige was adorable. Angel's stubbornness and quirkiness added to the concise way she felt about relationships. Myles was her boss, but I knew that would change their energy. A good story. I loved it!
