The author blatantly states truths and realities about leadership that not many are willing to readily accept, while opening doors for personal growth and possibilities of leadership for all.

After I have finished this book, I know that leadership is much different than I thought it was. One interesting truth is that a leader is not the same as a manager. Not all managers become leaders. A leader has their own vision, leaders respond to responsibility. This is a very valuable book, it needs to be reread until the instruction it contains has been absorbed.

One of my favorite authors and my mentor for a while. His writings and teachings has inspired many the world over to become the people that they were born to be and his wisdom surpasses his environment. A true gift to the world.

Excelente Libro

Un libro recomendado para todo líder. El Dr. Myles fue una gran ayuda en nuestro principio de nuestro liderazgo. Esto ayudará aún si ya estás funcionando como líder.

Great book

Myles is one of the greatest leaders ever, i need to read all his books, he has helped me so much , i am sick and tired of this kind of Christianity which promotes magic, thank God that people like Myles wrote books like these, with principles

Substance. Sometimes it’s disappointing to read a book and feel like you’ve taken nothing away but for this one I can definitely say there’s things that have had an impact on my day to day thinking and actions. New information and ideas that I’ll be using as I continue to grow as a leader.

Main takeaways for me:

- It’s God’s original purpose for us all to be leaders
- Inspiration is the fuel of leadership
- Passion is more important than I previously thought
- It is important to capture your vision. A precise statement of your vision and plan can change everything

Liderazgo inspirador

Vale la pena leerlo, subrayarlo, repasarlo y vivirlo. Me ha inspirado para regresar a buscar en la biblia muchas respuestas y ver con humildad todas las oportunidades de mejora en mi vida.

I have NEVER read a leadership book this good. EVER. This is the book I feel John Maxwell wanted to write but just ended up telling stories. Okay I don't want to be negative but you can read this book and not feel like you've wasted your time. ❤️ Just wow

Everybody can do it. Interesting warnings against micromanagement and suppressive leadership in the context of the developing world.
