A wealth of information

If you or someone you care about struggles with some form of mental illness this book can provide some insight and coping skills. I thought the journaling technique the author describes to get to the root of your triggers for anger, panic, anxiety, depression, etc. is a helpful tool most people, but especially to those struggling with mental health issues. Not everyone has access to mental healthcare, so I think this book will help fill in gaps of the care. The author gives you skills to help yourself, which I think is very important. Overall, I think this is a well-written book that can be of help.to so many.

Depression

I was diagnosed with major depression so I looked at the book from that point of you. It is actually a good discussion of the condition. I don't call it a disease. I recommend you buy because you can use the knowledge here and it may someday save a life. #depressionsurvivor
