Ex-cop Dawson McKey is consumed by revenge after a cartel's bomb took the lives of his twin sons. He trusts no one and vows to get back at those who planted the bomb. He refuses to get close to anyone, let alone fall in love again. But widow Evie makes him think twice. She's raising her grandson on her own and it's taking a toll on her. When Evie receives threatening emails concerning her grandson, alarms go off in Dawson's head. But he goes protective-mode when the nanny Evie hired disappears with Evie's grandson. Something is deadly wrong, and he wonders if Evie knows more than she's letting on. Together, they search for her grandson. Pushed beyond his limits, can Dawson learn that seeing clearly is the only way to live and to love?

Seeing Clearly is Judythe Morgan's first foray into romantic suspense and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There are plenty of twists and turns I didn't see coming. Seeing Clearly is an emotional story filled with action, drama, and intrigue. The suspense is well-developed and kept me whipping through the pages. The characters are so engaging, I found myself wanting to hug both Dawson and Evie. They've both dealt with loss, huge loss, and they have trust issues, naturally. Their relationship drives the plot and I found myself thinking about the characters long after I finished reading. If you're looking for an inspirational romantic suspense you can't put down, pick up Seeing Clearly. Highly recommend!

Interesting

Good story line that keeps.your interest. Older woman/younger man. Suspense and drama. Well written and edited. Mafia element. Fun support characters.
