Quick Read

I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting but this definitely wasn't it. Don't get me wrong it's a cute little story but there is zero details on what, why and how her father lied. Totally skips over a MAJOR detail in the hero's life. That quite honestly would have been a deal breaker for me. There are no emotions from any of the characters in the book either. I just couldn't connect with the story or the characters which makes me sad. I have been looking forward to this series for a while. At this point I'm not sure if I will read the second book or not.
