After high school, I joined the Air Force, where I spent five and a half years. Two and a half of those years I spent in Misawa, Japan.
After the Air Force, I went into the electrical business. I became a foreman and received a Georgia state license.
I started writing books several years ago. It was a rocky start. I made some mistakes. But I learned.

What a great short read. Fast paced, well written, and with some twists.
The story centers on Frank, a writer, who visits the town of Green Corners together with his manager Carla in order to help solve (and also to get some ideas for his next book as his manager suggests) a supernatural mystery involving a 3 children disappearing.
I thought Frank was a nice character, not as good confronting evil a he would seem to to be according to his own depiction on his books, but still gifted with some kind of talent. His dialogues with Carla were really entertaining, it really looked like a close and real relationship between a writer and his manager who get along well.
The premise of the story was captivating, children sleep walking lured by what seems to be a ghost train, which seems to be related to a train wreck that took place 20 years ago.Lots of suspense!
This was an outright fun read! Personable characters, a very credible plot and story. Gary Martin, this could work as a series. Frank as the lowest key of heroes. Carla as his sidekick and possible romance. Good fun! I’d read a second book in a series! Unique and worth the read!
