Buku yang amat sesuai untuk yang baru ingin mengenali dunia Private Equity, malah bermanfaat bagi pemain industri. Buku ini menerangkan terma-terma asas dana PE seperti management fee, carried interest, hurdle rate dan lain-lain.

Namun buku ini lebih tertumpu kepada sudut pandang Limited Partner berbanding General Partner.
