Excellent book on that hits on a variety of public policy areas. It has a hopeful vision of how to improve our lives, even if it is incrementally.

This is a collection of libertarian essays. Some are exploratory even to the point of creative non-fiction, even as far as portraying alternate versions of history. The topics span contemporary issues, including healthcare, economics, immigration, criminal justice and foreign policy.
