Took familiar themes/ premises and produced a brand new spin on them. I'm talking bout fated mates, alpha/beta, a quad (yes chile, a quad 🙂🫡), and some of the steamiest 🔞 I've come across yet. I'm reading the sequel IMMEDIATELY to see how this ends. 😎

Pure erotica FYI. An unnamed girl finds herself abandoned and rescued by a dragon - or a dragon shapeshifter kind of people called dragonish. Turns out the guy/dragon who rescued her is her mate and they are part of a quad (mated family) and she is the only female. It was a bit confusing to understand, but there are two pairs to the quad and each pair is mated. But in order to hatch eggs, the breeding pair (essentially the female and the submissive male of the other pair) have to mate as well - even though they aren't mates, get it? Basically it's one big happy, sex-having family. They share one another. This is only the first story, so it doesn't explore the options much, but it was definitely a unique and original situation. The sex scenes are pretty hot and laden down with mating posessiveness. Still, I only found this to be average. A good story, but not one I couldn't get enough of. I think I was too confused by the situation...I wanted the world to be further explained.

I picked this up as the author was suggested to me for erotic scifi.

This story was short, but complete, with a lead in for follow-on stories. The dragon culture was interesting, though explored so obliquely that much remains to be revealed.

The sex was hot, with a strong M/M and solid M/F scene.

I may grab others from this author, just based on the uniqueness of her ideas.
