Honestly, I am not even sure how I got to this one. Picked it up, read most of it, got destroyed by the number of repetitions and the unceasingly dry and sometimes actively mind numbing language and moved on. It might be of some use to people wanting to get some very basic idea of what all this means and how agile got to be a concept, but I am afraid that there are loads of other, better written sources for that: including the original articles and manifestos which are very often just quoted.
