One tropical island, one pandemic, and three people stuck in the middle of it all, together.
Tamara is the receptionist at the Blissful Isles Resort. Life is paradise until news starts to spread that the mainland is locking down. Everyone has to leave the island, but Tamara doesn't want to go. Why would she leave Heaven for her cold New York City apartment?
Besides, she doesn't want to be quarantined alone, not when she could be stranded on a deserted island with her tall, muscular bosses.
Derek and Jason are hotter than the island sun. Barely wearing anything, they laugh and play the day away at their billion-dollar resort. Either one of these rich, handsome men would make the perfect husband for Tamara, but as she watches them, she wonders if they have a secret, based on little things she notices.
The intriguing way that Jason looks at Derek. The shy smile that Derek gives back to Jason. Their inside jokes and how they both chuckle together.
These are some of the things making Tamara think that the two men could be in love with each other. It's a fantasy she can't get out of her head, until it becomes a reality in front of her.
At first, all she wants to do is watch. Her bosses can't take her into their little game, as that would be against company policy. But being the third wheel gets old when you're stranded on a deserted island. Tamara wants more.
She wants both of them, at the same time. But is her offer one that her bosses will take? Is it worth the risk?
In an island paradise where anything goes, will these three all find pleasure? And can their love last when things return to normal?
Three Stranded is a bisexual menage with m/m, m/f and m/m/f action and romance. It has no cliffhanger and no cheating. And it has a happily ever after served with plenty of heat!
I enjoyed this short stranded on a deserted island resort during the pandemic story. This book was about co-owners of a resort Derek and Jason who have liked each other for ages but never acted on their attraction. The mainland is going on lockdown so Derek, Jason and their employee Tamara stay and look after the resort. Both Derek and Jason have been attracted to Tamara and vs versa for awhile but due to Tamara being their employee they’ve never acted on it. Jason and Derek finally admit that they like each other and cross the line from friendship into exploration of each other while Tamara is a bystander.
They all soon realise that they’re in love with each other and start a relationship. I would’ve enjoyed getting to read a bit more of their time stranded on the island together after they’d admitted that they love each other. As pretty much most of the book focused on Jason and Derek’s feelings for each other before Tamara was involved. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens in the next book. Three Valentines is still my favourite of the series so far as Carina, Mark & James connection seems to be the most authentic for some reason. They all seemed to be on the same page and came into the relationship all at the same stage, as there were no years of feelings involved for two of the three like in Three Roommates and this book with Jason and Derek. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author.
Not many authors have wanted to include the pandemic in their novels, probably thinking we would all want to forget. This author wrote a good book about a resort and its two owners and a woman employee who decided to ride out the pandemic and experience it in their own way. Fans of menage will enjoy this beachside romp and spending time with Derek, Tamara, and Jason.
A good read for people who are in to the series recommend highly can't wait for the next one of the series a really enjoyable read but quick shaping up to be a enjoyable series must read the next one of the series enjoyable read but not what I usually read
This is the first MMF story I have read that talked about the coronavirus pandemic. I liked that the three of them were stranded on an island. It was a nice quick story.
While I might turn away for the reason why they were quarantined, I'm happy with how it ended. the book was well written. With only Tamara, Derek and Jason left on the resort to hold things down, they work well together. Tamara has noticed the closeness between Jason and Derek and encourages them to be together. Jason and Derek act on their feelings for the first time but don't leave Tamara out in the cold. Over the year they are alone together, they form a loving relationship both personal and business. They also start a family. I like how upbeat Mia kept the book. I look forward to reading more of her books.
