After being embarrassed by the lies that Boo kept from her, Jazelle turns her back on those who mean the most. Just when she feels like all hope is lost, her knight in shining armor is there to pick up the many pieces that her heart is left in and piece them back together. The question that remains is will he be left to pay for the heartache that Boo caused, or will she give love a chance once more?
With her best friend and sister gone in the wind, Sevyn is left to handle a blast from Zeek’s past all on her own. Being new to relationships has her acting on impulse without really thinking about her own mental state. Adding to the drama that she is dealing with at home, she can’t seem to get Croix out of her head, and Croix is no help as he gets tired of playing the good guy in the friend zone. Just as he takes charge of their situation, here comes love with yet another curveball for the two of them.
With new characters coming in to rob Jazelle and Sevyn of their happiness, it’ll take the right thug to keep the two women on the right track.

Omg 🤦🏽♀️
Ok so the cop that pulled Boo and Jazzy over has to be the cop on Zeek's payroll....I hope he knows that he won't get away with kidnapping her cause I know Clip's is not gonna stop until Boo is 6 ft under. What I don understand is how he has a wife, daughter, and one on the way with his wife, but not only that he's been smashing his wife's mother and got her pregnant smh he doesn't deserve anything good in life cause that was the ultimate betrayal and I can't wait until Mina finds out. Kay-Kay is trifling and I can't believe Zeek was even letting her come between him and Sevyn's relationship and then to find out that she really did have their son and is about to use that to her advantage I don't like her and now with Zeek kidnapping Sevyn I wonder how it all will workout for her. Book 2 was definitely a great read

Too intense for my nerves
My emotions and nerves are a wreck after reading this 2nd installment. Trenae really have me all over the place. Both ladies finally got what they wanted but something always come in between it. Zeek, Boo and Kay Kay is some real messed up people. They are all acting crazy about some stuff they messed up. And Mina mama really took the cake in this one, hopefully we get some understanding of why she hate Mina. Hopefully Mina leave Boo alone and raise her two kids alone cause he ain't about to do nothing but bring her drama and turmoil. The girls need a miracle right about now!!! Clips and Croix needs to come through in the clutch!!!

Heated!!!!!
Trenae has put my heart on the floor!!!!! Jazelle has found out that Boo ain’t shid....Not only is he cheating with his wife ...another secret will be exposed soon! Mina I’ll not stick around after that but his obsession with Jazelle will not stop and a tragedy is going to happen. Sevyn is tired of the bs with Zeek and KayKay and when Croix reveals how much he pays attention, loves Sevyn and patiently waits for her she finally realizes herself where her heart is. Zeek is not going to let her go sooo easily as well. Clips proposes to Janelle, her and Sevyn have made up and its getting ready to be some tragedies in Lafayette!!!!

Wow that ending
Man this book was so good Sevyn knew she had feelings for Croix but she was fighting them trying to be loyal to Zeek. But Zeek still has feelings for his ex not knowing there sneaking behind her back. Jazelle has fallen hard for Clips and finds out Boo is living a double life. What happens when Zeek finds out Sevyn is in love with Croix. Zeek has lost everything. Boo finds out Jazelle loved Clips and he has lost her. I love how Sevyn stuck to her grounds. I hope she gets to see her sister again. Jazelle has had it worse then Sevyn, but I hope she can learn to love herself a little more. Jazelle is seeing things a little bit clearer. Croix is that dude! Zeek is a habitual lier. Boo just can't figure things out to say his life literally.

I need part 3 asap. Why leave us hanging like that. Things just got real in part 2. When Seveyn and Jazzy start to get some form of happiness here come their bitter exes seeking revenge. I couldnt stop reading anticipating what was going to happen next. I hope Boo and Zeek get whats coming to them. Nia is a hot mess. I was happy that Seveyn got to reunite with her sister. Will Croix and Clips get to Seveyn and Jazzy before its too late. Can't wait to read the outcome in part

This was another fire read. Boo made me hate him even more. Clips is a real man willing to take care of a baby that may not be his, but I hope it is. Zelle and sevyn I know that they both are going to be okay. Kay kay is crazy crazy. X is the man but I can see Bria being a problem for him if him and seyvn get together.

What else can I say but Wow!!!
This book was so amazing I don't even have the words to accurately describe how I feel about it. What I will say is Trenae is sick with the pen and her stories are the bomb. I'm still screaming Boo needs to die and I still don't like Zeek. Part 3 can't come fast enough!

Honeyyy when I tell you I wasn't ready for all the twists and turns! Pt 2 was even better than the first one. It was full of laughs and sooo much drama.
