Very challenging.

Befitting the portion of title that comes before the colon, this book is actually a collection of essays by two authors, Bianchi and Rosemary Radford Ruether. The latter's contributions are stunning and highly recommended for anyone interested in feminism and/or gender studies. I found her takedown of the concept of religious asceticism to be so incisive that I laughed hysterically, in a good way.
