Be your own woman!

Empowered women are those who give themselves permission and authority to stand on their own two feet, making their own decisions. They are not controlling, obstinate or headstrong. They are quietly powerful and love their families with much more intensity, conviction and emotion than when they are unfulfilled and giving their power away.

The Lady by Gary M. Douglas is an empowering book that encourages women (and men) to explore what works best for them. It’s not a book about what a woman should or shouldn’t do. The book shows that when women are strong, they love their families with more conviction, emotion, vulnerability, poise and power because they are confident and recognize their true value.

Lots of great questions to ask yourself and some home play. What does it mean to be a lady? How is a lady different than a wife, mother, woman? What can you do and be to create with another person without giving yourself up yet being total in communion? This book is about that.
