Very informative book, if a little too esoteric for the normal reader. The only issue I had is the structure, which would have been better off presenting information chronologically instead of its mixed thematic approach.

not bad
really only for researchers, this would be a boring read for any casual reader

Some good information, though a lot of fluff and a lot of points where it drifts
