I liked the clear explanation of the creed and many connections to scripture. I would recommend this book to all Christians. Many who are not in liturgical churches could benefit from this study. I give this book a 5 because it is biblically based and concise. I will read it again.
McGrath doing what he does best: breaks down the creed into neat and thoughtful bite sized chunks, offering insight, historically, and practical relevance for today.
Good book for the basics. But, as ever, not the only book you should read.
