Everyone agrees it would be a good idea—especially the resident bad boy, Oscar Mathis. He seconds her plan without a thought. Though their relationship was very unlikely, they hit it off with sparks flying.
Sara’s ready to take her relationship to the next level, and Oscar’s more than willing. Sara finds out that Oscar will go to extreme lengths to prove his ability to provide and claim her as his.

Elizabeth's books are not the kind of books you'd want to leave open on your tablet.
Elizabeth writes short, sizzling HOT, over the top romance stories, featuring capable women who know what they want and gorgeous bad boys - who end up really hitting it off.
While she travels the world with her dark and handsome man, Elizabeth loves to imagine very naughty stories, which she then madly writes down. She loves heroines who are diverse and relatable - and of course she loves her tattooed hunks and dirty billionaires.
Find your favorite hiding spot and read her stories. They’ll melt those panties right off...
I enjoyed this story. It was about a time when people in the U.S. were fighting and everywhere was dangerous and things were being picked through. It was a love story about Sara and Oscar and what he did to make her happy and prove that he loved her. I though it was definitely steamy and quite romantic. I can't wait to read more stories about this civilization and this time period. I received a free copy of this story from the author as part of her ARC team. I am leaving a voluntary and honest review.
Great story! I received a free copy of this story and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I really liked this story. It is different than other stories as far as the setting. Oscar is the village he-man. Strong, brooding. He has a secret soft side that he shows just to Sara. This story has a sweet side, but is just as hot as Elizabeth's other stories. I am so excited that this is the first of a series to be set in the same community.

It was good. I liked it. A little settlement with a man who'll do anything for his woman. Whether she asks for it or not. I would love for this story to be turned into a book. This is a killer outline that could really be turned into something special.
Sara, the dentist and Oscar, the hunter are finding love in a dangerous world. Helping to set up the settlement for safety and self containment. A hot, steamy romance. A fun, entertaining series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I loved this story. It’s a interesting version of a possible future. This was a great short and sweet story about friends to lovers. I would definitely recommend this book!
Wow. So exciting and suspenseful. Lots of plot twists to keep me glued to the story. Characters were well written and their story was entertaining. Highly recommend this book.
Great short read when you need a quick, spicy, sexy read to get you through your day or night. The Hunter takes place in the USA during a rebellion of sorts where a group of like minded people have formed a community in a place they have named Barton Oakes. Oscar Mathis has taken on the role of leader of men who hunt and kill animals for the community as also serve as protectors in the case their community would be attacked. Sara is the daughter of the leader of the community and in her pre-revolution life was a dentist. Oscar and Sara have become a romantic item even though their relationship is still in the early phase but when he brings Sara a surprise gift, she realizes how much they mean to each other. Elizabeth Frye has quickly become one of my favorite authors because of the short, sexy entertainment I know I will always get from one of her books. If you haven't tried out any of her books then I encourage you to go ahead and indulge your fantasies courtesy of her writings.
I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest and totally voluntary review.
