Feels like the author googled "How to deal with anxiety?" and turned it into a book.
Did not bother finishing it.

Is wel een aanrader, het geeft wel enorm veel moed. Tis wel echt kort en had best veel betaald dus nie de beste aankoop maar tis enorm cute (zo groot als een post it) en cover vindt ik ook wel leuk, net zoals de inhoud natuurlijk.

Die erteilten "Ratschläge" klangen wie ausformulierte Kalendersprüche. Wer aber struggelt und langsam in das Thema einsteigen will, eventuell ist das eine gute Hilfe.
