4 stars.
I really enjoyed reading this. It was quite interesting and flowed really well. It is quite short but that's not a negative. It has so much information in it and I really appreciated the positivity of it.
It's definitely an uplifting book and one that I would recommend people read. Though with saying that, I don't mean that it's a happy book but more so one that you can connect with and draw hope from. This is a life book detailing struggles and ways to help cope with them.
The Author does a good job of getting her words out in a way that makes you want to keep reading and absorbing what she says.
I really enjoyed this quick story and reading how the author overcame the hurdles she faced as a working woman, bikini model, bodybuilder, and an overall powerhouse. She offers tips and insights as well as her own story. I was sad to see it end but also a bit disappointed that it just ended. I felt there was more story to be told. Otherwise, great read.
