Received an Advance Reader Copy in exchange for a fair review
“All the Stars in Montana”, by Debra Salonen (Tule Publishing), has likeable characters and a deceptively strong hero hiding lots of baggage, besides strong, interesting family and friendship dynamics.
I always like a hero who is somewhat broken and lonely, like Zach, whose kindness, altruism and sense of honor are also very appealing. With his “kind, but sad” eyes, he’s a refreshing detour from the wealthy, alpha hero, with all that consideration for the heroine. I just thought that the reasons for his troubled past and difficult childhood, that still torment him in the present, were resolved too easily, in what felt like an anti-climatic manner.
Zach and Jade‘s romance is interesting, developing from a casual, yet monogamous relation. The transition was well written and believable.
Although I liked the story while I was reading it I wasn’t having any strong feelings about it and even felt a bit bored with some of the sisters’ interactions.
The characters are likeable, but I couldn’t relate, and the romance was not strong or engaging enough, perhaps because of all that was going on with the sisters and the leads’ professional lives.
The author has a talent to introduce new characters and situations and it was nice to catch up with Boone and Ruby.
All in all, an okay read, lacking the level of intensity I appreciate.

I received this arc from Tule Publishing in exchange for an honest review. This is the 3rd book in Debra Salonen’s Property Sisters of Montana. I enjoyed all the books in the series but I think this one was my favorite. This book focuses on the youngest sister, Jade, who lives in Los Angeles and is working on her dream of being a screenwriter. We saw Jade in the other books and she mentioned the realtor to the stars, but we never got to meet him. Zachary Masters owns a top tier realty company in LA where Jade had been doing temp work. She met him at a party at his home on her final day of work. They hit it off and began a steamy relationship. In addition, her screenplay for a reality series Featuring her and her sisters was picked up. It is to be filmed in Montana in her hometown of Marietta. Her role is to be the realtor, so Zach helped her get her realtor license for Montana.

Jade isn’t feeling well and when she arrives in Montana, her sisters suspect she could be pregnant. Ironically both her sisters are pregnant too. The oldest sister was married earlier in the year and the next sister is to be married in a few weeks. Zach hasn’t actually met her family as she is afraid of commitment and a full relationship. He also, has always shied away from long term relationships. Jade asks Zach to come to Montana as she may be pregnant. He never takes vacations as his work is his life. He decides to head to Montana for a week as he misses her, before she actually asks him to come.

Jade tries to keep Zach from meeting her family initially but it happens anyway. All seem to really like each other. Jade sees a house that is going to be part of the show that she wants to buy. Also, Zach, has gotten a placement in LA from an older couple that he decides he wants to buy for him and Jade as a fixer upper. Zach has misrepresented his past in order to make himself seem successful. He struggles with the need to share his real past history with Jade. Both Jade and Zach have strong feelings toward the other but neither wants to admit it or even confirm with themself how they feel.

The book brings back all the characters from the prior 2 books and wraps up all the ongoing stories. I loved seeing how Jade and her sisters as well as their significant others grew and matured during the books. It was so wonderful watching Jade and Zack making their plans for the future. This is a 5 star story.

Debra Salonen’s All the Stars in Montana is book #3 in her Property Sisters of Montana series. This series is set in Tule’s fictional town of Marietta, MT. When this author is writing Marietta stories, the earth is spinning correctly on its axis. The McCall sisters, Ruby, Amber, and Jade, are creating a massive marketing program, centered around their new Property Sisters of Montana television show. They’re flipping houses, building right-size homes, selling distinguished chairs, antiques, and collectables, plus developing the TV show. It’s all hands on deck in Marietta, which is great for Ruby & Boone and Amber & Trey, but more complicated for Jade McCall and Zachary Masters. The television show is Jade’s brainchild, but she would rather be in California with Zachary. She can’t let her sisters, and her parents down. She must ensure that the show is a success. Zachary is tired of his fake life. He visits Montana to be with Jade and realizes that he loves both, Jade and Montana. Unexpectedly, Jade, like her sisters, becomes pregnant. The time has arrived for Jade and Zachary to decide what is important, and to not let it escape.

+It was fun to read about the McCall sisters, the men in their lives, and Rosemary and Diamond Jim McCall. It was especially good to be in Marietta again: the Graff and Main Streel Diner, and to see old friends: Flo, Gabriella, Rev. Sam Zabrinski, Mia Zabrinski, Ryker Bensen, and Paul Zabrinski. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It’s my favorite Salonen story since Kat and Flynn’s tale in Her Hero to Love. Once I picked it up… I could not put it down till completed. I’m sorry California, but all the stars are in Marietta, MT.

I was so happy to head back to Marietta! Marietta Montana is one of those places that if any author writes a book based in it, I am guaranteed to read it. This book touched all the places that are familiar in my life. I have three sisters and I am the baby. sister. Jade is the baby sister as well. She is the sister who is the who folks think of as flighty or an artisan. She is writes stories and books hoping to publish one. In the mean time she works as a temp in Cali to get lots of great info on folks and tit bits. What better way to see all the ins and outs of how folks live than by working at a real estate office and seeing folks as they are moving out of their homes. Homes that are usually full of lots years of collections. While she was working at one temp place she met real estate broker Zachary Masters. She met Zach on the last night at a party at his place after she was leaving his employment. She started seeing him as a friends with benefits kinds thing. You know the kind where neither think the L word will ever come into play...LOVE or LONGLASTING. Then Jade and her sisters sell their show the Property Sisters of Montana and Jade need to have her realtor's license in Montana and Zach helps Jade study for it.

Jade heads home to Montana to prepare for the show with her sisters and also to check on some unexpected something she just might be needing to tell Zach about soon. Life has a funny way of dealing with things especially with these sisters and it all seems to bring them back to Marietta.

While working a temp job for real estate mogul Zachary Masters, she plans another screen play around him and his nickname..Realtor to the Stars. Only once she really gets to know him, some things are not as they seem..

What happens next...hiding the truth, going back to Montana, a surprise, breaking down walls, discovering they want more than a fling and finding that life has so much more in store than either ever expected...

This is Zachary Masters and Jade McCall's story.
What would an urban jetsetter like Zachary Masters be doing with a Zen garden? I can use this. As an aspiring screenwriter, everything that came into her life wound up in notes for either her current work in progress or some future story. Even though she barely made enough money each month to break even, she liked to think her decision to work for a temp agency had been a stroke of genius.
genius. New jobs meant a plethora of new characters, good and bad situations and experiences, and enough detail to flesh out dialogue and make her plots sound plausible.
Jade McCall felt— rather than heard— her phone. Hearing anything above the music blasting over the Hollywood Hills’s palatial home’s turbo-charged sound system was nearly impossible. The workmates who’d twisted her arm to come to the party had resorted to sign language to communicate in the home’s white-on-white living room. The designer couches and chrome tables had been pushed back, creating a makeshift dance floor roughly the
size of her 1940s bungalow.Dollars and sense are soon parted. Her sigh disappeared into the thumping beat of a song she didn’t recognize. Twenty-five is the new fifty?
I highly recommend reading.

ALL THE STARS IN MONTANA is the third book in the Property Sisters of Montana series by Debra Salonen and was a bittersweet read for me. Why? I knew that when I reached the end, it was probably the end of the series. I have loved returning to Marietta, Montana with the McCall sisters and watching their HGTV-type show evolve.
Jade is the youngest McCall sister, and the dreamer. She left Marietta with plans to take Hollywood by storm as a screenwriter, taking temp jobs along the way to use for inspiration for her writing. Her first success turns out to be her proposal for the Property Sisters of Montana reality show. Luckily for her, one of her temp jobs was for the “Realtor to the Stars,” Zach Masters, and, once her job ended, they got to know each other and became a couple, though neither had permanent relationship in mind. With Zach’s help, she can fulfill her part of the show, the realtor’s part.
All of Zach Masters’s amazing success is due to the hard work that took him from nothing to well-off celebrity realtor. He distanced himself from his past and created a whole new background to erase his past. Until he got involved with Jade, he thought his life and accomplishments were enough. Now she has one foot in Los Angeles and one foot in Montana and he realizes he doesn’t like her being away for long. When the unexpected occurs, they need to figure out what it means for their future and their relationship.
Zach is one of my favorite heroes. He had a tough childhood and worked hard to distance himself from the child he had been, but the innate goodness was still there. His support for Jade and her dreams and goals were a wonderful surprise. Jade was a fun and strong character who knew what she wanted but had to realize that dreams could evolve and things didn’t have to be just one way, she could have more.
This was a feel-good novel that could stand alone, but it was so much more fun revisiting characters I already met in the previous two, plus other characters I’ve gotten to know in Marietta. This novel made me feel like I was visiting old friends and, once I started, I couldn’t help flying through it. If this is your first visit to Marietta, be prepared, it won’t be your last. I hope to see the McCall sisters again in future visits!
Thanks to the Publisher for an advanced copy of this novel. All opinions are my own.

It’s time to return to the Property Sisters of Montana for the third title, ‘All the Stars in Montana“, which was for me the story that touched my heart the most (although I’ve loved them all).

Everything you really need before picking up Jade and Zach’s story can be found in the Cover Description. If you haven’t followed along now would be a great time to start this funny, engaging series full of family, shenanigans, finding that forever love, and realizing that the perfect goal for you is within reach.

Jade’s life goal is to achieve her dream of becoming a screenwriter. She’s good, she’s slowly proving that to those that matter, and the property renovations she, and her sisters are taking on make for the perfect new reality renovation show. An idea that she pitched and is now coming true. And it helps that her recent boss is deemed “Realtor to the Stars”, a man she allowed herself to have a delicious (and emotional) fling with once their work together was done. Neither Jade nor Zach was looking for long-term commitments… but then neither counted on falling in love either, or for an unexpected surprise to come about from their time together.

I loved watching Zach and Jade overcome their pasts, acknowledge that they did have something very special between them, and become willing to take the risks that falling in love require. It wasn’t overnight, they have some issues to get beyond, but at the core, they know what’s at stake, a lifetime partner in love. Zach has hidden so much, and he does have a greater amount of issues to overcome. The maturity, and ability to care for others grew over the course of this story (and in some ways, for all the characters in this series).

We’ll also get the chance to catch up with the lives of Jade’s sisters and their loves now. I always have a good time back in Marietta, Montana – I suspect I always will, and ‘All the Stars in Montana‘ was no exception. This will be a series that I’ll read again for it has everything I need in a romance and then some. Discover this wonderful group of characters for yourself in the ‘Property Sisters of Montana‘ series.

Debra Salonen has saved the best story for the three sister for last in All the Stars in Montana (Property Sisters of Montana #3). That is really something for me to say because the story begins in LA with Jade having finished her temp work for the Realtor to the Stars which is not a setting I usually choose to red in stories. It is not a Hollywood story; it is a story of rising above the circumstances that life dealt you. It is a story of finding love when you least expect it. It is a story of family, forgiveness and acceptance.

All the sisters and family are part of this story along with the whole premise of the TV DIY show. All loose ends are tied up bringing the McCall Sisters full circle. Out of all of them, Jade has done the most growing in this story. I think being the baby in the family showed up in this story when it didn’t when she was supporting her sisters in the first two books. Zachary Masters also did some soul searching as these two came together. Still it needs to be pointed out that he was pretty perfect to begin with; humble, honest, hardworking, generous and charming, not to mention handsome too.

Such a well-written story where everything fell together seemingly effortless. However, I know that is not true, it is the wonderful storytelling ability of the author. There was even one thing that was mentioned early on n the story then nothing else. I thought, “Oh well it has been forgotten.” How wrong I was it was all completely worked out near the end. Like I said earlier all loose ends tied up.

I highly recommend this series especially All the Stars in Montana. While not completely necessary I would suggest the books be read in order just so that you see the progression of how the women become the Property Sisters of Montana.

An ARC of the book was given to me by Tule Publishing which I voluntarily chose to read and reviewed. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Jade and Zach’s story in All the Stars in Montana by Debra Salonen, book three in her Property Sisters series has these two falling in love unexpectedly. Jade McCall is the youngest of the sisters, an aspiring screenwriter who uses on every temp job as inspiration for her next screenplay. Her last boss, nicknamed the “Realtor to the Stars,” is perfect for a sitcom; handsome, rich, charming yet brooding. It is his intelligence, dry humor, and thoughtfulness that make her feel more than she had for any other man. Zachary Masters basks in his reputation; after all, he wrote his own story, creating the man he’s become, hiding the truth. Zach is falling for Jade and soon their “no strings” fling is not enough for him. Now to figure out what to do since Jade’s career takes off, having her return home to Montana. Being home is fine, but there have been so many changes. Jade remembers those days when she couldn’t wait to leave Montana, but now that she’s discovered an unexpected consequence of those nights in Zach’s arms, she’s loss and unsure where the future will take her. Zach has never felt the need to let go of the walls around his heart but Jade has offered him a chance to open up, share his real past, and maybe finally he just might have a chance to have a real family.

Ms. Salonen wrote a wonderful second chance story that is definitely not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with sizzling chemistry, amusing banter, and charming characters giving Jade and Zach a chance at a forever love. I highly recommend All the Stars in Montana to other readers.

Jade finally comes home to learn the truths about herself.

This is the final book in the Property Sisters of Montana series. Jade McCall has always wanted to make it big as a screenwriter and had moved to Los Angeles to give it her best shot. She has worked in a variety of jobs which has provided her with a ton of ideas for submissions to her agent.

Currently, Jade is working as a temp in the office of the Relator to the Stars Zach Masters. She is getting to ton of ideas from the man himself plus what is happening in the office. Zach Masters has written his own story and hides his real self behind the persona he has created. But something about Jade pulls at him and intrigues him enough to let her get close. He is even willing to help her get her realtor's license in Montana all the while agreeing to a short term romance with her.

Jade has to go back to Montana as a part of the series she has sold involving her sisters and flipping houses. Zach ends up following her to Montana and the story takes off from there.

While the story is well written and wraps up the series, there was something about this one that did not pull me in right away like the previous two books in the series. I liked both characters but it felt like something was missing for me. But I will admit that be back to work and dealing with the stresses of the restrictions we are all under right now could be a part of it.

I did receive a copy of this novel in advance from the publisher in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.

Property Sisters is a series about the three Montana McCall sisters , all professionals, who are brought back home when their father gets ill and secrets are revealed..
They drop everything to be at their parents’ side, not realizing that each of their lives will be forever changed.
The last of the unattached sisters is Jade. She’s an aspiring screenwriter and temp worker in LA. Trying but failing to get her ideas sold. In her last job she meets the wealthy Realtor of the Stars, Zach Masters. A man with secrets of his own and also one truly enchanted by Jade.
A relationship of sorts develops but when she leaves to Montana to fulfill the Property Sisters TV responsibilities , Zach realizes this is more than a fling. But what happens when this career oriented woman, determined to live permanently in LA finds herself at a crossroads and an unexpected surprise?
This is a sweet romance about overcoming adversity. About opening your heart and hoping your love will be returned. About reinventing oneself and realizing that there is more in life than a successful career. It’s also a story about family and how though it frequently gets messy when dealing with them, their support and love is what matters.
A nice conclusion to this series.
I was entrusted a copy of this book by Tule Publishing . The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Written in Debra Salonen’s light, witty style, All The Stars In Montana is the third in her Property Sisters series. It can stand alone but this is a very connected series and in my opinion you’re best to read all three books in order. You’ll get a much more enjoyable reading experience from seeing Ruby, Amber and Jade transform their lives and find their happy ever afters.
There’s heaps to love about this book. First up, it’s largely set in Montana, a part of the USA I’d just love to visit. I imagine the wide blue skies, mountains and scenic vistas and I’ve grown to love the fictional town of Marietta and its people. The people in this book also make it a winner for me. Jade is sweet and comes up with the most amazing twists on familiar sayings. She’s also one of those people who seems to be juggling way too many balls at once yet somehow managing the task anyway. I loved her. Zachary is insanely successful in his career thanks to his ability to listen to people. I loved his honest and empathetic approach, and the way he discovered how important Jade was to him.
This book is not deep and meaningful. It is entertainment and right now that works so well for me. There are emotional moments—plenty of them—but there is also humour, warmth and love both between Zachary and Jade and also between Jade and her family. This book made made me smile.

All the Stars in Montana is the third book in the Property Sisters of Montana series by Debra Salonen. This is the first book I have read of this series but it will not be the last. I will definitely be reading the other two real soon. Just know that it can be read as a stand alone but it would be more enjoyable to read the first two since they build on one another.

In this story you will meet Jade McCall the youngest of the McCall sisters. Jade is a aspiring screenwriter living in Los Angeles working as a temp for Zachary Masters, Realtor to the Stars. They are the perfect match for each other since neither one is expecting anything long term. Just as things are happening Jade has to return home because of a family emergency, and her latest idea for a new TV show is now in the works. Both Jade and Zach realize they feel more for each other than each of them realized, and now there's a unexpected surprise. Will they make things work? Will Zach's secret tear this new and unexpected relationship apart?

Read this book/series you will Not be disappointed! I received a ARC copy of this book and all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Will Zach follow her and can he find a place to finally be him there and what about the consequences of their affair Is he ready to be a family man You will have to read to see if all these tangled threads become a major knot or finally twine to become the life he has always wanted but never admitted

What a way to end a series, on such a high note, rife with emotion, humor, and lots and lots of love. Debra Salonen’s third and final book, All the Stars in Montana, in the Property Sisters of Montana series is easily my favorite of the three...possibly not only because Zach and Jade are such an easy couple to fall in love with, and form an emotional attachment to, but having the entire cast of characters from the first two books play such predominant parts in the overall successful arc of the story only made the it such a joy to read.

While the pages nearly turned themselves, the nuances of the characters leapt off the page grabbing ahold of your heart and not letting go, even after the story ended...I am truly saddened that the series has ended, but then that’s what’s so great about books, you can go back and reread them numerous times!

This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

Uplifting romance read

Just what you need to read in these gloomy days for a lift, smile and switch off. Debra brings out the big guns for glowing description of Montana’s scenery - blink in awe at the sunset then sink down in the deckchair and gaze at the stars with Jade and Zachary.
This is a sentimental romance, we’re feeling the baby vibes and
funks, the personal challenges faced by Jade. And Zach? “ he was reminded of how much he hated giving control of his moods or emotions to anyone “. I loved that line.
I think you do need to have read the previous Sister books as Jade has popped in and out of them and the reader benefits from that previous character building, you will get more satisfaction from the book.
Apart from Jade’s famous one liners, my favourite for her was
“ so completely her person, she lost track of where he stopped and she began “. ❤️

ALL THE STARS IN MONTANA by Debra Salonen is the third book in the Property Sisters of Montana series. This is easily a standalone book even though it's part of a series.

Aspiring screenwriter Jade McCall meets Realtor to the Stars Zach Masters when she works as a temp for his real estate company in Los Angeles. They become involved, but neither is looking for a forever.

When Jade sells a home improvement show, Property Sisters of Montana, it forces her to spend more and more time in Montana. Time apart makes them both realize their feelings go deeper than they realized, and then Jade suspects she's pregnant.

ALL THE STARS IN MONTANA is a fantastic read, the writing fresh, with a unique voice and a satisfying happily-ever-after ending. I haven't read the first two books, but I definitely will read them now.

All the Stars in Montana by Debra Salonen is the third book in the Property Sisters of Montana series. A lot of this book takes place in California. That said, I was a bit disappointed in that because I believed the book would primarily take place in Montana. It bothered me a little that Jade didn't want to make Montana her permanent home instead of splitting time between the two states. That aside, I enjoyed the story.

I met Jade in the the first book. From the times she was on the pages, I inferred that she would be a strong, independent character. She had goals and a strong determination to succeed. Her career was first and foremost in her mind. Even her relationship with Zach was supposed to remain casual. The more time she and Zach spent together, Jade's feelings grew into love. But how would she make the relationship work when Zack was in California and she was constantly traveling between the two? And would Zach want anything more than casual. He has a couple of secrets and is worried how Jade will react if he tells her.

I have read this author many times before. The writing is clear and engaging and her characters are likable. This book has a bit of angst but not so much to be a nail-biter. I enjoyed the premise, and interactions between all the characters. I especially enjoyed watching Zack fall in love. The way he treated Jade was beautiful. Jade couldn't help falling in love with him. I, myself, fell in love with Zach.

This is my honest and unbiased review and I thank you for taking the time to read it. :)

This was a sweet story about Zach and Jade. They accidentally meet on Jade's last day of working at Zach's realty firm. Something about Jade intrigues Zach and he breaks all his rules to get to know Jade. When Jade gets a screenplay picked up she has to move home to Montana to work with her sisters. Jade and Zach try to keep things casual until Jade finds out she's pregnant. Zach turns out to be a great guy and nothing like Jade originally thought. Zach decides he needs to make changes in his life after he meets Jade and is going to have a baby with her. This was an interesting book!

Woo hoo!! What a great ending to a great trilogy. We meet Zachary and get to know the depth of his character as well as watching Jade succeed in a few areas. Now I think we need book #4 that introduces the babies of Amber and Ruby and shows us how 3 new moms with babies close in age make a success of their new businesses while working together on the overall project called "Property Sisters of Montana"!

All the Stars in Montana by Debra Salonen.
Another great addition to the Property Sisters of Montana series.
A heart-warming story of possible romance. Enjoyed to getting to read Jade and Zach's story and visiting her family and friends back in Montana.
Debra Salonen knows how to bring you a great story from first page until the final page. I can't wait to read more by this author.

The third book in this series.

Jade has being seeing Zach since a party at his place, but she is keeping him at arms length.
She is back in Montana with her sisters, and leaves him behind. He fights to keep his place in her life, but both of them are keeping secrets.

Nice to catch up with the other sisters in this book too.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for a voluntary and honest review.

This is the third book in his series, and it was a very entertaining read. I loved Jade and Zach. These two were a perfect match for each and they had incredible chemistry together. I love the small town, the characters and the story line. There is honestly nothing to dislike about this book. It had me laughing out loud in parts and that for me is one of the many reasons I have given this book 5 stars. I voluntarily reviewed this book in exchange for an honest review.

An enjoyable read with delightful characters who are easy to get on with. I enjoyed the storyline and the plot kept me interested. There was a lot of caring and thoughtfulness within the story showing how people really should think and act in a kind and considerate manner. I also enjoyed how trust was built and relationships blossomed. I would read more by this author as it was an easy read and a story I could quickly get involved in.

I've been looking forward to Jade's story, and it was just as entertaining as Jade herself has been. I was glad to get to read about her motivations as well as her quirks. Zachary is a perfect match for her with his soft heart and gentle manner. They had great chemistry, and I liked the way they handled their challenges.

This is book three of Property Sisters of Montana series and I was given an advance reader’s copy of this book in exchange for my review.
This is such a joy to read and I had been waiting for Jade’s story and ended up being drawn in by her guys story and his hard childhood to what he became just had my emotions in high gear as did their romance I recommend this for readers of adult romance.

Jade was doing temp work while waiting to sell a screenplay. Her last boss was Zach, the Realtor to the Stars. She returns home to help her family after a health scare for her dad and ends up pitching the idea for property flipping with her sisters. Zach helps her get her realtor's license and they become close. A very good read who doesn't love Marrietta!

Really enjoyed this book and the Property Sisters. The characters were great, they are far more than your first impressions of them and you learn to love them. I can’t wait to go back and read the others in the series. I love how the relationship between Jade and Zach grew over quite a time period and wasn’t just instant.
