I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Rainey dreams of a different life, she’s been travelling with her brother and his crew moving shipments of drugs around the country, living a life she never wanted but tonight is her twenty first birthday and she has till midnight to live a dream life so when she meets Reed she vows tonight will be everything she wants to last a lifetime and when midnight arrives she has to go back. Has this Cinderella found her Prince Charming and can she keep him?

Reed has always said when he meets the one he will know and boy does that happen when Rainey arrives in Fox Cotton, he believes she is his for life after they share an evening of love, only for her to leave at midnight. He knows what they shared was special and refuses to give up hope of her returning, will his dreams come true or is he destined to live alone on his mountain?

Insta love at its best and as only Frankie can do it. This was a quick read, safe and be prepared for steam. 4🌟Read.

Book 1 is better; this, not so much.

Reed and Rainey had a wonderful night, but she had to go away because of her brother. She's basically his prisoner and didn't know what else to do. She would rather not put Reed in harm's way, so she left him without looking back. Eight months later, she finally found a way to get back to him. She's also pregnant and had an early delivery. Once he saw her lying on the hospital bed, it was like the last few months didn't happen, and they just picked up where they left off. Their reunion and his brother's situation got resolved quickly, and I don't know how to feel about it.

This is such a sweet story! I loved every minute of it. I wish it was longer because I loved Reed and Rainey. I love reading anything by Frankie Love. She is one of my favorite authors. I hope that there will be more stories about the men from Fox Hollow.

Reed has been waiting for his one. He has a booming business and a cabin home. He is just missing his girl and a family. He meets Rainey one night when she comes into the local bar. She comes in with her brother and wants a couple of hours of freedom. She is drawn to him but when her brother comes for her, she knows that she has no choice. She discovers months later that she is pregnant and tries to get back to him. Reed lost his heart that night. He is surprised to hear that she was back in the area in the hospital. Will they get a second chance at happiness?

Reed is a sexy, bearded, mountain man. He has a home and a job he loves but craves a woman, not any woman, his woman. The big burly man has yet to find her and he can’t wait. Luck is on his side when, one rainy night, the one walks into the bar where he’s having dinner. Rainey is a vision, she’s young and beautiful and craves one thing - a real home. The two meet and their connection is off the charts. A couple of hours later she’s gone. Fast forward eight months and the two meet again and this time Reed is never, ever, going to let her go. TBR and enjoy.

The description isn’t exactly the way the story goes. But it’s still a great story. I love a damsel in distress story, as well as a surprise baby. Include double virgins and you’ve hit the jackpot!

Ok first off the blurb is so completely wrong. A baby does not end up on his doorstop. Said baby is not a even a boy. The baby girl does not come with a note. What’s going on here??

But anyways the story was pretty good even if it didn’t hit those points. Just a little misleading tho…

I was about to throw a fit about the baby being named Rainbow (🤢) but I guess she can just be nicknamed Rain kinda like her mother so that’s fine. And Reed is an A+ man for wanting the baby’s names to be dedicated to their mom. So sentimental. If he ain’t like that I DONT WANT HIM!!

Here Comes the Sun............with Rainey and Rainbow

Protector of the Mountain is the second book in The Mountain Men of Fox Hollow series and is the story of Reed and Rainey. Reed was born and raised in Fox Hollow and lives in a cabin on the mountain. He makes a good living making custom cutting boards and things in his workshop that he sells online. But he is single and still waiting for the right woman to come into his life.
Reed is sitting with his friend Jasper in the Hollow Hole, the local bar, having a beer and a burger when in walks three bikers with two women. The group is there to celebrate one of the woman's twenty-first birthday. When the group parts and Reed sees her he heart stops and he is hit with a lightening bolt immediately knowing she is the one he has been waiting for.
Rainey longs to settle in one place and feel safe. Her only family is her older brother Tim who is the MC President. The MC does not have a base but rides all over the country as he is wanted and as a group they transport illegal drugs. Tim holds this over Rainey'e head to keep her with him at all times with her only freedom being reading her Kindle. But on this night she is celebrating her twenty-first birthday and when she sees Reed she knows she wants to get escape out of that bar with him until midnight, as they is all them time Tim has given her to have fun.
Reed takes Rainey to his place in the mountains where they dance in the rain and then get warm in the sauna, along with getting very sweaty and wet there also. But it is not to last as Tim and the group pull up on their bikes and Rainey chooses to go with them, even though Reed asks her not to. But she has also taken something else with her from that night which will eventually make her escape for good and find her mountain man protector.

This is a lovely, sweet, saucy, OTT, mountain man romance with some drama, danger and angst added in. The characters are both charming and sweet. I really enjoyed this book and it is a nice addition to the series.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave an honest and voluntary review.

In this book we meet Rainey Larson & Reed. Reed hasn't played the field like most of the guys in their small town he is waiting for his one. He doesn't know when or where she will show up but he is constantly on the look out for her. So one night after work he goes into the local bar/cafe to get burgers and a beer when some bikers roll into the place. That is where he sees her and knows he has found his one. Rainey can't believe her brother is giving her freedom for one night. Well at least until midnight and when she looks at Reed she knows. See Rainey has always been an avid readers but never gets to live it in real life. From the moment her eyes land on Reed she feels that click that she never knew she could have. Though they both want the HEA they can see in the others eyes they aren't sure if it will ever happen. Will they get it or will the forces keeping them apart win?

This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this short story will take you on a journey you never expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

A brilliant way to start your day
well this morning I couldnt sleep so it thought I would start Frankie Love's new book and now I'm running late because I couldnt put it down and I really dont care because it was a brilliant way to start my day. A book full of insta love passion and intrigue.
Reed has been waiting for the one woman he could see living his life on the mountain he loves. So one night when he meeting with his friend for a bite and a pint he comes across a beautiful lady. She is brought in with some bikers and there is just something about her. Its her 21st birthday and she is told for one night only she can do what she wants..
When Reed introduces himself there is instant chemistry and she asks for him to take her away. Rainey and Reed have a few magical hours together before her brother arrives on his bike to take her away.
But Reed cant forget her where is she now???
This is a brilliant read that just made my day. The chemistry is off the charts and you can just tell they instantly fall in love. woooohooo loving this series

Short and Sweet - Instant Love! This is about Reed and Rainey. Reed is the mountain man. Rainey is the sister of a motorcycle club leader who stopped by the small town of Fox Hollow to celebrate her 21st birthday. She and her brother have always been on the run since foster home, but she is ready for a new life. At the bar, she meets Reed, and as he offers to buy her a drink to celebrate her birthday, she suggests getting out of there. They leave and give themselves to each other in his cabin, but then she must leave as her brother is there to take her away. Well four months later she realizes that she is pregnant, what to do? The story is sweet as she determines that a true home is where love is and even though her brother protected her and never harmed her; she saw things that she should have never seen. Reed on the other hand fell in love with her instantly and was now determined to keep her safe along with their daughter… This was a short story, but beautiful.

Mountain man finds his girl

Reed is waiting for his first true love he will know her when he sees her until then he is on his own. Bikers come into the pub Reed is in they look like trouble but when Reed sees Rainey she is the one he has been waiting for. Rainey asks her brother for permission to go for a drink with Reed but she wants to get out of there and Reed takes her back to his plaice. Rainey is celebrating her 21st birthday and she wants to spend it with Reed she wants to stay there but her brother won’t let her go. Reed watches Rainey go with her brother he tries looking for her but they live off grid so it’s difficult to find her. Reed is in the pub when his mate James tells him about a girl being found and pregnant he knows it’s Rainey and goes the hospital. When Reed gets to the hospital Rainey is in labour they have a beautiful baby girl. Rainey is scared her brother is coming for her he keeps Rainey close as she knows all his secrets but Reed called the police and they have arrested her brother she is free to live the life she dreamed off with Reed.

Protector of the Mountain is a sweet fast pace love story of Reed and Rainey.

The moment Reed sees Rainey at the bar he knows she is the one he has been waiting for, although he is only able to spend a few hours with her, he know his life has changed. Rainey does not like her life with her brother, but she does not know how to get away. Spending a few precious hours away mean the world to her. On the run with her brother, Rainey realize those few hours will be with her for her life, now she just needs to get back to let Reed know what she hiding.

Reed is a wonderful gentlemen, even though he can't find Rainey he does not give up and his planning on a future with her. By luck and fate they are able to find their way back together.

This is a beautiful addition to the series.

Reed was a mountain man. He had his cabin and business on the mountain and came into town a few times a week to meetup with his best friend. He keeps busy but at times he is lonely and would like a family but is waiting for the right woman. The night he meets up with his friend at the bar a woman comes in to celebrate her 21st birthday. He feels her presence immediately and wants to buy her a drink. He knows she is the one - the one he has been waiting for. Rainy felt Reed’s attraction for her. Rainy had this one night and that was it. Reed wanted forever because he felt it was forever. Can these two come together? Can they survive without each other. This is a story about heartache, longing, lost love, and most of all love. The kind of love that wins.

First things first; I really like the cover of this book!
Protector of the mountain is book one in the ‘’the mountain men of fox hollow’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Reed is a mountain man that wants to find love. When Rainey walks into his local bar, he knows she is the woman for him. With trouble surrounding Rainey will they get their chance at love?
The chemistry between Rainey and Reed is clear to see and I liked them together. I thought they made a cute pair.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Reed lives and works on the mountain. He has a friend that is as tough and masculine as himself. They are having a quiet drink in their local bar when a group of bikers enter. Wary that there might be trouble they both acknowledge that they are staying until the bikers leave. Rainey is there, with them, celebrating her 21st birthday and as they are both entranced, she grabs her courage and leaves with Reed. They hook up. Reed is in his element, he has finally found the one. After mind blowing sex they are interrupted by her brother, bikers, and Rainey leaves him. She gets onto the back of a motorcycle and tells him it was just one night. She leaves him behind. He is devastated. A short but full story of love lost and found. 💕

Protector of the Mountain is all about 100% rugged manliness, with the most delicious Alpha tendencies you can't help falling in love with and actually comparing the majority of today's men to and find them lacking.

Protector of the Mountain was very well written, and you find yourself eagerly awaiting the next book in the series.

This was my first book by Ms. Love that I have read, and I can guarantee it won't be my last. If you haven't read Protector of the Mountain yet, I suggest you hurry up and do so, you won't be disappointed.

This was a really cute short read. Rainey and Reed were perfect together! There chemistry and passion was instant and will have you swooning. Reed has been waiting for his one and only. Rainey just wants to feel ground; which she does with Reed. The night is limited but what comes out of it is true love. I loved this book and I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a great insta-love, burly mountain main and a woman who loves him.

This is a very well written, insta-love, book 2 in The Mountain Men of Fox Hollow Series with great characters that have chemistry and have to get over their troubles. These characters are very well written with good histories. A must read. A strong alpha male takes a girl from motorcycle gang home from a local bar. The gang come to get her from his place, but he wants her to stay. She refuses to stay. He finds in a near by hospital in premature labor with his baby eight months later.

Reed is looking for his one. Rainy walks into the bar behind her brother. She talks Reed into taking her away from the bar and her brother. She then disappears without a backwards glance. She felt she had no choice. Reed felt he could save her, but in the end, who is right. The characters are good. Glad Tim came to his senses by the end of the book. The story flows smoothly. It is a short, sweet read.

Such a sweet Insta love story. Reed is waiting for the love of his life. Bikers end up going to the bar he and a friend are eating at. They are celebrating the birthday of Rainey. When Reed sees her Rainey it's like a kick in the stomach because she's the one. They have a wonderful 4 hours together. Loving each other, dancing in the rain and then her brother takes her away. This story is about the mountain man of Fox Hollow mountain. This story does though by far not go as the introduction in the beginning of the book. It is like it is describing a different story altogether! But this story is good nontheless and I can clearly see more stories about the men of this mountain... Beautiful four stars for this story are a given here.
