The Antichrist; who will he be, and where will he come from? Will he arise out of Europe? Will he arise out of America? Will he reign for seven years? What about his “mark”, the mark of the beast? Will it be a physical mark, or is it symbolic? And, what about the Battle of Armageddon? Will it be a war between eastern and western nations? Will it be a war against Israel? All of these questions will be answered in this book. And, all of the answers will come straight from Scripture. The Antichrist’s identity will be revealed, as well as where he will come from. Some of the answers will surprise you, because they are not what is being taught by most so-called prophecy experts today. Are you ready for a biblical glimpse into the future? Are you ready for scriptural answers, instead of the opinions of mere men?
Henry Bechthold is a non-denominational pastor. Bechthold doesn’t believe in the concept of Eternal Punishment. He asserts that nowhere in the Bible does it say human beings are in the abyss. However, Antichrist is a man, so he comes up with the idea of “demon man” as part of the “Unholy Trinity.” He does believe in going by the scripture alone. UFO’s are probably fallen angels. It is noted that the locusts during the fifth trumpet (Rev 9:3,7) are,
“probably not normal “insect locusts”.” p.37
Also,
“With today’s technology, a computer microchip can be easily implanted in a moment’s time as a nonsurgical procedure.” p.42
This is apparently where “scripture alone” leads to.
The author digs deep into scripture concerning end times and the Antichrist. While some of these views may differ from what we have been taught, they invoke a desire to dig deeper into God's Word like the Bereans of Paul's day to learn the truth of God's Word.
I was captivated by how things were explained about the mark of the beast Armageddon and the Anti Christ come about in revelations its a real eye opener.
I thought this book was interesting and I liked the way the bible events in Revelations are presented against the opposing popular thought. I would have given it 5 stars except for the way the author continually pushed his other books-all the way thru this one and again at the end.
