Do you desire to grow, improve, and gain new levels of influence as a leader?
Are you navigating through the uncertain waters of leadership?
In this conversational and action-oriented book, Steve Gutzler and Mike Acker present seven shifts to direct your leadership towards your desired impact, influence, and inspiration.
In Lead With No Fear you will discover seven destination altering
Shifting from Victim to Leader
Shifting from Unaware to Self-aware
Shifting from Black and White to High-Definition
Shifting from Insecure to Confident
Shifting from Activity to Accomplishment
Shifting from Smart to Smart AND Healthy
Shifting from Fast to Finishing
By embracing the wisdom found in these actions readers will discover certainty even in uncertain times. This is accomplished by grounded encouragement, reflective exercises, and practical application.
Instead of forcing leaders to make drastic changes, the authors guide the audience to make gradual changes over a ninety-day period. Afterall, ships and planes don’t instantly arrive at their destination so why do we expect ourselves to instantly arrive? No, these shifts are intended to point the audience to their next couple of steps instead of their next dramatic leap. In doing so you won’t be discouraged by the lack of instant results, rather you will be encouraged by the momentum of daily decisions compounded for ninety-days.
As you read this book you will be inspired by the examples, you will find connection with the coach-practitioners, and you will find real life case studies of leaders at the height of personal and professional success such as Harvard professor Dr. Beth Frates, successful entrepreneur Wes Herman, and CEO Rob Waggener.
Lead With No Fear equips readers to unlock their leadership potential, calling them to step into greater roles to create a better future.
Lead With No Fear turns potential into actual.
Lead With No Fear takes you from worry, insecurity, and self-doubt to inspiration, clarity, and confidence.

Frank Sonnenberg
Award-winning author of eight books and a well-known advocate for moral character, personal values, and personal responsibility
Loved the multiple stories, "lettuce in the teeth" and how to adjust, the author does a really nice job of going through learning, speech patterns, and leadership to get his point across.
Such great advice! I copied several quotes from the book to remind myself of these great pearls of wisdom, like "the two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why." In addition to inspiring messages, the author includes anecdotes and a step-by-step plan with exercises to shift your thought process and behaviors 3 degrees to make enormous improvements. I will be referencing this book often.
At first the authors spend a lot of time discussing topics the reader will likely already be familiar with so it seemed like a rehashing at times. Finally they get to more original content and ideas that will help you conceptualize how to be a more effective and successful leader. I like the leaky bucket analogy- before adding or doing anything new think about what you can improve. The book ends with solid frameworks of what you can do to Lead with no Fear.
If you’re looking to realise your potential, as a leader of your life, this book does a great job of breaking down the key areas you need to figure out. I love that the authors encourage small changes done regularly, so they become habits. It makes it seem very do-able.
