Baby (15 months) was instantly magnetized to the illustrations. I grew up on baby Einstein and like they kept the characters the same. The book is fun to read with lots of rhymes. This is one that will entertain him even as he gets older.

Although it is a bright and colorful fun book. The story is about colors and I think that it is a little confusing for babies. In looking at a page you should be able to tell right away what color the page is about. I found some pages gave off the impression of another color. If you want it for teaching I wouldn't recommend it. If you want it for colorful fun pictures then it is good.

This book is about colors and I like that it has a single color on each page but there are enough items that the child can continue to learn. The pages are not too busy. Great for learning colors and recognizing different shades of colors.
