Mindfulness is about consciously directing your focus top a single thing and becoming aware of the present moment.

Meditation is more of an umbrella term for activities that focus on inward reflection and metal tranquility.

Benefits of meditation are better memory, reduced inflammation, reduced stress, improved creativity, improved cardiovascular health, better immune function, improved sleep.
