This is the fourth book in the series about the Yoder girls finding husbands. Daisy has just married, leaving Lilly at home all alone. Being a twin made things even lonelier. Lilly has three men to choose from and she chooses Elijah. Unfortunately he has made a promise years ago to a girl from another county that they would someday marry. Lily falls hard from him and is heartbroken for awhile. At the end of the book Daisy returns from Ohio after visiting her new inl laws and Lilly gets married.
Lily is the last child who is not married her 2 brothers & 3 sisters are all married with the last one being Daisy her twin who she thinks is going to stay in Ohio Lily falls for someone who then tells her he made a promise to someone else when he goes she thinks he gone to get married & dates 2 other men will she marry one of these or will her sweetheart come back
I have to say that I wasn’t really too crazy about Lily for a lot of the book; however, I think the author was trying to show her process of maturing to her best self. Each of the books in this series highlight the differences in personality between the sisters and this one was no exception. I think in the first and second books, we are made to think the twins, Daisy & Lily, are two sides of the same person. However, in the 3rd book and this one, it is made clear that even though they are twins, they are definitely individuals. Even though they are alike in many ways, they still have differences in their personalities. Each one of the four sisters has not only been featured in her own book, each one of them has a different story to tell.
Also in these two books, we get a little more acquainted with the cousins, Violet and Willow. I look forward to reading their stories. Even though we kinda know that there will likely be a wedding at the end of each of these books, the author does a great job of telling the story to get to those conclusions.
Amish Lily is the 4th book written by Samantha Price in her Amish Love Blooms series. This is an enjoyable story about a twin who is feeling lost and alone after her twin marries.
Lily is a wondetful character full of spunk but decides it might be time for a change if she ever wants to marry. When she finds her Mr. Right she discovers he isn't available. Lily then sets herself on a course that could cost her what she wants the most. The author does an amazing job telling Lily's story. It may surprise you who steps in to help Lily out.
I was not given a complimentary copy of this book to read and review. I was not approached to post a favorable review. I have rated this book with five stars for meeting my expectations of a wonderful story that I can highly recommend to others.
Congratulations to Samantha Price on writing another enjoyable story for her readers to enjoy.
Lily and Daisy are twins. They do everything together, well almost. They planned on marrying brothers and living in the same house as one big happy family. Things did not work out as planned. Daisy met Bruno and they got married. Lily was feeling out of sorts.
This was one of those books that once you started you just could not put it down. Turned out to be a quick and easy read. I really enjoyed the story and think you will too
Amish Lily by Samantha Price is the fourth book in the Amish Love Blooms series. Lily now needs to get accustomed to life as a singleton since her twin, Daisy, has just married. Lily was always the feisty twin, but feels lost until she meets Elijah. Unfortunately, he has promised his hand to another from another county. This is a lovely story that continues the love interests of the Yoder sisters. Another 5-star book that I recommend to lovers of Amish romance.
The last of Nancy's four children is miserable. Her twin has married and left. Plus the man she is in love with has left to get married. What should she do? No one she dates pleases her. I enjoyed this sweet Amish love story.
I read this on kindle. Short book. Fast, easy read. Lily is upset about her sister Daisy marrying and leaving her to go to Ohio for some time. At that point she falls in love with Elijah and the love story begins. It was fun to read.
