100 fundamental rules for life and another 100 for work. Each rule sounds legit when I read it, but then following 200 rules every day seems a bit too tiring and restrictive...

I do want to give credit for it being published among the "spark joy" craze
It is much better to have the list, however, if you want a guide book for "changing your life" go to the "the life changing magic of tidying up" or "spark joy" if I read it before "spark joy" it would have been five-stars
