Book 1. Eh, I finished it bc I wanted to see how it played out it was an interesting enough read but like it's set in pretty recent times. You mean to tell me this dude did alll this damage to what, abt 15+women and not ONE doorbell cam or security camera captured his ass going/coming?
Normally, things like that don't get under my skin when reading books bc cmon, they gotta keep the book going somwhow. But I mean Khaleel need to help Sully mama play at the casino for how lucky he is to get away with so much.
I get the different POV to put you in each person's frame of mind atm, but it got so repetitive that I just sorta skimmed thru it all.
I almost started to put the book down at the start bc of the body shaming. But I had to remind myself that the author is purposely doing this to get the reader into the mind of a psychotic serial killer. This is how they think and act. So I had to push through.
Even tho I finished it, I likely wouldn't recommend it to friends, unfortunately
