Quick book but good

This three book series has been different than her other series. It was very good and I love deputy Hank Durham. Does the sheriff earn his wages? Hank solved everything. I mean Hank and his horse solved everything. It is written well but doesn’t seem to be fleshed out like her other books —they end abruptly and lead right into the next book. There is not a word, a day, or hour missed when the dialogue begins in the next book! I wish she would have made one big book but I guess that’s how you make money. 😀 Still love her books!
