Rate this book
Forge doesn't negotiate when it comes to money ... until he's offered a virgin in exchange for a debt.

The curvy blonde awakens something primal in Forge. He takes the girl as his own and he has no plans on giving her back. Beth's innocence is the light to his darkness. He started out wanting a toy, but soon can't imagine life without her.

Beth never had a say in her own life. When she's sold to a notorious MC Prez, she expects a nightmarish life as a club whore. What she gets is a possessive biker who claims her for himself. He's older, covered in ink, and feared by everyone—and she becomes addicted. Forge teaches her to love herself, and in turn she falls hard for the bad boy.

But good things rarely last, and Beth soon becomes Forge's weakness in a dangerous turf war. Will their love survive or will Forge have to return his prize?

Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound.
She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.

Steamy and hot! Hero was so sexy and heroine was a sweetheart. I really wanted an epilogue though. Safety: almost rape by a gang member, no cheating, abuse by heroine's father, violence, virgin heroine, experienced hero.

This is pretty length and semi steamy.

Forge has had enough of a mayor bleeding them dry and not paying his debt, before he can take care of him the dude offers up his daughter who has been locked away and no one knows who she is. Already feeling protective over her he takes her. As for Beth her dad is a asshole and cruel she has never been loved never touched not even holding hands. She thinks the worse shall happen but it doesn't Forge is patient with her but few times he did get annoyed forgetting that she never had a regular life. So he's trying to give her that but lots of drama happening from rival gangs, her father and a rat inside the club. Shes also very insecure about herself since someone was putting seeds of doubt into her head. Few push away moments between them.

Low angst, ow drama no om drama (unless you count the fastshaming) , no cheating, Drama, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore guy but had a past

"Why did he have to sabotage everything good in his life?"

This was another exciting book in the Breeding Season series with the Gritty Hells Slaves MC introducing a growly Prez named Pierce aka Forge who falls hard for sheltered good girl, Beth Peterson due to a debt by her conniving Mayor father, surrounded by rivals, a turf war, betrayal and bloodshed! Loved it!

I'm hoping Crescent builds off of this story and write about the other brothers of the Hells Slave MC: Dog, Vicious, etc...

5 gritty stars!

I didn't like this one as well as some of her others similar to this. I didn't really feel or believe the connection between the main characters. I didn't really like either of them either. When a story is short like this and you're wishing it was over half way through, something isn't working. It was just meh.

Another great story from Sam Crescent and Stacey Espino. Beth has had a horrible life and when she's brought to the MC Forge is President of, she thinks things will get worse. Forge feels something for her and decides to claim her as his own but there are people close to him who aren't happy about this. There were a couple of twists in this story that made me go Wow!!! Can Forge save the woman who has come to mean a lot to him?

The couple: Forge and Beth

Romance trope: MC
Series: Breeding Season
Length: 125 pages

Plot: Beth's dad owes Forge and his MC money. Instead, he offers them his illegitimate daughter, Beth. Forge agrees to take her for an extension on the debt. He has plans for her though, and he just needs to figure out how to make her fall for him so that she wants to stay with him.

Commentary: What Forge did - pretty typical for this author. Also typical? The fact that he doesn't grovel very much. He gets impatient and I wish there was a little change in his attitude to signal a necessary grovel. Since he was so big on the idea of looking tough in front of his club, I wish his apology had included something public at the clubhouse. Still, it was a fun book for what it was.

Grammar/formatting: awkward sentences - sometimes they just seem so stilted and abrupt, and I know this is just the way the author writes, but I wish the descriptions and dialogue were more fluid. Needed another pass with a proofreader as well.

Previous book in the series: Bred by the King
Next book in the series: Bred by the MC VP

You have your alpha males then you have forge in a league all by his hotness. All I say is I LOVED THIS BOOK and not one bit sorry I stayed up all night reading it...

The book started off on a really weird note. The writer went straight to the trade and I had so many weird feelings when I was reading about how her father was willing to give her up in order to pay for his debt. When her robe was ripped open Forge was like “You lost any power of reducing the bill when you allowed others to look at her. Cover her up.”- Bitch! What does he mean by this?! I understand being a little possessive but what he said was somewhat degrading, if the robe hadn’t been opened he would’ve accepted the reduction?? What her father did was against her will and Forge could’ve been angry at him for showing her body in a more appropriate and respectful manner, that revolves around her feelings about the situation and not his. That sentence made it sound like she’s just an object. I also disliked the way he’d constantly be saying “she’s mine” “you’re mine” this was after having only met her for like a fucking day! It’s so unrealistic to imagine marrying someone after only having seen them and not having had a conversation with them. Forge and her hadn’t spoken in any romantic way when he was now telling her this,it once again felt like he just saw her as a breeding object which was appalling. Secondly! Let’s talk about how he said something like having emotions was for weak men??! What the honest fuck, how can we expect this man to help Beth heal and help show Beth another side of life. He might be a “scary” man but if he really had a weak spot for her like the author kept on suggesting then maybe he would’ve been willing to be vulnerable to feel his emotions, instead of perpetuating the idea that emotions were weak. Wtf. The first sex scene felt a little weird. Why was he wanting her to shave her p*ssy- “ he was going to have her completely bare when he did this next.” Did he ever think that she might like having a little body hair? He is such a weird man. “He wouldn’t penetrate her yet. When he took her precious cherry, he wanted to do it with his dick, to feel her split open and take him. He also wanted the evidence of her virgin state to bleed onto his sheets so he’d know, not that it would mean anything if she didn’t bleed.” Wtf?! What happened to foreplay? Are we living in 13th century!! I felt like he had coerced her for some odd reason at the sex store and outside to diner, why was he so persistent with her changing in front of him? Did it really matter if she changed in front of him?

I have read many kinky books with degrading but this doesn’t count as degrading “You’re my woman to use, fuck, and breed. Your father gave you to me and I’m not giving you back. I’ll pop that cherry soon, “ -almost sounds abusive in my opinion. She’s just a sex object in his eyes, he isn’t any better than her father. I felt like yeah there was a bit of chemistry but honestly there was a lack of emotional connection and I didn’t like Forge at all. This book is worth 0 stars but I’ll give it 1.

A Filthy, Gritty Underworld of Violence and Unexpected Second Chances...

This series has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. Of the first four books, two were stellar, one was "eh", and one was not worth the effort it took to read. Yet, despite this back and forth, there is a deliciously filthy string of grit. An unbreakable thread of unapologetic, I-don't-give-a-f*ck-ness, that grabs your interest in a chokehold and won't let go. And no where is this feeling more in your face than in Sam Crescent and Stacey Espino's fifth Breeding Season Series book, "Bred by the MC Prez".

The darkest, most depraved book in this series thus far. Here, the authors present us with the story of Forge and Beth. Beth being a horribly timid young woman, filled with fear and doubt. A twenty-four year old born of an affair, who after the death of her mother, is viciously isolated, mentally abused, and purposely groomed to be sold by her sinister politician father. An evil man who views Beth as nothing more than a pawn in his game of human chess. And Forge, a violent, murderous criminal in his own right. The unyielding, unforgiving president of the Hell's Slaves MC. The man Beth gets unwillingly traded to, to clear her father's debt.

What follows is a startling, at times uncomfortable tale of familial dysfunction, personal destruction, unexpected loyalty, love, and second chances at life. It is a beautifully dark and suspense filled story world impregnated with starkly opposing landscapes of innocence and unapologetic degradation. It is as thought provoking as it is unthinkable. A story that will lead you to see the good inside someone only known for bad. And, once again make you realize the subject matter within, behind the smutty goodnees, contains a truthful glimpse of the underbelly of humanity. A truth where father's abuse and sellout their daughters, and abused women struggle to overcome and find peace.

For me, this installment was the most striking. Stirring up emotions within me like a tornado.

YES, it is still a smutty, fetish focused book about impregnation fantasies. Yes, it is in line with all the others with its simplistic, far fetched, and over the top flair. However, it's also alluringly multifaceted, more emotionally complex than you would expect, and topically bold. There is also a fair amount of care taken with the character development and the overarching story world. And it definitely grabs you and demands your attention, making this one definitely worth the read.

Sam Crescent tends to be very hit and miss for me. I can’t seem to quit though. This had an interesting premise, one I’ve come across multiple times, but the execution was extremely lacking here. Honestly, the only time I’ve encountered this trope that I even came close to liking was Property of Drex by C.M. Owens and even then it was far from perfect. I don’t seem to ever learn my lesson though.

So he takes her for a debt, more as collateral because he won’t wipe the debt but also doesn’t mean to return her. She’s very sheltered and a virgin. Definite Cinderella trope, a mistresses illegitimate child and basically treated as a slave in his home. H takes her with specific intention of “breeding” her.

He makes sure to tell her repeatedly what his intentions are. He’s nice to her which is shocking to her. He touches and kisses and *pets* her but for some reason after two weeks she’s still a virgin. This doesn’t track with how he behaved. It only makes sense in the context that when she’s taken by a rival MC a short while later they can grossly threaten to “break her in” for him. Nothing happens though, thankfully. H arrives with cavalry and rescue and smack down occurs.

He does eventually claim her after telling her he was waiting for her to *get comfortable*, never mind that he’s done nothing to facilitate this. In fact, he’s practically made her persona non grata to all the club whores and there are mentions of other old ladies but we never see one. Club whites are why I avoid MC romance usually. I know some love OW drama but it’s not my thing. Here the H is super anti- club whore, mostly in word and deed BUT and it’s a big BUT - for whatever reason despite his words and actions to the contrary he supposedly lets a club whore get in his ear about h which causes some drama that’s almost immediately squashed after H realizes he’s being an idiot - he even publicly shamed the club whore and throws her out - which has its own consequences bc it has too, ya know

Story 2/5, Heat 1/5, Angst 3/5

Medium burn after a lot of talk he Findlay claims the v card at 56%.

No condoms, virgin h, massive manwhore, pretty vanilla overall, OW drama, no real OM drama, no big push away but h is very shy, no separation. No cheating, no cliffhanger and HEA.

Safety - I mean, it’s safe, H is kind of an idiot multiple times but no cheating and he’s not even slightly interested in indulging OW drama.

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
Bred by the MC prez is book five in the ‘’breeding’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Forge is the president of a biker MC. He isn’t a man to be messed with. When someone that owes him money cant pay he never expects to end up with the guys daughter. Beth has been treated badly all of her life. All she has ever wanted was freedom.
The chemistry between Forge and Beth is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked that Forge never gave up on Beth. I also liked the lengths Beth went to in order to protect her man.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Pierce aka Forge was just doing business. He certainly didn’t expect to be given a woman as payment. He wasn’t about to take that but when he saw Beth he knew he had to save her. There was something about her. Beth’s father was scum. He kept her hidden and used her when he needed to get out of debt. Being given to Forge was a curse or so she thought. Forge is actually not as bad a guy as you are led to believe. He actually doesn’t like the way Beth’s father treated her. He doesn’t force himself on Beth. He gets to know her and they learn about each other and she learns to blossom with his care. Her father deserves what he gets from Forge and his MCs. I love when a biker is hard on the outside but has such a big heart on the inside. Beth needed someone that was strong enough to break through her walls and show her the world for what it could be. Forge did screw up but he made up for it. And there were a few twists that I didn’t expect.

Pretty good story, a little on the short side . Beth was the mayors illegitimate daughter . He raised her in a sheltered and sad life just waiting until he could sell her .

He owes Forge and his club a huge amount of money from a gambling debt . He decides to pay the debt by selling the club his virgin daughter .

The stuff her father did to Beth was really sick and disturbing. Forge decides she will be his . His to love . His to keep, his to protect, and his to breed.

I loved Forge! Immediately he makes sure Beth knows he won’t share her and he won’t ever touch another woman . It’s hard to find men in Mc’s that aren’t whores. He was possessive and loving and patient because Beth didn’t know how to live normally. She had never been allowed to pick her own food or go anywhere , do anything .

This story was really good . There was betrayal . There was murder . Of course there was steamy sex . This book has it all!

Eh. It was okay.

Nothing new here. Nothing interesting. It dragged too much. Forge was a dummy who kept making mistakes but then kept saying he wouldn’t make mistakes anymore. Smdh.

Spelling and grammatical errors were glaringly noticeable. Sentences that made completely no sense are a little hard to overlook. Worse than just a few misplaced commas. So good luck with that.

Anyway, the first three Breeding Season books were way better than this one and a hundred times better than book four was. I gave that book one star and wished I could have rated it a big fat zero stars because it creeped me out so much. Essentially while this book couldn’t hold my interest and it had editing issues galore it wasn’t bad but it absolutely wasn’t good either. If you want to take a chance on it then more power to you.

I enjoyed this one. My heart really broke for Beth and for the life she lived before she came to live with Forge and his MC.
Forge really stole my heart. He did everything in his power to make Beth see that she was a strong women who could do whatever she wanted and didn't need anyone's permission. But it was tough for him, especially when he started having feelings for her and some of his club members thought it made him weak.
Eventually Beth came through and showed that she had some spine left in her.

I liked this one, some parts I found a bit annoying especially when Beth kept putting herself down. Forge did everything he could to make her believe in herself, and she had to do the work, but it took a while. Not a bad read but I enjoyed the previous ones a bit more.

Bred by the MC Prez

Forge takes Beth for extension on payment due from her father for a debt, she is illegitimate and has been told and treated like shes worthless her whole life.
Forge feels something as soon as he see’s Beth, as MC Prez he is used to being cold, unfeeling, harsh as the leader.
He wants to have an heir and Beth will be perfect and untouched except by him. The club women don’t like her, now the Prez is unavailable to them. Beth has absolutely zero feeling of being worth anything to anyone. Enemies use her feelings and Beth herself as leverage with Forge, trying to get power.
Definitely a very emotional read at times, the things they go through to get a HEA is pretty violent but they make it.
Great story for you to read!

Wow 😯 Steamy

I really liked this book. It was steamy and even though it is winter and cold as hell here, I found myself taking my jacket off just to cool myself off.

I love Sam Crescent's types of books when the female lead didn't go willingly but still ended up falling in love.

This book was everything I expected from a scared female lead growing into one bad ass bitch you don't want to mess with.
And one sexy as hell alpha male.

Sign me up for Sam Crescent fantasy dream land. I will go happily on that choo choo train.

Haha I'm such a dork, but seriously do try this book. You won't be left disappointed.

Yum Yum Gimme Some!!!

This was excellent! I probably should not have read it during a medical procedure. The nurse kept asking. My my blood pressure was high Hahahahahah.
There is a lot of story here and a whole lot of heat along with it!
Ok. MC Pres. Seriously sexy mofo. Is owned a debt. The piece of human offal offers up his illegitimate child to squash the debt. Pres says nah, this just buys you time. Pres likes what he sees. He’s keeping her.
I love the way the story is told. I enjoyed the characters, lead and supporting. I know I want to find out what happens to other members of this MC and how they find love.

This book is unapologetically smut, which I love. Of course, with a title like Bred by the MC Prez, you know it’s not highbrow literature. But it’s fun to read, like a bowl of buttered popcorn or a light snack.First of all, the book is relatively Safe, but YMMV. There is no cheating. No S.A., although there is attempted S.A. Lots of zexytime and it’s 🌋🌋🌋🌋 hot. There is also a plot: the FMC is traded to the Prez in exchange for a debt by her Ebil Father, and there’s a traitor in the club. Not a heavy plot (again, light snack) but it’s mighty fun to read.

Dumber Than Dirt!

This was a pathetic excuse for a published story. It was beyond moronic. I don't know why anyone reads anything by these authors. It's absolutely drivel! My shopping list is more entertaining. The characters are so unbelievable and the dialogue is awful. I'd rather read the Farmer's Almanac than this sh*t. Don't know how it has positive reviews other than they were paid for. I want my money back!

This one was worth the read. It had a beginning, a middle and an ending. It was on track, on par and nothing was missing (in my opinion).

The hero was flawed and redeemed himself. He was rough and proud of it. The heroine was scared but brave to change herself. They trusted one another in the end and it was beautiful. It definitely is number 1 out of all the Breeding Season books and I can’t wait to read the VP’s book.

Great Story

I actually loved this book since I could relate so much to Beth's character. I could see many of my insecurities on her and it was like reading about myself and having a happy ending with a whole new mindset and chance in life. I really recommend this book, it's very entertaining and has a good story line.

The things I didn’t like:
1. The inconsistency between action and words. The heroine who is supposed to be a broken timid victim, basically had the dialogue of a well adjusted person
2. All the hating on the other women, even if they were not old ladies, they don’t deserve that much hating
3. There was no chemistry

I honestly thought with the title, we would have learned of the baby sooner. Sold to the MC Prez would have been a better title.

It was a decent read. Always love a possessive, protective male.
