Double the Fun

Rate this book
Jane Silver knew all too well what it meant to have a hard life but to survive regardless. With her family life less than happy, she always relied on her tightly woven friendship with the Holden twins.

She’s known Rys and William Holden since they were five years old. They may have looked identical, but where Rys was the dominating, strong, silent type, William was all caring and comfortable. They were the only two people who cared about her but wasn’t just friendship that tied her to them.
It was love.

But she never wanted to blur those lines, risking they didn’t feel the same way about her. But things changed so fast, touches, whispered words… pleasure given, and she didn’t know if it was reality or fantasy.

When accusations were thrown, when drama ensued, lies—or maybe the truth—was revealed, Jane had to figure out if crossing lines with the Holden boys was worth it.
Because if she made the wrong choice, she could lose the only things that meant anything to her.

Her twins.

“Don’t hide yourself from us, Jane.” He slid his hand down her arms and linked his fingers with hers. “Your body was made to be worshiped.” He kissed the spot right below her ear. “Lift your head and look at William.” It took her a moment, but when she did, the expression on his face stole her breath.”

That was the fastest 30 chapters I’ve ever read! This book was scorching heat, with double the heart to match. This is my first MFM where the men were twins. Childhood best friends to so much more. Jane, Rhys & William were a perfect..*ahem* fit. Lol. These guys helped Jane open up about the abuse she went through from her father. They were always there for her since they were five years old. This story was so unique, and I freakin loved it! The steam level was scorching H-O-T.

This story was previously released as Playing with Fire with new updates. I have never had the pleasure of reading it the first time so this was a whole new story for me. Two of my favorite tropes in one - MFM/friends to lovers and I loved it. Jane, Will and Rhys have been friends since they were five years old and have been there for each other when they needed each other. Loved the chemistry between all three. Great read.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book and am leaving an honest review.

This story had the right amount of fun, steam and drama. William and Rys are identical twins but their personalities couldn’t be more different. But they balance each other out especially when it comes to Jane. They grew up together and all loved each other but Jane was hung up on which one to choose. Could she really have both?

** Trigger warning: child abuse, sexual abuse of a minor

Short but STEAMY

I liked the little conflict mixed with the sexy times. This was my first book of this author, but it won't be my last.

Sweet and intense story of Jane, Will and Rys. The three of them have been best friends most of their lives. Will and Rys are very protective of Jane. One night changes their dynamic forever. There are some intense and emotional challenges from Janes past. HEA and great epilogue.

I am loving these longer books from this author. This is a sweet and filthy MFM Story and I have to say I hope some of the supporting characters get a story too.

While the title could lead you to believe this is a lighter book from the prolific Jenika Snow, it has a few dark moments. That said, the chemistry and depth of feeling between Jane and twins Rys and William is white hot. Thick as thieves, the trio have known each other their whole lives. Jane didn't want to confess her feelings and possibly lose her boys forever. They are all she has really and the only ones she can truly count on. Rys and William stay silent for the same reason, not to mention it isn't exactly no big deal to date twins. They were scared to take the chance that she would be horrified at their idea. Once they take the leap, the love and desire they have kept leashed all these years explodes. There is a little drama with local girl having designs on Rys but once Jane faces the issue, she handles it rather well, I thought. A lovely tale of true love, Double the Fun brought a smile to my face.

Double the Fun by Jenika Snow is a heat up your Kindle and make you hot and bothered kinda read and thank goodness for that! Rhys and William are twins. Personality wise they are as different as night and day but they share a couple of similar qualities - both are strong, sexy, Alpha males who crave the same woman, their childhood friend Jane, with every fibre of their being. Jane has been theirs to lookout for, protect, and love. Neither one is willing to hurt the other or lose Jane by coming clean about their feelings. For her part Jane loves both men equally. Each one, in their own way, owns real estate in her heart. She too is afraid to let go, because she could never choose between them. Things come to a head and they give into their feelings and all three together get their much deserved and sexy hot, happily ever after. TBR this quick and easy read and Enjoy!

Jane has been friends with Rhys and William since she was 5 years old. 20 years later, they are all still friends but they haven't told each other how they feel. Rhys and William are twin brothers and both want Jane but don't think she would go for it. When a date with a town bad boy goes wrong, things are set in motion for Jane and her friends. Finally admitting how they feel about her, the relationship starts. But things from the past rear their head and the three will struggle to keep the relationship going. Can they do it? When one of the guys is accused of something, it will take a miracle to keep them together. Loved the longer story and while there is some drama and angst, it isn't over the top. Loved the book!!

Forever Friends and Lovers

This might be a re-release for Jenika but it was a new story for me and it was a throwback to the stories I first fell in love with from Jenika.

This story had so much character and relationship depth, a strong storyline and the perfect amount of heat and steam, exactly what I love to read.

There are so heavy subject matters from the past in this story but Jenika handled the writing of it SO well and it really strengthened the bonds between all 3 of them.

I loved that this menage romance was also a friends to lovers story, those long established bonds that turn into more are always my favorite.

I'm SO glad Jenika re-released this story, I enjoyed it so much.

Oh boy! Twin brothers, Rys and Will are in love with Jane and so is she but they’ve been friends since childhood and the only people who see her for her. I thought the anticipation of whether they would give in to their love and attraction was going to drag on. But I shouldn’t have worried with Jenika. They quickly tell each other how they feel. It’s outside influences that cause problems for them. Through it all though, their love never wavers and even if it felt as though there was no resolution, the love for each other is what got them through it. It’s a full length novel with the small town people that you love and hate. I couldn't stop reading. The suspense, steam, love, and friendships is exactly what I needed.

Poor Jane, she has had a hard life. With an abusive father a town that was against her an being label poor. Her only bright light through a dark time was Rhys & William.
These two twin brothers have been in love with Jane since forever and vow to protect her from everything. She too loves them very much, but was always afaraid she would have to chose.
Can these three overcome the many obstacles that will come their way. Dealing with the town, her mother, and a woman that wants one of her men.
I have read this story twice now and I'm just as pleased with it now as when I read it orginally. Loved Jane and how Rhys & William make her feel so good and build her up away from her past. The story has alot going on and that only made it that more exciting.

A chance worth taking
Double The Fun by Jenika Snow is a good read! Well written with wonderful characters and an intriguing storyline, this book kept me turning the pages.
Jane, Rys and William, best friends for most of their lives, realize there’s more to their relationship than they had ever dared to explore. These three finally take a chance and after the amazing lake side encounter where their chemistry implodes in astronomical proportions there’s no going back.
Although it’s not smooth sailing for this threesome, the drama does not deter Rys and William and overall, they get their much deserved, long awaited HEA.

Well hello Holden twins.... what a book, I mean seriously I was enthralled by this one wondering where it was going to go, and as always this author never fails to deliver.

Rys and William have loved Jane since they were children only understanding how deep that love went when they got older. Jane loves Rys and she loves William with question but can she have them both?

Loved this book so much it sucked me in from the first few pages and kept me there and it was a happy steamy place... perfect!!!!.

I liked this book. Jane, Rys and William's story was a entertaining blend of emotion, steam, turmoil, drama, sweetness and intensity. You can expects lots of heat but also a good amount of heart, plus a solid story. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't give a trigger warning though due to references to parental sexual abuse/rape. If these things are issues for you, I'm not sure this is the book for you. I am freely posting a candid review of my own choosing.

I enjoyed this sweet romance read! Jane and twin brothers Rys and William we’re best of friends who looked out for each other. Their story was filled with heartbreak and sweet chemistry that burns up as feelings are revealed to make for a steamy MFM storyline. Their journey was easy to read and had the right amount of drama and sweet heat that made for an enjoyable read. A small town sizzling romance must read.

This was another great book by Jenika. Jane, Rhys, and William were great together. This book gives you lots of steam and drama. I didn't really Jane in the beginning but I really enjoyed watching her grow as a young woman. Rhys and William are opposites of each other but they balance each other out and are perfect for Jane. I would recommend this book!

A hot and freaking romantic story about twins and their woman. They were in love with each other for a long time, but wouldn't declare it. Finally they were brave enough and found their HEA. A interfering woman without shame threatened it but in the end everything went well. This story was safe and hot but had sad parts as well. If child abuse is a trigger for you, you may reconsider reading it. (just a small passage told about it.)

A fun small town romance. The biggest thing that bothers me is that the twins work in construction and their house is still as run down as it is, just doesn't make sense. At least the fact that the structure sound have been sound and safe. Why make mention of no protection when they first have sex if she doesn't get pregnant?? Just some things.
Love the small town drama that happens here and what ends up happening with Trevor, he got what was coming to him.

Jane and twins Rhys and William have been friends since they were 5 years old. Now they are now 25. Jane loves them both but thinks because she is from the wrong side of the tracks that she is not good enough for them. The twins love her also but think that she wouldn't agree to be with both of them. A trip to the lake is about to change everything.

True love finally won out

Rhys and William has loved Jane for years. Jane had loved them for just as long. No one wanted to lose the other so they all kept quiet. Finally the guys decided they loved her too much to not advisor it to her. A lot of outside drama later they finally had their HEA. Really nice story by Jenika Snow. She never disappoints.

Holy Holden twins! That book was steamy, sweet and everything I never knew I needed to read in a Jenika Snow book. Jane, Rys and William’s story was so much fun to read and had so many unexpected turns that I want to read it all over again to make sure I didn’t miss anything!

Loved

Jane had always been best friends with the Holden twins. Rys and William always looked out for her. They were also both in love with her and weren't sure how she would feel about that. Little did they know that she felt the same and wanted both of them. This book was very steamy. Loved how the twins took care of care and were so protective.

Jane and the Holden boys were amazing. This book was about friends wanting and needing more. The chemistry between these three was so much more because of that friendship.
