Intro discusses the keto diet and how it works. Consult with your doctor.
Each recipe starts with a title and has a list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given.
There are no servings, no pictures, NO nutritional information and most items require measurements in grams, vs American cups , tsp, etc.
Recipes do NOT always starts at the top of a new page. very confusing how to even find all the soup recipes, they are scattered about the book.
stk not sure if that means a stick of chili or a stick of garlic cloves, or one stick of red pepper.
Some recipes have a mixture of European and American measurements in the same recipe.
Some recipes require you to be using two air fryers at the same time. I'm just not getting this book, not user friendly.
comments to individual recipes are added at very end of the book from others are information is missing from the recipes.
they have not been corrected. This needs to go back to the drawing board.
